  3. Letting out a soft growl, Ilya held the yarn ball close to her chest. "Mine." Her eyes glowed lightly as she became possessive of her new toy, refusing to hand it over to Zelrius. Thinking back to the crabs she shrugged, "Maybe.. Maybe not.. I do need more mastery points now that I think about it though.. I have a few skills I want to work on, although not all of them are combat.. Perhaps we could go riding sometime through the forest of Brisshal? I feel as though all the monsters are easy though.."

Wanting to level up her own body combat mastery was important enough to her, yet she was still unknowing of what Zelrius' masteries were.. Neither did he know hers.. And she knew that she would be unable to share her own until she switched them out.. "My main weapon mastery is Body Combat if you have not already guessed... I am pretty darn good at fighting."

It was practically all that Ilya knew how to do.. Fight with her fists and murder and maime things. Yet despite it being one of the only things she knew how to do.. She was pretty darn good at it.

At that moment, Ilya uncovered her yarn from where she had been holding it near her chest and began to play around with it some more. Her tail flickering with delight and her ears twitching with amusement.

  4. He quickly withdrew his hand, taking the hint pretty quickly that he was not to touch it and mess with it himself. Fair enough, she was the kitty afterall, though an idea was forming...

That'd wait as he tried to put off the idea, now slowly leading them away from the crowded streets and to somewhere a bit quieter once more. He tapped both the Cutlass hilts just as he had done when they first met. "My main weapons are these two babies. One is named, the other isn't. I plan on getting the one that isn't replaced here pretty soon. I just recently Mastered Slashing, since you get double the MP per a fight for it if you're dual wielding, which I think I recently hit Expert in." That was without mentioning what his menu said about his Luck stat, which the man had zero clue how that increased, only that it periodically did.

Now his mind drifted back to the yarn, as he reached back out for it, but slowly this time and then offering a plan. "Let me see, I promise not only will I give it back, but I have a plan to make it slightly more fun to play with." Though he couldn't see the appeal of the ball of yarn, he did want to interact with it himself.

  5. Smiling from ear to ear she nodded, "Those two were not hard to guess, I have been getting pretty good at figuring out masteries. I know when we fought with the crabs you had Hunting as a mastery. Though now I am not entirely sure whether you do or not, as you never used it to find me in the crowd. Slash is easy to guess as per the type of sword you use. As for dual wielding, you carry two swords around. I do not need that mastery. I got myself these two-handed gauntlets. Which means I have to have one on each arm." She clashed her gauntlets together, with a wicked grin on her face, "We should duel sometime.." She made sure not to say what her own skills were, cautious not to reveal her only weakness. The fact that she focused on only one skill at a time.

Narrowing her eyes at this time, her smile being replaced by a small frown she hesitantly handed over the yarn, "What are you gonna do..?"

  6. "Heh, yea.." Was all he said in response to her assumption about him having hunting, not really wanting to admit that he had flopped three times on that slot of his mastery; constantly changing it and still not even sure if Beast Taming was the way to go, as it was his current one. Still, the man would have to give it a shot, and he wondered if Felii counted.

Here was his test, he supposed, taking the ball of yarn as she questioned him suspiciously, not really paying much mind to her and instead pulling out a small circle that he kept around as a throwing object, wrapping a bunch of yarn around it so that now it looked like a yarn ball, swinging it front of her, now gauging if she could resist batting at the suspended sphere.

  7. Ilya knew herself how it felt to constantly be switching masteries. Despite not knowing what she wanted in the game, the only thing she really stuck to was Body Combat. It was something she was use to.. Something she was good at. It never changed despite how her mind changed about her other two.. Soon to be three masteries..
Watching Zelrius carefully she saw as he tied the yarn around making it look like a yarn ball.. Her eyes seemed to watch as it went back and forth, "Zelllyyyy... You know that as a Felis' I have cat instincts.. I want to chase it.. so bad..." Ilya resorted to using Zelrius' nickname that she had given him, in hopes to get him to stop waving the yarn ball back and forth. All she wanted to do was "paw" at it and play around.

  8. He dangled it a bit more, and within an instant she seemed to not only notice the ball of yarn, but what he was trying to do with it. The man contemplated her request, wondering if he should be nice or cruel about it today, and he decided a bit of both. A smirk spreading on his face, he swung it a bit more. "That was the intention, Eya-Kitty." He did live up to his promise though; It should be a bit more interactive at the very least, and now he would live up to the other side of his promise, handing both the bundle of yarn, and the wrapped ball back to her.

As the people seeped away, the golden haired man gave a yawn and then a glance at his meters, a compulsive habit at this point. They were all full and the sun was still barely in the air. "Wanna head outside of town and kill something?" It was high time that the pair actually did something productive for the day.

  9. Trying her best to ignore the yarn ball until Zelrius handed it over, she pocketed the two into her inventory. Realizing how messy it was, her gaze lifted from the messiness as Zelrius spoke. "Err, lemme sort through this one second.." A few taps in her inventory showed her every item she had. Her beady eyes going through her items. She had from the Alicorn Blood she had obtained on Black Friday to the most random piece of bread in her inventory. Glacing upon each item that was in her slot, she discarded a few items while others she kept. Upon finishing she looked in her slots. Let us see. All that is left is.. The Alicorn Blood.. Four vials of water.. Two fish from today. Two lemon pasteries.. I should eat those... She clicked on one of the lemon pastries and started to eat it while she continued to see what she had. Three bread rolls.. My portable sleeping mat.. One energy boost and one drink that will recover some of my health... I also have my armor and gauntlets.. Along with three other pairs of clothes..

Upon feeling satisfied with her inventory she looked up at Zelrius, "Yes, let go!" With her hand in the air, she began to charge towards the exit to town, before stopping. "Perhaps you should lead as you know where we are going."

  10. He watched in minor discontent as she sorted through her inventory and began to either toss things aside or sort it into a way comprehensible by her. Either way, it wasn't exactly the most exciting thing to watch, and in turn, caused him to open up his own menu and begin typing away a message. To who, he would take a moment to ponder, deciding that perhaps Vina was the proper candidate for it, as it had been a while since he had talked to and interacted with his white-furred Feline ex-Teammate. He tilted the message 'Been a bit', and began trying his best to play catchup with her, never really being terribly good at remaining polite.

And it seemed the timings matched up really well, she began to charge off as he continued to slowly tap each foot in front of the other toward her, wrapping up his message and sending it as his eyes looked up from his palm and to her. "Huh? Oh, no. By all means, you lead the way." He insisted, remembering that he had spent the whole day leading around the city.

  11. With a light growl coming forth through her throat, Ilya nodded her head, "Fair enough.." Despite her short height, she had the muscles of a ferocious beast. Grabbing Zelrius and lifting him up seemed to be an easy feat as she put him on her shoulders. She lifted one foot and stomped it into the ground, slightly mad that not only Zelrius was making her take the lead, but he had also messaged another person in her presence. Something only the rude would do. I had been sorting through my inventory! Not messaging another person. As sly as Ilya had been she had easily seen the name of the character he had been messaging. Vina.... Wanting to rip whoever the person was to shreds, Ilya launched in the air. Leaping up to the rooftops was another easy task.

Jumping from building top to building top, Ilya easily made it out of the town in merely a few seconds. Now standing on the last bit of building before the plains of Brisshal would take over, Ilya took Zelrius off her back and dropped him to the ground. "Follow me." Her eyes took on that of an annoyed beast. Turning away from Zelrius she leaped off the building. Walking to the stable that littered every exit to town she produced a few gold coins, "I would like to rent two please." Negotiating with the stable-owner seemed to be hard work, but at long last, somehow Ilya produced two beautiful horses. Leading them over to Zelrius she handed one over before getting on the horse. She gently clicked with her tongue, not wanting to take her anger out on the horse, or anyone for that matter she made the horse shoot forward. In the general direction of Norforva.

  12. He heard the growl, but Zelrius was not at all ready for what would follow that, being thrown up. The immense strength of the smaller felis was surprising, but so was the random lifting of the pirate-like man. At first, he had thought that it was her just poking fun at him again, though between the jerking and harsh movements, and the growl that had preceded these actions, somehow the Golden haired man had seen now that this was almost entirely malicious.

Though he couldn't complain; for a moment, and though he'd never admit it, it was mildly fun, to thrash around like that and watch the stares of many follow as he flew from building to building like this, and just like that the fun was over. He was thrown off, a loud and painful thud signifying that he had made contact with the ground, and the smell of animal dropping and neighing of horses also let the man know where they were. "The Stables?" He questioned, standing and rubbing the side of his head not sure quite understanding. Then in a few short moments, two horses were brought out, and just as quickly as they had got there, Ilya hopped on hers and rode off. Weird. He thought, hopping onto the horse and racing off, eventually passing her at high speed, a mischievous grin being shot back at her, as the pair sped off toward Norfova, though Zelrius had absolutely no clue that's where they were headed.
