  1. Akino's tail had been whipping back and forth about his body, giving a clear physical sign of just how much energy he truly had broiling within him. And yet still, the moment he heard her words, mention of the "wicked and heartless", he felt both his heart and tail fall still, as he reflected. It was a sad thing to hear, but one he knew to be true without ever needing the confirmation. However, it did not mute his joy over this world, nor put a damper on any of his expectations of it! His tail resumed movement then, though in slower, smoother motions now, going about his ankles in circle like a gentle, flaming serpent as he offered his thoughts.

"There will always be the wicked and the heartless in every world. The only thing that will change is the level of cowardice. A true measure of life here is not through the heartless and the wicked, but how those around them react. Truly, here they may have more power, and they feel they can do whatever they like. But I know in my heart that no matter what world I am in, the wicked will always be met by the resounding calls of those who are not, driving them out. It is true that this may just be a game to them, but what we do is still what defines who we are. Here, and everywhere. And for every one that comes here to do harm, there is a thousand more who race here to bring light to this world, in ways they could not in reality. Adventurers, heroes, healers, wise men and women. They can become that, and they will realize soon after that they be those people in the real world just as much as they can be here." His ears moved somewhat as they caught something, and Akino turned his features to the side for a moment, into the face of the wind. It stirred his bright locks, and hugged his body like an old friend. Closing his eyes for what was the briefest of moments, Akino felt let second long ages pass him by; he then turned to face Sera once more with a smile just as bright as before, though tempered now with the wordless sensations that dwelt within.

"I am sorry to hear that you have to go, I have enjoyed our conversation deeply. Though this the way of things, and I understand. Thank you for sharing the wisdom, and the moment, with me, Sera Phim." Turning about then, he moved back to the log they had been seated on only moments before. Climbing onto a particularly mossy patch, he crosses his legs over one another and rests his hands upon his knees, before closing his eyes and lifting his smile to the sunlight above, his markings brilliant in the light. Softly, he added on his last words to her, eyes still closed. They rang with meaning.

"I will be seeing you, my friend."
