Not too far from the encampments was a cliff that looked over the forest. Several elves were stationed on the cliff to watch for any Falderen advance forces trying to attack during the cover of the darkness. If one was to wander around here they may see that a small stream is located below the cliff. The moon reflecting off of it and lighting the surroundings in a glow of beauty you could only find in such a natural wooded realm. One could only wonder how much more beautiful the Yladian lands may be that are in such danger? In this secluded area. Not even the elves would be found. Nothing but short grass, the moonlit stream and the sound of night critters from within the surrounded trees.

And a lone raven haired girl. She stood looking over the stream. Her arms were folded tightly and her eyes were closed as if she was in a deep sleep or perhaps contemplating something here in the night. Her outfit was very casual and modern. Nothing like the war ready warriors and elves all around the nearby camps. Clouds began to blow in slowly, a light wind picked up.It would seem that the games weather was about to change. It did not see to bother her. Unfolding her arms she pulled the hood of her black jacket over her head. Leaving long strands of black hair hanging down her front.

A short and barely heard sigh came from her lips as she continued to stand silently.

This thread can only be entered until 12pm est tomorrow. Only one entry.
Post however long you want but choose one of these general options.
    1: Talk to the girl.
2: Report the girl's presence to your allies or the elves.
    3: Attack the girl.
    4: Leave the girl alone.

  2. The situation was too fluid, too chaotic, to keep track of all its moving parts. There were elves uncountable, and the threat of spies and sabotage from the castle defenders. The players, too, were numerous and widespread, having not formally created a census or signed in with one another so that everyone was aware of just who was and wasn't involved. That was why, when she moved to clear her head before returning to the night camp, the Admiral thought nothing of the figure of the girl sitting and facing a stream. She was likely one of the many players that had taken part in the raid earlier, come to collect her thoughts... her clothing was too strange to be a natural non player character.

She bore a striking resemblance to that happy go lucky Trinity girl that had appeared in camp earlier, peddling her baubles and wares while trying to excite people for the big fight to come. Perhaps this figure was a player who was infatuated with the awkward NPC that served as a sort of mascot for the game? She could just imagine a three hundred pound man with a skin condition and greasy lips forming the mind behind the girl sitting there. It would be the typical thing to do, modeling an avatar off of your desire and ideal. Who else would try to mimic Trinity's appearance? Well, whatever their sick and depraved reasons, they were still a player and it was about to rain heavily, from the sounds of nature all around them. Approaching the strange and somber figure, the Admiral shrugged off the quilt she had wrapped around her shoulders for warmth, and set it on the ground next to Triad. She then removed a wine skin filled with a sweet red wine and tossed it on top of the quilt, nodding to the girl to make it clear they were meant for her to take and use.

"It's going to storm soon... Head back to camp before too long, or you'll catch your death. But if you need a quiet place, the ruined gate has a gate house that I'm bunking down in. It's more or less just me in there, and I won't bother you since..." she gestured at the nature around them. "...it looks like you're wanting to be alone. Still. Be alone where it's safe."

Not bothering to pressure the girl into answering, the Admiral turned back towards camp, with heavier things already upon her mind.

    • OOC: chosen option (1) talk to the girl, give her a blanket and some wine for the cold, and invite her back to camp.

The girl opened her eyes hearing a voice.Opening her eyes? Ha... funny that it was even needed, were her eyes even fucking eyes? She looked to see The Admiral next to her and offering a quilt. The girl did not say anything in return yet. Here was one of the 'players' trying to be generous to who they obviously thought was also a player. The teen did not even want to dwell on that thought tonight. There was already a lot of things that were going to happen and this war was well.... fuck what it was.

"I'm good. Thanks. A bit of water doesn't hurt anyone. It's not real anyway... what? Am I gonna catch the fucking flu from some imaginary rain? You should be worried more for your own ass before you try and protect someone else.... I'm not worth you stressing over right now. Trust me."

She shrugged the offer but did not act with hostility. The moonlight began to leave the area as the storm clouds rolled in. The first drops began to fall. The girls hand was open as they hit her palm with a patpatpat. She would notice that The Admiral decided to leave quickly. Good, she didn't really want to deal with bullshit right now. This war was so small compared to the grand scheme of things. A fake war in a fake world with real people all caught up in it and actually giving a shit as if they matter. Damn... what a fucked up reality she was in. Worst part? This was just the beginning.

The rain poured down hard now. The downpour was so fierce for a moment that it drowned out a small buzzing sound. The raven haired teen was gone.
