  1. A stranger coming up to her made sense since it was a game, but the plot of his quest was a bit...confusing. A thief got his wedding ring? To her, it sounded like he was saying it was taken off his finger- but as she listened, it started to make sense in her head. When asked if she would take the quest, she was quicker to agree than she was to get into town. "Of course I'd help! It's part of the fun!"

She knew, however, that she was too weak to go alone. "It's a little scary just going up to a stranger...I guess I'll try the world chat..." Finding it with her menu, she was quick to try conversing with some strangers about the quest, asking people if they'd join her.

The relief left her in a massive sigh as a stranger named @Daren offered to join her. She wasn't fully sure how to use the party system yet, but she fiddled with it with help from some guides she found in a help section, and was quick to send the request. She could only hope patiently that it went through properly...

  2. The few previous quests had been too easy as of late and thus Daren was kind of annoyed when he was looking at the world chat, most people were still talking about YULAN taking over a country while the ones that weren't were discussing the raids. It seemed it had a much bigger impact than Daren had assumed, to begin with. Sighing he was about to simply log out for the day but had then noticed the quest boards start pinging with a few requests. Maybe this would be a good thing? So far the few quests he had taken despite being easy were fun. The people he had met were not his target though; it seemed she was still on the loose, but even if she was he had to find her soon.

Maybe this quest could reverse his bad luck that he had so far. The sheer fact that all the rolls on dmg he had done so far were exceedingly weak was daunting. Sighing he continued browsing the requests and then came upon one for a ring. It seemed the husband had lost his ring; or was it stolen. Shaking his head, he didn't care. It simply meant that he would have to find a ring and then bring it back to the man and that would be it. Taking a while he journeyed to the area and then had received a party invite. Chuckling slightly, he accepted the invite and then swiftly looked at the player information.

She was brand new to the game and it seemed she was a mage type just like he was. Smiling he walked toward the girl and then waved. Speaking through the comms again, Daren spoke. "Hello there. So a missing ring? Sounds kind of fun. So...where do you want to start?" He was a no-nonsense type guy. Which meant he wanted to get the job done as fast as possible.

  3. She was started as she heard a voice she didn't recognize- it was her first time starting a party for a quest, and her first time taking a quest at all. She was still gathering her thoughts as the stranger spoke up to her, and it took some time for her to find that he was a more experienced player, a magic-user of some sort, and the same person that had accepted joining her on the seemingly simple task.

"Ah, you're mister Daren then? Thank you for agreeing to join me." Smiling a gentle grin, she was beginning to warm up her voice and took his question in very carefully. "Mister here says he thinks it was stolen by some bandits. It seems it's become a common issue- his wife got her's stolen too, I heard somewhere. It might help us if we can find the bandits, or at least their hide out...That's all I've thought of so far. Does it make sense?"

She shuffled her feet. Unlike the rather straightforward guy, while she was blunt, she was also pretty naive. Could she really help in the end? She wanted to, though. "I feel bad for this poor man. He really treasures that ring, it seems. I don't know how to find it...If you were a bandit, where would you have your hideout?"
