  1. Ordinarily Ko would have done a number of things with confessions such as the one that Katarina made. But he would never think that it would be someone saying it in the Love kind of way. He was far to oblivious for that one. He didn't mock people unless he was playing the evil guy and since he was relaxing right now he wouldn't do such a thing. On top of that he actually really did like her. And those lucky few in his mind that would stay just that way. He was an odd kid but he was also growing into one of those young men that in a way knew that the world was not full of the good things but would be an uphill battle even if he had money because his parents had it. He wanted to be liked for his own merits. In all honesty he saught for his parents to approve of him and that wasn't an easy thing to garner so to get attention he sometimes acted out. So in this respect he didn't mock people unless provoked to do so. Convoluted round about way to get back to what he was. And that was a walking contradiction.

"you are welcome" He said with a smile and then when she mentioned a who's a better rogue show. Well he couldn't help it he had to oblige her in that. "Alright." He listened to what it was that they were going to be doing and then she said let's go and sprang off. He sprung off after her. He took a short cut to get to the tree he needed to climb though. His feet taking him exactly where he wanted them to go. He had skill in his own right but not much when it came to the game just yet. But he had been able to climb fairly well the other day so he was sure he'd be able to do it now. He wasn't worried about not reaching the top or anything like that.

He came up and looked at her just as she looked at him. They had literally met at the top. "Well, that is intersting. I do believe that we might have matched eachother Katarina." He laughed a little bit. "But i'll give you this one. I think you've been playing longer than I have and my skills in a few of the other things probably wouldn't be as good anyways. But i'll get there. Still pretty glad that we made it about the same time anyways." He leaned into the branch he was on. It was just enough room for him to get all comfy on the branch and look over towards her. "Do you know how to jump from branch to branch tree to tree?" He questioned. He would never do it this high but lower down it wouldn't be a problem he didn't think.

  2. As she looked over, she was both disappointed and happy at the same time to see that the two had arrived at the top at the same time. She was disappointed because she had expected Ko to get there first, she was not the most skilled rogue, but she was happy because it turned out that she wasn't the worst rogue either. Maybe she and Ko both shared a place right at the bottom? Who knew.

She listened to his question, interested in his inquiry. She probably could jump from tree to tree, but if she fell... One look downward and that was all the motivation she needed. She was going to try and do it. After all, Katarina was a thrill-seeker, a fun-loving freak. What kind of life, is a life without danger? Her face split into a grin as she eyed the gap between the two trees, her gaze wandering back to Ko when she responded.

"I don't know, but I'll give it a try." She said, a semi crazed glint in her eye as she prepared her body for the jump. This was it, this was where she die- No! Katarina purged the thoughts from her head immediately, she wouldn't allow for such pessimistic opinions to cloud her mind right before this moment. She filled it instead with sunshine and rainbows, the happy stuff. Because, even if she died, at least she would die while thinking about happy stuff.

Then suddenly, she leaped from the tree, flying through the air in slow motion. She didn't even start to lose her acceleration until she was 3/4 of the way to Ko's tree, this was going to be easy! So, once she made it to the tree, she latched onto it, managing to use her arms as a means to prevent herself from taking any serious damage. She landed about a meter underneath where Ko was sitting on the tree.

She looked up, a MASSIVE grin on her face. "That was fun, did you see how far I jumped?" She spoke like a child who had just won their first competition. It was normal though, she felt giddy and excited, as did most thrill-seekers after they just survived a potentially life-threatening moment. At least she had a story to tell other people later, 'the day she jumped from a tree'...

Oh, wait, that didn't sound like the most exciting of stories. Drat, she would have to find some way of dramatizing it if she wanted an interesting conversation with other people. She looked back up at Ko, "Go on, you try, if I did it, you can probably do it easily. I mean, you're probably much lighter than me, it should be easy!" She gushed, 100% positive that Ko would easily be able to make the jump.

  3. Ko wasn't actually surprised by them getting there at the same time. He had started a few seconds after her and even with a short cut he knew that her longer legs in the form she was in now would get to the top just about the same time his speed would allow him to do it. He was shorter than she was thanks to the race he decided to go with. And he did it because he liked the challenge. So they were right where they needed to be he supposed though he knew he'd be getting up his rogue skill sooner or later to make him just that much better. Right now he was just employing things he knew from real life and hoping that they translated alright in game. He was extremely happy that she would give jumping from tree to tree a try. She also decided it would be fine to do if from the height they were at and he'd totally give her props for it.

He was happy when she made it to the branch under him. "Nice jump" He said and she looked like a kid in a candy shop almost and he was totally happy that she was a thrill seeker. He liked those types of people and so when she turned to ask him to do it he was already ready to do so. "As you wish." He said and moved to the right spot to jump from on his branch getting a sort of running start he jumped off the branch and into the tree she had been in with very little effort hitting the branch and actually using it as a bar to swing up on top of it. He looked back over at her a huge grin on his face. Glad he had been able to do it from this height. Well now he was afraid of the idea of dying from up at this height not to say he'd be doing jumping from tree to tree this high up but hey it was fun.

"Hell that was fun. Alright what else shall we do?" He said his grin only growing wider and his eyes showing glints of mischief.
