The doorknob turns easily. As the two of you proceed through the open threshold, a straight sight lies before you. All that exists is a long stone corridor paved with checkered tiled flooring. It stretches on for a good several hundred feet. Near the end of the hall rests a large wooden oak door that bars your path. It radiates a strong aura of magic and seems well designed and fairly intricate. Various depictions are shown on the door thanks to the skilled handiwork of an illustrious woodworker.
The depictions primarily focus on a great figure in a wizard hat. Upon closer inspection the figure of mention oddly resembles a humanoid cat (more cat like than human when compared to Felis) standing on an elevated platform. It holds a whip in one hand and a stalk of catnip in the other. Below it are countless numbers of smaller woodland creatures such as mice, rabbit, squirrels and other smaller animals. They all appear to be cowering in fear, fleeing for their lives, or shackled to various machines and mechanisms designed for labor or torture. One of the furry creatures in particular stands out when compared to the others, looking oddly familiar. The rabbit is dressed fancifully in a purple tuxedo and looks rather plump and obese instead of gaunt and thin. Rather than fleeing from the feline, this particular woodland denizen lies prostrated on top of the ground with obeisance towards the great sage.
Even higher, above the elevated cat wizard, appears to be a dome ceiling with an oculus at the apex. At this apex a large, uncannily lifelike, three dimensional carving of a rabbit head protrudes from the door’s frame. It appears to be a door handle of some sorts as a large bronze ring hangs from its maw.
