Once more he found himself in the lovely tavern in Stokbon. His goal today was to once more gain a partner in his grand grind for coin. His goal was to eventually earn enough to buy his own Guild, upgrade it and reach a point where the members could benefit from it just as much as the NPC. The Heroes of Felderen; HERO for short. The guild was going to be one of massive size and admiration, yet he'd only earned enough coin around 2,000 not nearly enough nor a suitable enough amount to make the male content. His eyes shifting to search the area. It wouldn't be hard to find a player or two who would prefer to grin out coin as well, let alone grind it out in a way mastery points could be earned. This task was repeatable and the easiest way to farm gold he could think of as such he'd begin typing out a message for those wishing to join him.
For those of you looking to make some coin, I have a job of sorts. If you're interested in making some as well as a few mastery points for your hard work, then meet me at this tavern in Stokbon; coordinates as followed. X: 253 Y: 423 Z:0 Also it is worth noting patience and some skill may be required. Meet me at the Tavern, I'll be by the quest wall near the fireplace.
After sending out the note; he'd simply sip one of the beers he'd ordered and wait for the mystery guests to arrive. It wouldn't be long before a cascade of players came along. Some seemed decent and genuine about their desire to join him, yet something was off so he'd dismiss them right away. Others seemed off-putting entirely and rather grotesque so he'd dismiss them as well. Weeding through those who showed up he'd come across a few applicants he'd like. Messaging those individuals to come back for second meeting. Almost as if it were a job interview.
Thank you to all of you who showed up. The work positions have been filled, if you weren't messaged back, try again next time. Have a good day and best luck with your adventures.
Sending that out to close off others from pestering him he'd wait once more for the folk to return. A random female would appear first; lips parting he'd begin.
"So I've called you back because you show promise. What do you plan to do with yourself upon joining me on this venture? What are your goals, aspirations and overall plan to do with your coin? Do you consider yourself aligned with those of good nature or those of malicious? If I hired you on the spot what is the first thing you'd say?"
He reactions were subpar at best as such he'd nod and wave her on; a few more applicants remained as he went onto the next; a male of some interest he'd call him in.
"Okay, so welcome back. Let me ask you, what's most important to you, the completion of the mission or how it is done? What is more valuable the life of another or your own? If you had to pick between a time-consuming job or a labored one what would you choose?"
Hearing his reactions he'd nod and wave him on, however, the next person of interest was this supposed Weissman. Waiting for him to arrive he'd smile and nod.
"Punctual, that's good.So why do you want the coin, what skills do you have that requires me to hire you over another?" He'd ask curiously as he folded his arms over his chest, a faint smile passing as he waited on the answer, "If you had to choose between a job that paid out steady or one with a higher based pay due to luck which would you pick?" he'd ask his final question asked as he waited for a response.
------------------------
After his mini interview with Weissman had finished and a few others appeared. He'd begin working on his final interview with the male known as Grey. A faint smile passing as he motioned the male to sit,
"Pleasure to speak again, I see your patience is rather good. You're my last interviewee. Let's hope not the worst. So with this being said, how did being chosen last make you feel? If forced to choose between land and sea what would you prefer?" he'd ask curiously perhaps all these questions asked finally hinting at the jobs he had lined up. Eyes shifting towards the fireplace he'd part his lips once more, "So Mr. Grey, what are your most redeeming qualities?" he'd ask a typical question to get a bit more information on the male. Using the same old questions and typical interview questions he did his own employees at the gym.
Finishing the interview he'd part his lips, "So long as we keep this under 50 shades Mr. Grey I think I'd like to have you aboard, come let's go meet with Weissman and bring in our other partner." Heading off he'd walk over to the bar and order them each a drink. Raising the glass he'd grin, "Welcome to the businessmen, I have a solid way to make gold and with two options. If you may have guessed it, it's either fishing or Coal. But at a specific location, one which you can never reveal. I am, however, also going to inquire about one other matter once I see you work ethics and your true alignment." he said some finalizing his thoughts. "Oh, any questions lads?" he'd ask curiously wondering how they felt and thought; hands moving he'd open his menu and send them party invites.
