  1. "Well, a nursing student," She finally corrected. Glad to finally know the girl's name, she mused softly, "I'm Solaria. I've been working hard to become a nurse since I was little. That's why, being in nursing school is a dream come true!"

Her grin grew with her giggling, happiness filling her with energy she probably didn't need. "This was a really fun turn of events, wasn't it Taiga? It'd be nice if we could do it again. Well, with or without the bugs. Your fighting style is really fun to watch!"

Hands now resting on her hips, she moved one hand with dexterity unrivaled except by her quick-moving mind. She sent a request to be friends, before letting the hand return to her side, upon the hilt of her sword. "If you train hard, you can probably buy even better equipment. When that happens, it'll be even more fun seeing you go all out."

  2. As soon as Taiga introduced herself, she turned away from the girl, once again. Shortly after the girl finally introduced herself as Solaria and began to explain how she was a nurse, well in nursing school. So she’s not a nurse at all, then. For a second, Taiga thought that she was an actual nurse and had an actual skill. Perhaps not.

“Fun? Getting chased by a mongrel, finding you and then dealing with a hoard of hornets. Yeah, great fun.” Taiga rolled her eyes and drew out her sword again. Stabbing it into the ground, she leaned on it and looked into the girl’s eyes. “You want to do that again? Sure, I’m sure I can rustle up another hoard of insects, a bear or something much worse...” Her mouth curved into a cold smile, more like a smirk of displeasure and sarcasm.

“Well, yeah. I’m saving up for something better than these weak, stupid swords. Something that could smite down anything that pisses me off.” She growled, her ears twitching. The girl smiled again and with one motion opened her menu and sent a friend request. “Huh. Well, I dunno why it matters if we are friends or not. I guess I can add you for now.” Slowly and hesitantly, her finger moved to the accept button. “Don’t expect it to last, though. Next time, we meet. We might have to fight something even bigger though.”

  3. The sarcasm didn't get past Solaria, though she didn't really react either. She simply listened with a soft hum in her mind, still unsure what really made Taiga dislike the little tiger that followed her so much. "I don't know, it's not like it looks likely to attack you like the hornets, right? Hornets are a major cause of hospitalization in the US in general." It was weird, the way things she learned affected her sometimes.

"But I mean, it's a game. So...What's the fun without a good fight, right? It's an MMORPG, not one of those boring simulation games. Fighting stress by fighting hornets is pretty helpful. And if not hornets, something else. Like goblins, or a giant mushroom creature trying to destroy an entire tribe." At least one of those she'd done. There were really some weird monsters in this world!

As she saw the request accepted, she grinned a bit wider. "I look forward to it. The next time we meet, we'll have to fight something way bigger then- when you have that ultimate weapon of yours. By then, I might have a katana even better than Uchi here...Though as the first real katana I've gotten here, she'll always be my favorite, I think." Patting the sword's sheath, she grinned. She was lucky she'd found a good smith. Hopefully, this girl could too! "Need a recommendation for a smithy?"

  4. Taiga smirked as the girl talked about the fun in a fight. Finally they could agree on something. It was fun to fight, to destroy and to kill anything that got in her way. She was right, Taiga was using it as a stress killing machine and it had been making her feel at least a little bit better. Her life, her early real life had been quite negative. This was her way to repairing what had been done.

Taiga shook her head in response to her request. “Perhaps in the future, but...” Her gaze moved down slowly to the sheathed twin swords hanging from her waist. “I’m happy with these for now, they work well enough.” In fact, these weak swords made of wood had been very useful already. Throughout that quest, she had been able to slice up most of the people that had got in her way.

“Although if I ever need a new sword. I’ll come to you for advice.”

Without another word, Taiga stood up to her full height which wasn’t much different. She stared into Sola’s eyes for just a moment and then turned and walked away. She didn’t even say goodbye, she just held up a hand to the girl, instead.
