Bradwynne found himself yet again in the place where everything started: the area of Maithe Woodlands in Brisshal. It was the spot of new players who was about to make their adventures in the world of Terrasphere, although this place was getting hostile for the newcomers. Overhunting the natural inhabitants of the place caused them to chase every human who entered their line of sight, as was the case of him entering the game for the first time. A pack of wolves took notice of the then inexperienced Bradwynne Lambert, and started to chase him all around the forest. Fortunately there were a bunch of adventurers who helped him overcome the series of wolves chasing him down, first was the tank who was named Julius Surgate who went out of his way fighting his own battle with slimes to help with his wolf chasedown problem, and then the duo of Emerath Katou and Rodger Clemens who were also having that same problem. All of them contributed to what he was now, one of the foremost heroes in Terrasphere. He then wondered where they were now. He either hoped they were doing their best to strengthen themselves, or, as they gave up, left the game for good. The situation in this game escalated so much that he would need everyone to get stronger day by day so that they would be ready for the future battles. And those would be getting harder in each passing victories. Although he agreed with that person named Mystery X that this game should not be recommended to other people, part of him wanted to acquire more players to battle this looming threat that might extend into the real world. After all, the monster named Titanius claimed a lot of victims and rendered some of them unable to use their UIs. And, as far as he knew, Titanius, or Titania, was just a pawn in this massive scheme of things plotted by the God of Madness and Sin, Nyarlieth. And so more people should be needed to tackle the situation, and the existing ones, like himself, needed to get stronger.

What he was facing currently was quite a huge pack of wolves. Those gave him some problems back in his newbie days, and left with a limping leg after two encounters, and even then with veritable assistance. Although he knew that this time he could dispatch every single one of them without any worry, he would need to train himself with one aspect of fighting. And so, he would be coming into the fight without his crystal longsword, nor his dagger, nor his katana. Although he had his rosary at the ready, he would only use it when the going gets tough. This time he would just be using his fists to attack. Positioning his stance in the Wing Chun style that he was always watching in a series of kung fu movies, he then set himself on his serious mode, imposing a huge pressure on the wolves surrounding him. The wolves around him were growling while readying to jump on him, but he continued the stance, his stony silence felt within the area. It was as if time stood still for either groups of combatants, each group waiting on their opponents to move, and it seemed not one of them would budge until after one side would attack.

  2. Rivers walked through the forests surrounding Honeyhome. He was heading back to Honeyhome after a stint in Vintergard. He had friends to see and reconnect with. The battle with Titanius had left him scared and he had run away. But, now he was stronger. A bit worse for the wear and missing an eye, but stronger. The dissonant lance clanked against his back as he walked. He had a weapon finally! What could possibly go wrong?

As he made his way towards Honeyhome, he heard some familiar sounds. Wolves...always fucking wolves. Rivers sighed before turning towards the sound. Now that he had a weapon, he felt like he owed it to whatever newbie had pissed off the wolves to help them out. Lin Bo had saved him and his friends; he should pay it forward.

Following the noises of the wolves, he arrived to see someone standing off against the group unarmed. But, the man in front of him didn't look like a newb at all. On the contrary, he seemed stronger than Rivers was. Why was he still fighting wolves? Well, his clothes looked like those of a mage. But, he was barehanded? Was he also a martial artist? That would make sense, but why were the combatants just standing there against each other? That didn't make much sense to Rivers. As he approached, some of the wolves turned their attention to him.

    "Please no."

It wasn't enough. Two of the wolves turned their attention towards him and peeled off from the mage/martial artist in front of him. Rivers sighed. This was more of a nuisance than anything else. He readied his lance to attack and quickly put one down, stabbing it cleanly through the middle. Wow. This was a lot easier with a weapon. The other wolf slowed down to pace around him. It was looking for an opening to attack him. As it did this, Rivers turned his attention to the other player.

"I'm sorry if I messed up your training."

  3. Brisshal. The first place Libitina arrived when she first joined the game and also the place she most frequently visits. And why wouldn't she?
She enjoyed the bakery items that were found in Honeyhome village, the sight of the coast was a scene the girl would not get tired of anytime soon and the forest was a good place to either rest, Her usually resting spot being the top branches of the trees, and even to practice her fighting skills.

Just like any other day she spent on Terrasphere, the girl was walking through the forest to find a perfect tree to rest on while carrying her whip, just in case some creatures decided to attack her.

The long haired girl heard some growling from a distance and immediately turned to go the opposite way. No, she was not scared. She just spent hours in a monster's body, wolves would be the last thing she would run away from. It was just that she wanted to avoid fighting if she could.

Every time she heard noise, Libitina would make a turn to go someplace else, until finally, she reached a place packed with wolves and two other people. Whether it was a mere coincidence, her bad hearing or the wolves somehow tricking her into coming to that place, she was now face to face with the same creatures she was trying to avoid.

She let out a sigh, ruffling her hair in annoyance before looking at @Bradwynne and @Rivers Asteire who seemed to be fighting the wolves. She recognised both the males in an instance as the male who healed her and the male who went on a quest with her previously. "Nice to see you again Rivers" She said, although her voice was monotonous, making it sound like she was not happy to see the male. She was about to greet the healer but was cut off when a wolf tried jumping on her. The little girl whipped the wolf across his stomach, causing the creature to fall on its back. Before it could even get a chance to be back on its feet, Libitina placed her leg on top of its throat. She applied enough force to injure the neck and kill it.

It did not seem like her actions pleased the pack because at least three wolves surrounded her. "were you two planning on killing them? If so, By all means, you guys can go ahead. I have no intentions of killing today. I'll just block them until you guys are free to hunt them off" She suggested as she replaced her whip with dual swords. "But you would want to hurry, otherwise I might just end up killing one or two by accident" she warned.

  4. The standoff continued; Bradwynne, still in his stance, was focused on his enemies, while the wolves, affected by the overwhelming pressure that he gave, were growling but not yet jumping on him. He really waited for them to attack him; how would he know if all of his practice sessions were enough to be applied into practice? Was his stance really imposing enough that the wolves, even with their superior numbers, would not dare try attacking him?

It was when another person moved towards them and started to speak that the stalemate was broken: two of the wolves pounced towards the newcomer while the remainder almost simultaneously jumped towards Bradwynne. Although he had eagerly waited for an attack to happen, he did not expect eighteen or so wolves jumping towards him in an almost synchronous fashion. But maybe it was for his good: extraneous situations like this would train him for the more, far serious ones.

And so, abandoning the stance but retaining his firm footing, he tyen removed the short hooded cloak from his body, and then flared it upwards, covering the line of sight of the wolves jumping towards him, although some of the wolves tried to bite the cloak tgat was dangled on their faces. As Bradwynne felt the sudden snagging of the cloak due to the wolves biting it, he then swung the cloak with the wolves towards the other wolves, slamming their bodies into each other. It would not cause that much damage, but it should be enough to distract them so that their numbers would be more manageable. And then, as the wolves who were still biting the cloak dropped in front of him, he then made his move. His boots skidding on the ground due to his sudden change of stance, he then lunged quickly and dealt the wolves a series of hand strikes on every part of their bidies as they fell on the ground. As he momentarily released his hold on the cloak as he struck the wolves with his bare hands, he then grabbed the cloak again, now free of the wolves biting it as they dropped on the ground, although there were no noticeable trauma on their bodies, all they could do was to whimper as they could not even stand properly.

Placing the cloak on his shoulder, while he kept close watch on the wolves which were still recovering from their ramming on each other, Bradwynne was about to acknowledge the person who was helping him, when he noticed another newcomer with a whip, stomping on the neck of another wolf. He then said to the other blond, who was apologizing for his apparent intrusion on his training, "No need to apologize. In fact I had to thank you for jumpstarting my training, those wolves seemed to be intimidated for whatever reason." He then said to the girl, who asked if the two of them males were planning on killing the wolves, "No, not that much, only training for this time. Maybe killing them would just be an unfortunate consequence, but no, never planned on killing them. Maybe the other one would." As he then espied one wolf who had recovered, he then cut the conversation quickly and dashed towards the wolf.
