I am sorry you have had to hear the news in such an indirect way. I must begin by apologizing for not being able to tell you about my plan.

However, I have been thinking about this for a long time and this is the only way I can carry it out. I knew many of the nobles would feel that I am treating them unfairly and revolt against me, so I had to execute the plan all at once.
