  1. As Aaron Steele had been contacted by a person of interested in Falderen. He'd soon hear about a group of foolish malefimancy students. Drunken and with little respect and disregard for others; they'd sacrificed their buddy and summoned some hell demon plants and what not. Having done such an act these evil plants took over the area and had created some sort of magical illusions or something thus causing the castle to go mad. However, before succumbing to the fate of their former allies a man had managed to escape and deliver the message of the down fall. Some tiny mage; rather petite. As such, he'd sought out someone brave enough to aid him. Taking on the calling Aaron would look at the list to see whom he got Queued with. His eyes scanning over the name Noah Krane, shrugging he'd copy the name down and send him a quick message.

    Yo @Noah Krane,
It's me, Aaron Steele. I saw you queued up for the Thistle Dream bounty, looks like we are to work together. Let's meet up at this location here. I'll discuss in great detail once you arrive the plan and what we can do; I hope you don't mind me taking the point of this bounty. I just thought if I were to take lead physically as the tank I best take lead in general. But we can discuss that further later; here are the coordinates. [ Destination ]
P.S. Oh and before I forget, be prepared for a hard fight, I heard Thistle are incredibly lethal and produce hallucinations. So we need to be quick and take out anything in our way before we get to the plants.

Aaron Steele has invited you to their party. Accept?

Once the message was sent and he had arrived at the castle he'd wait for his ally to show, raising a hand to send the proper party invites as well as discuss with his partner. "I heard a rumor from the contractor that the best place to start is the west side of the castle, just outside the kitchen. That is where he escaped and the least likely place to have anyone guarding it. Aside from this, there are Malefimancers that will need slaying; but since they are mindless zombies at this point that won't be too hard; the real challenge will be finding the plant. According to the sourc, it was least seen feasting on the corpses of the guards two floors up from the kitchen. In the dining hall, so let's see if we can't quickly get to our goal and make our way there." he'd say as he waited for any final thoughts to be exchanged before rushing off to combat the creatures.

His attire consisting of all common gear and an uncommon shield he felt confident taking the lead. Charging in and moving quickly through the castle, his blade swiftly slashing at the mid region of those foolish to stand in the way; gutting them like a fish. His shield protecting and casually bashing into the heads of his foe's causing a bit of a daze and stun hoping to provide openings for a crit or two from his ally. This was not an easy task as the pollen slowly but surely seemed to be starting its effects, the castle took on a more sinister appearance, yet his motivation and dedication unmoved. "In the name Of Tyl justice will be served and these demons will be vanquished." he'd say his blade once more plummeting into the body of the first malefimancer he saw. Attempting to slaughter the being and make his way across the kitchen to the stairwell.

A few floors up, it would appear the plant was still rooting all over their dead victim’s body; saping their liquefied inside. their mind control minions now explored the castle looking for more to feed the plants. The poor innocent dwellers of the castle either died or falling into madness. The sight deplorable and the feeling intese, one of the terrified and lost souls would run forth out of the room they were hiding to escape invisible flames only to be slain by the malefimancer who seemed to be guarding the plant's resting area; a clear indicator the duo would be on the right path once reaching this floor. Meanwhile back with our heroes, they'd finally be making their way to the stair well. Eyes shifting back he'd look to the male raising a hand and placing it over his heart, lips parting he'd say a prayer as he healed himself, then placed a hand out towards Noah. A faint glow passed as he attempted to heal his wounds as well, lips parting to finish thier prayer then speak, "So, how are you feeling. I can feel my mind slipping and we already got here. We must continue on our path, making haste, this can not end well if we take too much more time. Come, gather your thoughts and follow me." he'd say as he began to head up to the next floor to face the challenge which followed.

  2. Things were once again looking kind of nasty in the world of Terrasphere. It seemed that a group of dark majors have perform some daemonic ritual seven and beast that should not belong in this world. He knew very little about these creatures but he had received A message from another player. It seemed that him and this player had been paired up with each other to handle not only the mages but whatever creatures they have conjured up. The players name was Aaron Steel, I name that was not familiar to Noah. Perhaps this Aaron knew more than an know what I did and might be able to greatly aid Noah in killing those creatures. No gladly excepted the party invitation that Aaron had sent to him. He also clicked on the directions that Aaron had provided to the location that they were to meet at no gladly excepted the party invitation that Aaron had sent to him. He also clicked on the directions that Aaron had provided to the location that they were to rendezvous.

No way turned on his tracking device so he would know where to go. It was not too terribly far from his current location and will only take a half an hour walk to get there. He hoped that Aaron would not be waiting too long. Upon arrival he saw Aaron standing there, he greeted Noah with a kind smile and wave which was reassuring to Noah. The man also look more combat suited than Noah. No was skills listed on stealth and speed not brutality. It might be best for Noah to let Aaron take the lead while he would follow from behind.

Aaron seemed to know a good location on how the two could get in under the radar. Upon entering the building that you instantly went into not only defense mode but into stealth mode. It would be easier to handle this challenge without alerting the entire castle about their presence. “I'm all down for getting this done quickly but I'd rather not draw the attention of everybody in here at once… he said in a hushed tone. The two quickly continue on the path to the castle Aaron slashing leaving those in his path vulnerable for Noel to finish up with a quick flash of his own. While the man before him seem to be much stronger and durable than Noah, Noah had speed and precision on his side which allowed him to make final blows rather easily. His task was making sure that they would have no enemies coming from behind, leaving only corpses.

The longer they were in this area though no one could fill his mind slowly will lose its grip on reality shadows became longer and darker even from behind Aaron's body seen much harsher in larger. He feared that they two would fall under the spell of this demon. As they neared the stairs Aaron paused. A faint glowing light seemed to embrace him and extend to Noah. This man must have been a paladin class of some sort, not a bad pick of an ally when facing a demon. “Odd to say the least…I've had little experience with magic in the game, absolutely none when it comes to mind altering ones….this should be interesting.”. At that the two ascended the stairs before them.[/color]

Upon getting to the next level the two heroes were met with three mind controlled mages. Noah still sticking to the back ready his blade for any opportunity that Aaron might be able to give him. It was at this moment that no one really wished she had some sort of ranged ability or better armor at the very least. For a armor maker such as himself he really should have something better than his starting year at this point in life. It seemed though that he always was making stuff for others and never for himself. Who knew maybe after all this he might have enough gold to make a few pieces for him.

  3. As the two valiantly fought their way up the area and attempted to reach past the kitchen they would. But as luck would have it. They'd come face to face with no one but three malefimancers now. Aaron's look one of dismay as he looked back to the male behind him. "I'll tank as best I can my friend, but don't let any opportunity to strike in their blind spots pass you by. We don't have much longer here. I can feel my mind slipping." he said being honest as he charged in his blade swinging up in an crescent like Arc, slicing up and at the first malefimancer his shield bashing forth against the second as he was struck by the third from behind. His attention bouncing between the three as best he could; he'd contain the aggro; yet with each hit taken his health would drop and his rage would build. It wouldn't be long before even these three soon got a taste of his vengeance. His eyes shifting to a demonic red, his lips parting the male soon sustained enough damage and entered his berserk like state. His blade now furiously slashing away the strikes more powerful and ruthless, his shield no longer just a tool to block but a weapon itself as he struck forth trying to stab at them with the base.

As the male gave it he all he'd become surrounded; hitting one and then another; a few backs turned to the male known as @Noah Krane giving him ample opportunity to take down at least one of them if not get a vital blow on one and maybe a nice chunk of health on the other. Still, in his berserk state, Aaron would howl into the air, his body jerking about as he attempted to slash through one of the enemies; his shield ramming forth as to help ensure their defeat. He'd pierce knock them back causing them to stumble some as his slash once more attempted to cleave their body in half. The full spin would have landed him his shield up to block an incoming blast of pure magic and take only a minor strike from the other. His eyes glowing a deeper red the more damage he sustained, lips parting he'd bark, "FINISH THESE FUCKS BEFORE I DIED!" he'd demand as he roared once more charging after one of the two remaining Malefimancers, his damage increasing in hopes to get to a safe point to finish them off alone if he needed too. Because at this point it was clear, he needed to play the role of DPS as the male with him wasn't quite outputting enough. Lips curled as he began to laugh.

Was he going mad; was the illusions adding to the delusional state of the berserk mode. Nothing was certain, all he knew was there was shit to kill and he was on it. One way or another he was going to complete this quest or clear enough out that this task became a bit easier once he tried with another. His hopes for clearing it with the persons with whom he was with now was not high. However, this was no one's fault, in particular, he had just clearly underestimated the difficulty and mental fortitude required to see this mission complete. As the battle raged on, not too far off in the castle the damned flower continued to feast upon the human remains near it; the pollen polluting the air would only continue to influence the hosts there. "FUCK!" he'd curse aloud during their combat.

  4. Noah watched not in awe but almost horror as he saw Aaron’s state of mind slip from him. It seemed that this man had the berserk mastery in him as well. Who was this man and how was he so strong? Perhaps one of the top players in Terrasphere, at least in Noah’s opinion. Before he had reserved that title for Dempsey, seeing how she was a high skilled rogue with some mysterious skills that she had yet to full show. Now though, when it came to raw power Aaron had no rival. The berserker state was a coin toss of a skill though, especially with this mind alerting skill already targeting the two of them. Noah prayed that the man did not stay in this trance and target his rage at his once partner in combat.

He kept his eyes not only on Aaron but also that of the three before them. As Aaron’s blade went wild, the three men were tossed into a fit of confusion. This allowed them to be vulnerable. They held their attention on the man that seemed the most dangerous, allowing Noah to skillfully slid his blade right between their stomachs and backs. Aaron had done most of the work but with their health already dropped so low, Noah’s attacks would put the nail in the coffin, so to speak. He was still perplexed that this man was so powerful, it really made Noah contemplate his strategy with this game, he would need to pick up a skill that allowed for more quick and powerful burst attacks. The berserker trait probably was not the most ideal for him, he could not afford to take damage like a tank such as Aaron, plus falling into a spiral of rage power would make his quick attacks leave more openings and brash decisions. Seeing that there was another mage entering the scene, Noah watched as Aaron’s rage was directly pointed at this person. The original three seemed to have been left dead so Noah followed behind the man.

Thanks to his rage his speed had increased to the point that it matched Noah’s own. As the tank of sorts barreled after the new mage, Noah would follow suit. The moment Aaron’s blade struck the chest, Noah would use the wall as a means of travel. He would rain his sword from above right down the man’s skull, ending its life right then and there. It seemed that by killing these mages, the two of them had cleared this area...for now. Hopefully once Aaron did not sense any more enemies he would revert from his berserker state, if not Noah might have to flee this gorilla of a man. His mind was starting to play more complex tricks on him. Noah started to see Aaron’s armor take a more harsh tone, even demonic is sorts. This did not make much sense to the man since he had just saw the man use some sort of holy magic...but the berserker rage could have corrupted it. The images that hung on the walls also seemed to become alive in sorts. He saw eyes blinking, lips curling into hateful and malicious smiles. Perhaps it was time for them to make their escape. “Aaron are you alright? Should we continue any further into this mad house?...”

Little did the two realize but now the plant had become aware of their presence. With most of its mindless servants laying on the ground dead thanks to Aaron and Noah, it was in need of fresh blood. A valiant knight and nimble rogue might make ideal pets for it to have. It’s roots had grown wild, weaving in and out of the corridors of the castle. Small buds had grown in various places that was releasing its mind altering spores. It would exert most of its power to the buds that were nearest to the two men. They were getting too close to the plant for comfort, it would need to win them over before they cut it down once and for all.

  5. Swords clashing and slicing through the enemies the two seemed more than capable in combat; their downfall appearing to be more of the chemical reactions this fight had. Steele however, faced a far greater challenge, the ability to maintain and control his actions; being a soldier of light coupled with a sinful and violent nature of a berserker his mind was not always as clear; as such this state was a risky tactic, one he'd grown adept in dealing with and using. So he knew the risks, but in an environment such as this, the added fatigue and stress on his mind amplified both the risk and the payoff. However, thankfully he had a strong will power and a clearer mind than one might think; despite being in his blood lust like rage. As he finished gutting his last target and the rogue had finished the one prior, it appeared the duo had made quick work of the plant's minions and there was not much left to do but slay the plant.
However, lost in thoughts and in a berserk like state; injured the male had just enough sense left in him to note the oddities around him. Demons which were not there, darkness closing in.

His sword slashing side to side he'd raise his sword and attempt to use Illumancy magic to cast smite upon a few invisible enemies. This alone would alert his ally that it was best to leave before he lost his mind; his magic spent would drain him a bit more. Tired he'd part his lips as he shouted and began to chase down a nonexistant demon. His body rushing forth as to chase the beast; heading down the stairs and around a corner once more in the kitchen. His mind weak he'd cast illumancy magic once more upon himself healing himself accidentally to a degree having tried to cast a light to keep him from the darkness. It was with the gaining of life through his own actions he'd slowly fade from his berserk like state. Eyes looking about he'd remove himself from the slightly delusional state. His lips parting he'd turn to look at his ally. "I think we should get out of here. I can no longer hear Tyl's voice, this darkness is strong, I must regather my strength and try again."He'd say as he turned to @Noah Krane. Yet before he could escape entirely the duo would be confronted once more by a malefimancy mage.

The pollen slowly building up as the man appeared more demon than human. His blade raised he'd begin to feel his sanity slipping. Charging in he'd once more begin to combat the evils in the room. Darkness once more enveloping him. Yet his smite skills ineffective given the living target would be some indicator he needed to escape, however, if he wasn't quick he'd soon turn upon his ally. His blade clashing with the staff as his shield became a tool once more for beating upon his enemy. Bashing it against them, yet the more inhaled pollen, the more his blood would flow it towards his brain; the chemical reactions causing more and more backlash as his ally seemed to be phasing between reality and another cult worshiper. Shaking his head having made space he'd look at one than the other; prepared to attack his ally then turning last minute to strike upon the other. The right choice made but barely as he tried to catch his breath once he'd slain the last slave himself. Looking to the constant phasing demon ally he'd moved to the door. "Quick...we need to get out....demon. Before it's too late, let me save your soul..."

He'd say raising his blade; in the name of Tyl ask for forgiveness and my lord will give onto you his blessings. Come, let us leave this house of sin and I'll teach you the way of man." he'd say grabbing at his arm walking off an out of the castle, making their ways away from the land; although the chemical reaction was not completely gone nor was he immune, but it was indeed a more viable option. There was not nearly as much damage dealt with his mental state and the fresh air was helping to release some of the pollen as he exhaled removing it. His head throbbing in pain and a miss compared to its natural state he'd turn to Noah and rub his temple some, "Demon, what have you done to Noah, are you man or hell spawn?" he'd ask as the two escaped together had they left otherwise it would appear Steele was once more lost walking himself home talking to an unseen enemy. But then again weren't all religious folk crazy in one way or another? He'd continued on his way as he left the area.

  6. Noah knew that their time was short. Everything was starting to get fuzzy and dark. It reminded him of the one time he took magic mushrooms back in college, but much darker...much darker. The paintings that had once been moving now were starting to whisper into his ears. Talks of this man before him turning into a monster of sorts. A monster who would only be satisfied with Noah’s own blood. It was possibly true, Aaron had faded from the kind paladin like man he appeared to be early on in their venture. Now his armor was darker, his eyes seemed to be red as if it was tainted with some black magic, and his voice was rough and scratchy. Noah was on alert for this man to turn on him and strike at the fible Rogue.

Noah saw the man attacking nothing but shadows and empty suits of armor. This gave into the whispers to tell him that the man was growing more and more mad by the dark magic taking root in his brain. Soon he would be completely consumed by the demon and would be looking to sacrifice Noah. His knuckles became white with his grip on his blade. His eyes darted around the man before before him, looking for any openings in the armor that were small enough for Noah’s blade to slide in and end the man with one quick strike. Aaron’s voice, though still rough and deep, was able to penetrate through the whispers and into Noah’s ears. It seemed that he too felt the need to get out of this mad house before the two of them were fully engulfed by the madness. Noah nodded his head in agreement, though he was still wary that this man would turn on him and try to kill him.

As the two fled down the stairs another dark mage appeared before them. Noah was amount to strike at the surprise visitor but Aaron seemed gung ho about taking out the man right then and there. Perhaps he was on edge just as much if not more than Noah was, the sudden appearance before them probably was just enough to push him over a bit. Noah become more concerned when the man’s voice became nearly incoherent. All he saw was the man raising his blade and speaking in what appeared to be tongues. Noah readied himself to leap back if the man tried to swing at him. When Aaron took his arm though and started running for the door, Noah could not help but run as fast as he could with him. As they broke into the daylight, Noah’s eyes retracted to near pinpoint. In the light the man’s appearance seemed less demonic but still intimidating as fuck. He appeared almost as a giant, a titan, or a golem, he was much larger than a normal man and made Noah feel as if he was only two feet tall. As his voice boomed it had lost the sound of a demon but seemed much louder and more deep than before. While it was still hard to make out Noah was able to understand that the man was asking him a question on if he was man or spawned from hell. Noah was perplexed. What was Aaron seeing? If Noah had saw him in this form what did he think Noah was? A demon? “What..what are you talking about Aaron… It’s me Noah..” He said in almost a whimper. The man’s presence had made him feel insecure and unworthy. It seemed that the two of them had failed this time around but they had left with their lives. Noah quickly scurried away before Aaron snapped and tried to kill him, while he would hold no ill will towards the man he did grow a respect and fear for his power.
