LFG - Restoration stuff

I'm a new fellow looking to do the building quest in the Restoring Astrea event thingy. My character is a completely new face and has yet to really feel the full sting of the full dive. One thing both me and my character share in common is we're completely ignorant of the world around us, but being so new there's not much my character can do. So this will mostly be a thread to practice using my character's skills to aid in the rebuilding of ruined villages. In particular the idea of using Heroic might to help move material and clear debris will probably be the focus for my character. Everybody has to start somewhere and I figured not fighting tooth and nail against monsters is a good way to rp the learning process. Plus it helps get my character into heavy plot development territory, letting the political upheaval of a country shape his future in this rp. :3

Besides being ignorant, my character is rather laid back,crude and perverted. He chose a waifu avatar to look at himself while kicking butt. He also has a tendency to have somewhat of a foul mouth. :P However despite being pervy and crude, he has a natural tendency to be lawfully good. His past is riddled with rpg's where he'd play the hero in games like fallout, instead of helping the rich aristocrat kill all the mutants. Because he'd feel bad for doing so.

While Kaede can't build, she can plan and work with people to get them to do things in timely manner. She can be a bit tricky to deal with at times but that mostly depends on my mood. So if you would like / be ok with it Kaede is willing to help you out. It has nothing to do with the fact Kaede likes woman and your character's FC is akali from LoL...

 

@Kaede Hoshi A fellow waifu lover is always welcome! It'll be funny because it's a dude playing as a girl, so any advances will be super awk. xD I don't have a particular preference who I rp with. Just want to make ic connections and see where the rp takes me. So a spunky tricky girl like kaede sounds fun to rp with!

I actually have one more person. He was the guy who dragged me here lol. He just hasn't posted. So we'll have three now. Unless you prefer to have a larger group. :3

 

I'm fine with however many you want. Only other question I have now is who will make it... Not it unless nobody else feels good with starting a thread in the group.

 

@Kaede Hoshi I'm starting it. Just looking for an idea where Finweald is. When they say edge of adecus forest, is that in the north, south, east or west?

 

Judging from how the section looks in the wiki i'd say it would have to be more to the south or east sides. I could be wrong, and worst case could just say the city or the direction we approached from.

 

Sounds good, I'll place it near the south of astorea, just north of stokborn

 

if it is not an issue i'd like to post last, partly because I'm unsure if my post should start at the destination, or how Kaede was planning to get there.

 

It should be fine. :P My bud(ninjamonkies/valentine) works on weekends, so you should have plenty of time to figure out what cha wanna do.
