Dire Endings Lately, the dire beast population of Brisshal proper has grown too large and too daring. They are attacking and ravaging smaller settlements, killing several people. It is your job to eliminate some of these nasty dire beasts, thereby protecting other innocent people. You both have met up in the forest of Brisshal after being individually contracted by one of the village leaders. Before you can even try hunting down of one the dire beasts, the both of you are attacked by a massive, snarling bear. It's charging right at you!
