  1. She smiled as she heard him say that he would also wait to ask his questions. To her, it felt like it would be best. Bet. Yes, she wanted to learn more about him, but she also wanted them to be able to learn to be comfortable with each other; to gain a level of trust. “Trust? Is that what you want, Princess? Are you sure about that? Seems to me you want something else. You sure haven't ever invited Pete or anyone else home like this. Why don't you just stop this charade of friendship and give the boy what you both obviously want? Look at that collar he wears. I bet if you tell him you're willing to let him have control, he'll jump at the opportunity.”

Her eyes rolled behind her visor as she forced herself to ignore the voice in her head. It was wrong, but she wasn't going to fall into arguing with it. Damien was someone she wanted to be her friend. No, she didn't understand it. She wasn't sure why she felt such a draw to him or why she wanted so badly to see this friendship work, but she did. “It should be interesting, for sure. I can't wait to see how it turns out.” She meant it. The excited tone was back in her voice and her lips had curled back into a smile beneath the visor that covered her eyes.

He agreed that the hint system worked also. So far, it seemed that they were coming to terms easily enough for their little game within a game. She just hoped that he wouldn't dislike her once he knew who she was. Lorelei wasn't a hated character, necessarily, but she wasn't exactly fawned over by people wanting to party with her either. She was an assassin. She was cold-hearted and cruel at times. Lorelei was a lot of things that Ahmbreh, herself, wasn't, but would he actually see it that way, or would he be one to judge by the character? She didn't really think the latter was the case, but it was left to be seen.

He was speaking and she turned her attention back to him, as she reached her hand to activate her visor. So he played a Yladian, also. That didn't narrow things down, much, but it did make it more likely that they could have crossed paths, already. It was an interesting thought. Most of those she had actually had interactions with had been Yladian. Even Camus with all of his arrogance was of the Yladian race. It was actually quite fitting for his general demeanor. Yladian's were an elfish sort and elves were almost always depicted as arrogant and self-important, in games of this sort.

“It seems we have something in common.” She answered him, her smile spreading a bit, as she thought over the fact that they had both apparently found the race to be a fit for them. It was like a small stroke of fate if one were to believe in such. “I play a Yladian, also. I wonder if we've met before.” The thought left her lips unintentionally, but she didn't draw attention to it. She simply allowed it to hang in the air between them, as he began to speak again.

He was suggesting terms to their game, making it more of a competition than simple fun. She had to admit that she found the idea appealing, but what would she even want as a reward for finding the proverbial pot of gold at the end of the rainbow? Did he already have something in mind himself? “Do you even have to ask yourself that? Come on, Princess, I've been saying it all night. There's only one thing he wants.” She shoved the voice away again as she moved her hand to push her visor up off of her eyes.

As she looked at him, she bit against the inside of her cheek, her eyes widening a bit. “W-winner's choice or...?” She didn't really know how to phrase her question. She was starting to feel nervous again. Though, it was more so because of the thoughts the voice had put into her head once again. “I mean...Do we want to line out the details now or...Or wait?” The nervousness was showing, and she couldn't stop the blush that was rising on her cheeks.

  2. They had something in common, she was also of the Yladian race. Joy, he didn't need the thought that she let hang in the air-- his mind went there. What if they had met before? What would she think of him if she knew the truth. Camus was meant to be one of the most hated characters in the game. He was fine with it, he didn't see why he should play the game and not have a little fun with it. Sure he wouldn't outright want everyone to hate him here in the real world. Damien was damaged, but Camus didn't have to be. He could have made a well liked character and made it where he had some perfect life-- but he didn't want that.

It actually spoke volumes if one took time to analyze the player and the character that he played. He wasn't exactly a cruel person, he could be-- he wasn't stable because of all his hardships---but he had never been a bad person. He tended to hide behind a mask a lot of the times, purely because he didn't see the good in himself. He could smile and chuckle, but usually he never felt anything like true joy. He had once when he had his little sister, she was his world. Now most people might see things as bad, there was too much to go behind the idea of incest being a thing with the English culture. This was highlighted in books and shows and movies alike-- but also the thing of blood purity was a thing within history itself. Though he could never see his little sister and anything like and he was glad that his family hadn't been such a twisted fuck like that.

Okay so his family had been a twisted fuck, but incest and blood purity wasn't something. Hell, his father had sold him to save his own ass. That was twisted, but he didn't have plans for rather or not he or Katherina should marry. They weren't a poor family, they weren't the royal family either--- they were just a middle class family. They were well off standing wise, but it didn't mean that his father had the means to pay off a man like Rudger either. So now he had the pretty little collar that was around his neck-- though his life with Rudger hadn't been all bad. He had gotten to travel the world and learn different cultures and languages-- so a silver lining of such-- though it didn't mean he liked the life he had.

He should have made Camus into a better person than he had, but it wasn't like he had made the man completely heartless or evil. Though he was aware that those type of players did exist within Terra-- he just wasn't exactly one of them. He had a means to his movements and actions. He hated people and loved the beasts or the beasties as he called them. Though he had redeeming things if someone took the time to actually analyze him. It was more of a means of who was important enough to actually stay around him, his personality was off putting-- he was aware that he as Camus was an asshole. Though this could be seen as a defense mechanism of sorts because he in his actual life had been hurt so much. He was amazed that he was actually here getting ready to play Terra with Ambreh.

His heart was pounding against his chest and the little demon seemed to perk its head up when she nervously asked about what he had stupidly brought up. Great one, Damien. Nice going. He hated himself for bringing such things up and hated it even more because that was when the little demon seemed to already know the terms that should be agreed upon. 'Bang!Bang!Bang!Bang! Just bang her already. Say it with me bang. It isn't a hard word to say. Bang!' He pushed the little demon away once more. His hand going to activate the visor once more, as it had gone off-line for the moment since he had been messing with it for a few minutes. He had a blush upon his cheeks thanks to the little demon determination and Ambreh's own shyness.

"W...W...well um uh..." he was stumbling over his words, it had been his choice to bring this up to her. "I think it would be best to wait and see who wins. Winner's choice I suppose. I... I mean... it would just be for fun and we don't even have to do such a stupid idea. F...forget I said anything about it. I would hate to make things anything but fun. We just wanted to have fun and play this." What if she hated him once she found out that he was Camus. Everyone hated Camus, well Lorelei had seemed to always find a way to find him-- stupid Lollie. Why was he thinking of her at a time like this. He was a person who actually did put a lot of himself in his character, Camus was a walking hint within himself. Someone just had to take the time to actually pay attention to the details. He offered a shaky smile "s...so should we play? A....also it is great we are the same race in the game"

  3. She listened as he spoke to answer her inquiry. He seemed to think winner's choice was the best idea, but he was stumbling over his words again, also. he smiled, as she listened to him. She couldn't help herself at all. “Nonsense. It wasn't a stupid idea at all. I think it was a rather brilliant one, actually. Having things set up as a sort of bet will make it more interesting and fun. We should enjoy this as much as we can, right?” She was babbling, slightly, but she couldn't help it.

She hoped he wouldn't think she was being too forward with the fact that she was agreeing to such things. She didn't even know what she would ask for as a prize herself. Yes, she meant it when she said it would make things more fun, but what exactly could she ask for that wouldn't make it seem like she was just some sort of desperate person? Maybe she could play it off by requesting an extra question.

No. That would be wrong. He was generous to allow her the three he had offered. Maybe if she did figure it out, she would just not say anything. That could work, right? No, that wouldn't be right or fair either. “I don't know why you're so indecisive. It's obvious what you want from him. You just admit it. Hell, if you tell him now, maybe you can skip the game and just fuck. That's what he wants anyway. Why do you think he's so nervous?”

She shoved the voice away as she pulled the visor back onto her eyes. She almost shouted at the thing, but the sound that actually left her lips was more so a soft sigh than anything. Thankfully it came out as a rather contented sound rather than the aggravation the voice had her feeling. “I'm looking forward to this.” She said as she hit the button to wake her visor back up and gave him a grin. “It will definitely be an adventure.”

She felt like she was being slightly silly with the way she was acting, but she couldn't stop the giddiness. She really was excited. For the first time, ever, she had a friend to game with. Not only that, but they already were finding ways to spice up the time together and it didn't involve the ideas her little inner voice came up with. She wondered what would happen if he ever did make that kind of move on her. Would he change his mind about her completely if he knew her secrets?

She pushed the thoughts away for the time, as she let the smile widen on her lips, hearing him speak again. “We should. I'm ready.” She said, as she scrolled through the list of games and prepared to activate Terrasphere. “It is great. I'm sure we'll find other things we have in common, too, and I can't wait. Terrasphere is my favorite game, as I said before, and I'm happy to be able to share it with you.” She said as she leaned back on the couch and activated the game.”Thank you, Damien.” She whispered, just as her consciousness was pulled into the darkness that would become Terrasphere.

  4. So, she didn't think it was a stupid idea that he had heard. Though he was still concerned about rather or not she would like him after the fact that she found out who he was in Terra. Maybe he should give her a handicap-- no he didn't want her figuring it out too easily. What if she did win and figure it out... what would her prize be? "Yes it should make it interesting and fun... e...exactly." That much could be said for their adventure together. Though what would he want if he won. He had no idea, it was a cause of word vomit and he couldn't stop it. So that idea was now in place and she liked it. They both seemed to babble and things happened because of their babbling.

Though what if he did end up winning? 'Bang! Bang! The answer is easy and you know it. Bang her. Hell bang her in the game too, have her help you overthrow that bastard that you hate so much. Taint her little pink ass.' He hated the little demon, he had expected it though. That seemed to be all the little demon had on its mind. Though what would happen if he asked for such a thing or even went as far as to try to do it... she might just hate him. Though surly she would want it too.

She was a whore, she had to be. That was her profession after all, okay so maybe not that word-- but that was what dancers that were at bars were. Pete was more than likely her pimp, he had offered him to take her home for a certain price. The thing was he could have paid her. So Dreamland didn't exactly pay well, because well it was a cafe and if he did do waiter work-- he got the tips. Though people in the hell hole didn't think to tip usually, people were assholes. Though he had money though. Despite being bought the money was more like shush money. It was all about looks. Rudger wouldn't want someone running around telling all his secrets, so shush money. Money he had saved up since it first came.

He offered her smile "I.. I am as well. To the adventure." He let the visor adjust in his vision. Why had he thought of her as a whore? Was the little demon really affecting his brain that much? He was glad that no one could read minds, it would get him in trouble if that exist. Though the little demon cackled. 'Hiiiii Bre. Though seriously if she could, no one would stick around someone broken like you. She is only good for a fuck and go. So just forget the game and fuck her right here and now. She--' He leaned back into the couch and got comfortable, first step was shutting his brain down where the little demon couldn't contact him.

Now he had been amazed that the little demon had carried over into Camus, but well everyone needed twists and turns in their life. "I'm happy that we have Terrasphere as well. I'm happy that we are allowed to share it with each other. No thank you, Bre." Though his thank you wouldn't be heard, more than likely nothing would be heard as he knew she was already in the game. He let out a small sigh, he hoped that Rudger at least allowed him to have this without forcing him away. What if he did go back and they were moving the next day, well they could still have their little game of hide and seek all the same. Phones were wonderful for that.

He scrolled through the list of games and prepared to activate Terrasphere. He hadn't done so first because he was waiting to shut the little demon up. It was the normal routine usually. He watched as the screen prepared him to enter and he would take the needed steps. Since his information wasn't logged into this VR unit, though once everything was good to go, he made sure she couldn't track things through the VR unit. It would be for the better if she didn't have such a big clue in front of her. Than he would allow the darkness to once more pull him forward. Onward to Terrasphere and their little game of hide and seek.
