Terrasphere is, first and foremost, a game. With the power of internet anonymity and the fact of having to deal with melodramatic teenagers every day in the real world, Charlotte does whatever the hell she wants in the virtual one.
She doesn't care about players pretending to be politicians, but screwing around with them is fun.
She doesn't care about the big bad wolf eating some children that are virtual data anyways, but slaughtering monsters is fun.
She doesn't care about buttering up her words because calling people out for being literally stupid is fun also.

Biography
Charlotte's life can be summed with a single term: Average. With an average, but nonetheless happy, childhood and an average job, the woman is leading an average and unambitious life. The only exception to her average life would be her job: Working on the Nexus Academy campus. While sounding great at first, it becomes worse once one realizes that she is working for
Nex King, Nexus Corp. fast-food chain on campus. An average job with not-so-average customers.
'Don't be hostile! Keep a Nex smile! It'll make everybody's day worthwhile!' Forced to worship the company's jingle on a day-to-day basis, Charlotte has come to hate most of humanity, but at the end of the day, the pay was above average and pent-up frustration could always be vented into games, so she continued to work, smiling even as she fumed on the inside.
