Her fingers curled.
This wasn't quite what she had in mind when she said she wanted to work with her guildmates. Her fingers lit up with flames, her only comfort right now. One could say being neck deep in the enemy lines was a sign of either courage, or just plain stupidity. It wasn't like Wild Rose had wanted to be here! If anything, she just ended up here. Considering her luck in the game so far, she shouldn't be surprised. Her fingers dug into the face of the stupid ugly fuck right in front of her, it's screams almost music in her ears right now. Motion was behind her, and with a twist, her blade was in it's gut. Her breath eased out, even as she twisted on her heel, her eyes flashing.
Battle was both amazing and yet terrible.
Her breath came out, as she ducked under the swing of another. Her fingers lit up with more fire, the girl driving her hand into the throat of her opponent. Vicious, but that was the only way to keep these little shits down. Yanking her hand away, her eyes landed on another opponent, her blade already moving to get rid of it. There was no use in standing still, her body shifting. Someone else was here with her, be damned if she remembers who right now. With a small little smile, she finds that the three around her are not quite dead. She'll have to solve that problem won't she? Her blade went for their necks, off with their heads!
She couldn't but think on how she got here.
It had started with a pretty nice day. School was decent for once, her parents weren't home, and she had finished all of her homework in class so that she could play without too many interruptions. She was still going to take care of her body, she was not that stupid. She had put on her comfy pants, and had lied back into the bed with her t-shirt. And then, she had fallen into the world of Terrasphere, trying to remember exactly what she was doing before she logged off last night. Probably being lost in exploration or something like that. Luckily, she had logged out in town, which was better then nothing.
After maybe five minutes of being on, her inbox flashed with a message.
''He must be psychic, there's no way this is just a coincidence.'' she mumbled to herself, even as she opened it. Turns out, they have a mission! And it was tomorrow. She could skip whatever tomorrow - probably school not that she was thinking about this right now - and go to this. With a hum, she simply closed the message. She would be there, and that was for sure! After all, it would be nice to test her fire and sword out there... and she could always use roots to tangle things or something if she got really stuck. It was how that one worked, right? Oh well.
The next day had arrived faster then she thought. Of course, she was almost late, but made it just in time to be there with everyone. Wild Rose knew she wasn't the most noticeable of figures, but it was almost laughably easy how she just faded into the background. What, with her new clothes that just look like normal clothes, and nothing really special about her looks. In fact, one of the NPCs had approached her, and told her that she should help her family. After a quick discussion, the poor thing realized she was an adventurer - or whatever it was they called PCs in here - and left her alone.
From there, it all went downhill. The attack started, and she was out like a shot. There had been speeches and battle cries and what not, but honestly Wild Rose didn't want to bother with all that pre-battle brouhaha. She had gone straight for a flanking group of knolls, their numbers being around five. Someone else had joined her, and the pair had started their little fight. Of course, everyone else was pretty busy, and within no time, the pair had split leading to Wild Rose's current situation. Honestly, it could be a lot worse, but still, there could be a lot better things to do. Considering she hadn't bothered investing points at all... well it would make things interesting.
She only got rid of one enemy, as the other two were slowly getting up. The face burned one and the one that got her sword. The girl felt her lips quirk into a grin, and she tilted her head.
''More you say? Well, since you're invading and harming poor innocent folks... what better then OFF WITH YOUR HEADS!'' she said, her last words thrown as a shout, even as she moved towards them. She had some magic, and she had a weapon. She would be fine, if not better then that, by the time this would be over. And maybe, just maybe, this would actually help her out in the end. But it would definitely help out the guild, even if she wasn't the most useful of people - she had trouble killing three mobs dammit!
But Wild Rose wasn't the type to give up, and so she continued to do the best that she could do.
