Anabelle's odd-colored eyes were focused on the wounds the Human fighter received from the duel with the wolves. Her hands meticulously worked with the makeshift bandages around the raven-haired woman's body while allowing her blonde locks to sway with the cold wind. The clothing she accepted from the woman hung over her shoulders, a black strappy cage-front crop top that looked like it could barely cover some skin. Cherry lips were tugged into a smile while working and musing on how the other woman thought she was luring her into something sensual. "I'm not teasing you," answered she while securing the bandage with a firm knot, "You sound like a man. I'm guessing, you're into clams than hotdogs?" Not that it bothered the Felis, but she wanted to confirm her hunch --- from the bridal carry which she first dismissed up to this moment she was talking about touching and teasing --- just so she could figure out how to appropriately act in her presence or accidentally making some steps that would put Anabelle in a disadvantageous position. After what happened to her in Druuk Island, Anabelle was more cautious with strangers. Straightening up after making sure that the bandage, which was instantly soaked with crimson lifeblood, was secured, the Felin withdrew the sweet smile on her face. She took the clothing to her hands, clenching it tightly as she sighed and attempted to let a piece of her story be known to the human. Maybe if she knew of her ordeal, Kaede would be able to hold whatever lecherous idea she has in mind, or at least she would get the message that she had no intentions of teasing anyone. Or perhaps, Kaede would understand why she seemed to be aversed on the idea of someone getting physically close to her. "It isn't that I never longed for warm touches -- I did, but with bad memories still fresh in my head I'm having a hard time enjoying anything similar to caresses and touching as in the context you wanted to impart to me if I am getting it right. You see, another character just ... " she paused as she suddenly felt her knees starting to tremble. "Well... j-just m-managed..." she then lowered her tone as if ashamed of what she was about to convey Kaede, "t-to r-rape me in Druuk I-Island --- " Anabelle immediately shut her eyes as she was afraid to see the expression the other woman would have. She was afraid that she would see right through Kaede's face the words 'dirty whore' or anything akin to it, a stigma of being a harassment victim. To further disallow herself to bask in shame, Anabelle turned her back on Kaede, opening her eyes once she was set, and nervously laughed. "Anyway, I'll just change clothes. Sure she liked to do a lot of things males did but she was as much of a girl in her heart when things got there. However before she could exactly add onto her case she was informed of the reason Anabelle was not so into getting more intimate at the moment. The moment Rape came out Kaedé's expression grew to sour, it seemed even if she wanted to protect every girl out there she was still not able to be there for everyone who needed her. ”Sorry I could not be there to stop them from hurting you…” _____Kaedé's voice was purely sincere as she turned away from Ana and focused her attention on the fire and not moving her wounds to much. Kaedé wanted to hug the girl and let her know she would do everything to protect her, but she also knew it was not something she would be able to keep considering how many others she was trying to protect. Her fist clenching at her side as she thought back to how many times she failed people who trusted her. ”Anyways… Thank you for tending my wound… If it helps any.. I can go hunt the person who did those things to you and make them pay for it… No girl should have to deal with that… Trust me I know how painful it can be…” _____Kaedé herself could recall a few times she had something akin to rape both in game and reality, to her it was just a risk with how she acted but to others it was a serious issue that she wanted to help stop. There would always be people doing it, and always be victims because of that but slowly, maybe Kaedé could train those who suffered to stop it from happening again. The blonde Felis found the clothing given to her a little too revealing, as it hid to little of her assets. Then again, it was better to wear something than nothing at all. Once she had clothed herself, she turned to the direction where Kaede was. The latter sounded as if a weight had tugged down her heart while the flames before her attempted to alleviate her mood by dancing gracefully to the tune nobody could hear. This has brought Anabelle to a frown, feeling guilted by her own words that affected the raven-haired woman's actions. Without thinking twice, the felis inched closer to the human while obviously tugging the hem of her crop top. As the space between them came to a close, and she felt the dress had already stretched to her desired length, she sat beside Kaede. If earlier she had tended to her wounds, Anabelle wanted now to tend to her dampened mood. "Don't apologize," said the blonde as her soft hand landed on Kaede's shoulder. "it wasn't your fault that you were not there when it happened. We didn't know of each other back then. Besides, I just want to think that things happen for a reason.... whatever the reason may be. I might not be sure of the purpose now, but one day I would definitely understand why it happened." Anabelle just wanted to be honest but did not want to see anyone affected this much by her situation... although sometimes that her trauma gets the best of her and indeed affect her actions and the people around her. Then again, if it could be helped, she would rather endure with this on her own than worry other people. Or at least, new people she had recently met, such as Kaede. She had seen the adverse effects of her predicament to the life of a friend, who embraced darkness to save both of them. She would be damned if another person like Kaede would trek the same path as Yuichi. "You do not have to," retorted she when Kaede told her that she could hunt down her attacker. "I myself have no idea where he is... besides, three people down the path of vengeance is too much. You are strong, I know, I have seen it... but to drag you down the hell with me, that isn't right. You still have a better future... you don't have to waste your time on my cause."
_____Kaede could not think of any other thing to do in the situation after hearing everything the girl had to say but one set action chain. Turning to face the girl before moving to cop her head gently and puff her cheeks up before she spoke up and voiced what she thought about that little interaction. ”I refuse to let anyone, much less a girl who had been hurt not get justice or fairness. To hell if it drags me to hell, for everything I have done in the past I’m already got VIP tickets down there, might as well make what I got left worth the trip.” Kaede would grin before laughing a bit silly and moving her hand away from the girl as she walked to the edge of the cave. _____Her focus on the rain as it seemed to slightly lighten up but still not enough to travel without fear of getting soaked before a destination or other cover could be discovered. Turning back to Anabelle, Kaede would start talking once more. ”Besides having an extra person looking or helping is always better dear.~” Moving to sit down and just watch the rain outside to help calm herself down and avoid trying to assure the girl with physical contact knowing it would not help in the slightest. Kaede felt so out of herself, she was so used to touching girls by now and so far the only things she had done had a reason, not just her whims. _____Moving a few times to different sitting positions until she gave up and just leaned against the cave wall watching the rain, she was not good with such things. Still moments always made her mind catch up and caused her to think about things she preferred not to think about. Moving again to pace at the entrance to the cave trying her hardest to stay moving and worrying about other things and not spending time in her own head.
