  1. The small girl looked at the brunette with a dumbfounded expression as she watched her try and send her a friend request. 'maybe it was wrong of me to assume she knew was up to date with technology..either she is a young girl who has never accustomed with gaming controls or she's a really old woman. Well, neither of that matters. It's not like it is a must for everyone to look the same age they are in real life. She shrugged as she took a bit of effort to carry the cabbage from one place to another.

Her head snapped to @Janet Reilly 's direction when she heard her scream only to see the Ghast, Hanno's shield. For some reason Janet was hostile towards the shield and honestly, Libitina couldn't blame her. The shield was made by a part of the former world boss Titanius, so to trust it without even trying to get to know it was asking too much. The girl's hostility seemed to have left after the tentacle shield handed her a flower.

She walked over to Janet and bent down to pick up the mushrooms. She opened her palm menu and sent the young girl a friend request. "I sent you the request" She stated as she got up with the gathered mushrooms.

Libitina had made a bet with @Hanno Futaba and honestly, it was funny to see him behaving like a girl. What she did not expect was her him to actually get fully into the role. It was as though he was a completely different person when he greeted her. She watched in utter shock as she watched the male (or was it a female? She was trying to figure that out) faerin skip away with the shield.

"Hey Janet... I was not dreaming right? That really was the actual Hanno Futaba right? He does not have any twin in this game right?"
    She inquired

She shook her head to snap out of her shocked state as she kept the mushrooms on the kitchen slab. "Alright, that is all. Would you want to have something to eat before your leave?" She asked.

  2. "Ah, Thank you so much for the offer. Ms Hanna recommended it? Then I suppose I wouldn't mind trying it out" She smiled as she took the dumpling. "Thank you for sharing your meal with me" She took a small bite and chewed on it, letting the wonderful taste melt in her mouth. "This really is wonderful...I must say Ms Hanna looks very similar to her twin brother, well they are twins so I am not that surprised..It must be wonderful to have a twin I bet" She gave a closed eye smile to @Manya Boole

"A white magician? That sounds wonderful! I am a magic user too. I use soul magic, arcanamancy and spellbane. You know, I heard there is a guild for magicians. I plan on joining there. Will you be joining that place to or do you have other plans?" She asked the short faerin as she took another bite of the dumpling.

"You are too kind Mr Boole. Tell you what? How about I order one more dish and the two of us can share that together as well" She offered as searched for someone who could assist them with another order. "Say, do you like sweet things?" she inquired, wanting to make sure she requested for a dish both would enjoy.

  3. Manya nodded eagerly as the other spoke. She was pleasant company, and he liked it! Just then, he felt a notification in his UI. His hands moving with the usual alacrity, he opened it on the side, seeing a Friend Request from a certain Hanno Futaba. Manya was pleasantly confused before he remembered where he'd heard the name - it must be Hanna-chan's sister! Without hesitation, he had accepted it. Perhaps the other Faerin was too shy to send a request herself, but he didn't mind that! They could do it properly the next time they met, after all.

He was done right as Aurora was mentioning a magical guild. "Hmm? Oh, sorry! A notification had come up...", he explained, laughing. Of course, this left no doubt to the fact that he was a player character and not an NPC. He nodded at her explanation. "The Ynglar Brotherhood? Yes, I wanted to join them too! They are said to have guild houses named 'Coffers' all over, but entry is only permitted for the initiated...but yes, I plan to join them too! I'm studying White Magic and Spellbane - perhaps we could study Spellbane together! It seems like a very useful defense since a lot of the stronger monsters have magical passives." He vaguely remembered the antelopers, although they were not the violent kind...

Indeed, they'd need to join the Brotherhood first before proceeding. He glanced at Aurora, in case she'd be interested in joining along with him, but he could leave out asking that for later.

He grinned at her suggestion. Of course, he liked sweet things! "I love sweets! And chocolate, and coffee! But not raisins. Ew!"

Surprisingly, he was a picky eater.

"You know, one day I want to make...well, a school! A School to teach White Magic, as well as inspire others to learn it. Maybe once I join the Ynglar Brotherhood, I might find like-minded people and make it a reality!"

    @Hanno Futaba @Aurora Labyrinth

  4. The girl clapped her hands in excitement, on hearing the male's answer. She was happy she would know at least one person when she joined the new guild. Honestly, she was a bit nervous. The girl was still an amateur when it came to magic so she hoped there wasn't any test for applying.
"Ah. That is wonderful~ We definitely should! It would be wonderful to practice a common magic together. Ah, Ms. Hanna's twin brother helped me out, even though he had white magic, an ability I did not have. If you ever like, you can ask him for help. He's a wonderful person who is also a bit strict so you need not worry about whether he would teach you well or not, neither do you have to worry about your safety"

She fiddled a bit with her UI but managed to send a friend request to @Manya Boole . "I am free most of the time, message me when you want that practice session" She smiled. A small chuckled left her lips when she heard about the male's preference in sweets.

She called upon a worker to serve them. "A sweet candy curry please~ Thank you so much" She was polite and watched as the server nodded and left to place their order.

Her face lit up as she heard Manya's wish. "I think it is wonderful Mr Boole. I wish you all the best. I am not a white magic user, but if there is any way I can help in fulfilling your wish, do not hesitate to ask my assistance" She gave a closed eye smile.

  5. Manya nodded. "Yes, I got a friend request from Hanno just now-...oh!" It seems that Aurora too had sent a request. He accepted that one with a grin. It was always nice to find more people with whom he could discuss and practice magic! The systems, the rules, the operations...all of it felt like a complex code, one that kept growing the more people came together to solve it, but it also became more satisfying to solve.

"Sure! Perhaps later on, when I get some quest or the like to tackle, I will ask if you want to tag along. And besides, I'm sure that your skill at magic will be appreciated by all; even if it isn't White Magic, helping others in itself is a skill that many people lack, yet is so important nowadays..."

He did chuckle at the order for 'candy curry' - that just sounded so weird! Yet at the same time, it was imaginative, no? It wouldn't hurt to try! He took another of his dumplings and ate it, studying @Aurora Labyrinth with interest.

"Were you one of the people that were there to fight Titanius? You look like quite an experienced adventurer, so I was wondering..."

  6. "I would most definitely join. You are right about that. The world has progressed so much only because everyone depended on each other and gave help whenever they could. The moment we stop offering help, mankind would not progress. Luckily, we need not worry about such a thing. It is much more difficult to find help but not impossible. There are people who give aid to ones who need them. "

Aurora looked surprised as he asked her whether she was in the world boss battle. She had heard about the battle from many but unfortunately was not physically present to help out. She chuckled and shook her head. "Thank you for thinking that way but honestly, I was not there. I did not know about Terrasphere at that time..and I am still not that good as an adventurer but I do keep trying. Although I think you make a much better adventurer than me. How about you? Were you there to witness that battle?"

Just as she asked that question, the waitress came with their meal. Honestly, It was really pretty; with the white curry covered in small bead type stars and hearts of different colours. Her eyes sparkled at the wonderful creation in front of her. "The owner and cooks are certainly creative, aren't they? Go one. Please have the first bite" She said to @Manya Boole

  7. Manya shook his head. "I came along right as...hmm, if you want to put a time and date on it, it'd be tricky, but I arrived here right as I heard about a bridge to someplace being finished. I haven't gone to visit it, but I hear it's magnificent!" He waved his hand in a dismissive manner. "Ergo, I wasn't around to fight Titanius. Not that I'm disappointed; I heard he was a total nightmare. Some people are still shuddery from the aftermath." He's met quite a few of those veterans...they had given up that gleam in their eyes and hope in their hearts for Dissonant weapons and Death Afflictions.

But such thoughts were not all that welcome, as he pushed them away, to brood on much later. When the candy curry came, he was actually surprised - it looked good! Although he might have called it a pudding more than a curry. Without further ado, he took a spoon and scooped up a bit of the 'candy curry'. He

"Bon appetit!", he said to Aurora with a grin and then ate the spoonful.

First impression...sweet! But deliciously so! He leaned back with a contented sigh and a 'Mmmmm!', smirking at the taste. "This is amazing! Wow...I'm changing this to be my go-to dessert from now on, haha!"

He grinned and gestured for @Aurora Labyrinth to try as well, before sighing. Sure, he was hungry in real life and probably had to log out soon and get something to eat, but he was definitely sated in this world. He went on to eat his curry brisket contentedly, glad that he found Aurora's company, as well as making new friends!

"Say, have you heard the rumors? There are rebellions going about after the former king abdicated."

  8. "Oh..the bridge huh?" The girl was reminded how a whole catastrophe took place and the god awful smell the filled the surrounding. Just thinking about it made her cringe and she felt like she could almost smell the stink from that day. She laughed nervously and shook her head. "The bridge is very well done but it was a good thing you were not there. Some accidents had occur because of which the whole place started to smell. Some people tell that it was because of a person who farted but I do find that hard to believe."

" As for Titanius, I heard those rumors too...I even heard that the Ynglar Brotherhood, who was responsible for opening the portal, were only able to fit in a limited amount of people which was why many NPCs and players had to sacrifice themselves."
A sigh left her lips as she thought about just how painful it would have been for the people who fought and survived, only to lead themselves to death, all because the guild was not able to sustain the portal for many people. "Which is why I want to get stronger. So the next time something like this occurs I can help and no one would have to sacrifice themselves" She said with determination before letting out a nervous laugh. "Although I still have a long way to go to become that strong" she admitted.

The young girl gave a smile after seeing how happy the faerin was after eating the order she placed. She took her own fork and took a bite out of the curry, giving the same satisfied expression. She placed a hand on her cheek as she enjoyed the taste. "You're right. This food is delicious. I doubt I can get tired of this anytime soon"

Aurora tilted her head slightly at what the male said. "I did heard a bit but I am not completely aware of the details. Mind sharing it with me?" she asked @Manya Boole for more information.

  9. He raised an eyebrow at the thing with the bridge. Imagine someone farting so hard it causes the entire construction to be delayed! He snorted at the thought, which was decidedly too comical. "Well, I guess whoever did that was proficient in Aeromancy!", he joked, shaking his head.

As for the rumors, that was a more concrete thing. He had sat around in Honeyhome, piecing together plenty of details and stories before he could manage to make heads or tails of it. Now, had this rebellion been in Falderen it wouldn't have been half as interesting, but it was happening in Astorea, and the major people are players, no less!

"Ahem...yes, well...there seems to be a lot of discontent among nobles after the abolishing of the feudal system. People with lands and titles fear that they might lose all their power over a single decision, so violence has been cropping up. Everyone wants to secede from Astorea and make their own little piece of the place. That's the tip of the iceberg."

He tapped his head, trying to think of what else he could remember before he did. "Oh! Yes, the Yladian elves...well, there's someone going about who wants to be their king. And since the Yladian homeland is shattered after the northern demon invasion, they're trying to settle a place. Since Falderen won't budge an inch, I'd guess they're prospecting Northern Astorea for settling."

He rubbed his chin, thinking. Who else...

"Ah, yes. Roland Rutledge. He's a duke, and perhaps one of the many nobles with support behind him. He wants to secede from Astorea with his own place. He is also denouncing the former King for a lot of things...I need to re-read the messages. And one last person..."

He paused as he finished off his brisket. This last person was definitely, totally, absolutely evil. Just thinking about her made him angry.

"Vivian Cruz. A witch. She wants to be the new Queen of Astorea. Not parts of it, the whole thing. And she's bad, rotten to the core and evil. I don't like politics, but it'll be a grim day if she gets anywhere near even a smidgen of regal authority."

Thinking off the top of his head, he could not think of any other players trying to rule the place. He glanced at @Aurora Labyrinth and shrugged. "Those are all the ones I know."

  10. Aurora laughed at the joke the small male made. "You have a good sense of humour Mr @Manya Boole " she complimented

The girl gave her full attention as the male explained to her the day to day world issues of Terrasphere. Her eyes widen slightly as the short male talked about Yladians. "Ah yes. I have some idea about that. The person who wants to be king is Galadion. Someone I hope to never meet up with again. Not because he is a terrible person..but because we got into a fight, me being responsible for it, and now...he said he would kill me if he ever found me in Yladia hehe...Not a good idea to make enemies with someone more stronger than you, isn't it? But I had no idea he planned on trying to take over a part of Astorea..I am worried there would be a lot of blood loss and fighting if he does goes through with it" she let out a sigh as she gazed at the curry, before taking the final bite. The emerald eyed girl was worried about what would happen next in the world of Terrasphere.

"ohhh. Someone who wants to be queen...I honestly do not like the idea of players trying to gain political power. In this world where we are just temporary residence, we have no right to dictate others. One good thing for Galadion is that he is in this to give Yladians a place to feel safe but I am not sure about the witch" she placed a hand on his own and gave him a smile. "Let us just do our best to become strong. Then if this witch does plan on doing something bad, we can try and stop her." She tried to reassure him

  11. He chuckled and nodded. He too had finished his meal, and he placed the cutlery aside as he studied Aurora. She was surprisingly nice, perhaps one of the first persons he'd met in here who were wholly kind and trusting, like him! It seems like she knew about the Yladian king, and that caught Manya's attention.

"Please, don't call me 'Mister', just Manya is enough!", he said with a chuckle, as he leaned back in his chair.

"But yes, that's how things are. And I'm grateful for your support. I'm sure that there are many others like us, like-minded in our abhorrence of those who use power to instill fear and ill feelings. We can stand against them, though! We must!"

Suddenly, he cocked his head, his UI displaying a reminder. Oh dear, he had to wake up and go get food.

"Ah, it seems that I need to go and get actual food! Dinner awaits me, after all!"

Now that was a weird statement, considering that following Terrasphere's -7:00 time it was still noon out...but then, Manya was from the other side of the Atlantic, after all.

He hopped off his seat and waved at Aurora, as he walked away. "I hope to meet you again! Perhaps we'll run into each other once more, and if you ever need me!"

He had reached the door, small feet having been surprisingly fast in carrying him out.

"...just call! And I'll try to answer!"

And with that, he parted from @Aurora Labyrinth , but it was a good meeting, and he was curious to see how this newly-formed friendship shall turn out!

  12. Location: Kitchen

It was very… well, very unnerving to say the least! Having an eye—a shield-eye, no less—look at her like that. Why, it shouldn’t even have an eye to begin with! Then again, if she calmed down and tried to think about it charitably, it wasn’t any worse than those paintings with the eyes that followed you around the room. Unnerving, certainly, as she’d said before… but acceptable. Artistic, even. Yes, perhaps Janet could think of @Hanno’s shield as more of an artistic choice than an aberrant one. She took the daisy carefully from the tentacle, steeling herself a little bit (she didn’t really want one to touch her) and let her eyes shift curiously back to Ghast. Maybe it’s not so bad—it’s polite, at least—

…There was something about hearing something that was supposed to be silent making noises it wasn’t supposed to that was always alarming. Janet felt the alarm growing in her, the thought What’s wrong with it? crossing her mind the way it might when you were alone at night and heard the timbers of your house groaning, or when you were driving in your car and heard it start to rattle. They were not sounds a shield was supposed to make, but they were sounds a shield could make. There were also some suspiciously wet noises that sounded like slobbering (did it have a mouth? Please tell her it didn’t) but Janet just clutched her flower to her chest and tried to take it on faith that it wasn’t anything threatening. It’s being friendly. Friendly, right… did it say her name?

The brunette was startled away from Ghast (who was frowning—another strange thing to say about something without clear eyebrows) when a small girl came up from behind her. “Excuse me? That’s not yours,” Janet said faintly, alarmed that someone might be stealing Hanno’s shield (which she was just starting to get along with). At the same time, whoever it was had just walked straight into the kitchen so perhaps they—was that Hanno? The hair was the same color, but he was wearing such a… well, what was he wearing? “Ah—oh, my mistake. Bye,” she said faintly after the pair. She frowned after Ghast, who crawled away with its tentacles as if reaffirming how weird it was. Still, it was rather sweet in its way. She put up a jerky hand in a little wave of goodbye.

“Oh! Thank you, Libi,” Janet said in surprise, snapping back out of her reverie as the other girl bent down to retrieve the box of mushrooms she’d dropped. “Sorry, I got a little distracted. Oh bother, what’s this now…” A light was flashing in the corner of her vision. Not another notification! Had she accidentally touched another Quest item? Thank goodness, it was just a friend request from the other girl. Finally! “I… I’m not sure,” she replied honestly to @Libitina's question. If Hanno had a twin, it would have to have been someone who made their character look exactly like him, correct? It wasn’t as if people were naturally twins in the game world. “Yes, that was… strange.” It had been such a brief and bewildering encounter, she didn't know what to make of it…

Enough of that, speculation wasn’t going to solve anything! “W-well anyway, thank you for the request! I hope you’ll join me on a delivery one of these days, I visit the spinach farm about once a week and you’re always welcome to come along.” As for her other question… Janet hesitated, but seemed to brighten a little. Oh, I really shouldn’t… I have so much to do… But there was something comforting about the smell of curry and of Stinky Iván’s in particular. Something nostalgic, like the first days of the Witch Ops when she was still new in nature magic and hadn’t ever imagined tasting Ant Juice. “I would like that very much!” Janet accepted gratefully, dusting off her hands and untying the kerchief around her head. “Have you tried the Brown Curry? It’s my favorite.”
