Ruby is a small pandora box.
If you are in her good side, you can bet you probably have one of the most loyal person you can have in this world on your side. But because of her shy and quiet nature, getting close to her may be a difficult task... And things get even worse when someone realize that she's the type of person that can easily hold grudges if someone do something she dislike.
Despite her shy nature and her usual docile expression, her grudges normally don't show off in passive ways... Ruby will normally actively attempt to seek for revenge over it in several hostile ways, be it direct or indirect.
Even with all her hidden ruthless and vengeful feelings she may have with people she dislike, in a general sense she will show to be pretty helpful. It will be rare to see her reject helping someone out, as long as they never did something she loathe.
The best way to get Ruby to talk or open herself, is to make her sing- Her love for music is big enough to overwhelm almost any social barrier.

Biography
Yuhan is from a very traditional chinese family, owners of a temple, it was very common for the girl to have to deal with the usual rituals and festivals that had in her town. To a small girl like her, those things were extremely boring to deal with, but luckily one of the activities of the temple made up for everything that was bad: Music.
The mix of her family's traditional and strict teachings and her love for music made Yuhan easily become one of the top events of the festivals that were held by her family, becoming one of the biggest prides of the small town.
Though living of just traditional music wasn't something that the girl was dreaming of, she also wanted to learn other kind of musics, from other cultures and countries. Of course those dreams were easily crushed by her parents, that instantly rejected the idea. But for the luck of the girl, her aunt that had much more influence in the family decided that the girl should be allowed to follow her dreams, and accepted to help the girl to move out to America. Powerless about the situation, Yuhan's parents could only accept to let her daughter go.
The girl felt extremely happy, and she rushed to do her best to learn english as fast as she could, and in less than two years, Yuhan was able to finally move out with her aunt.
She was very nervous about going to a foreign school, after all she was never very good in talking to new people, much less people from a whole different country, but she still had hopes that she would probably have a lot of fun in the new ambient... Though things didn't went as expected, and a lot of students bullied Yuhan because of her accent and her nationality.
Unfortunately for both her and her bullies, she didn't take the mistreatments lightly, and slowly she held a grudge that eventually made her give back several retaliations. This soon turned her daily life in school into a battlefield, though she was in complete number disadvantage.
Until finally something much more direct broke out, and her bullies decided to surround her after school to give her a final lesson. Getting attacked by the group, she could only helplessly try to block the stomps and kicks she received while she was laying on the ground, everything seemed pretty much done until some random man appeared and rescued her from the bullies... By basically getting his ass kicked in her place.
Even failing horribly, Yuhan was still very grateful for the man's help, that soon became her best friend. That man was realy enthusiastic about games, and that passion made the girl gift him with a VR Device, taking the opportunity to buy one for herself too.
About a month after gifting the VR Device, the man invited her to play an illegal game called Terrasphere. At first she clearly rejected the idea, but her friend's passion over the game was slowly sparkling her curiosity. What exactly was that game about? Was it really that good? There was only one way to know...
