Hidden: Naked Friendship

Theme: Ranting About Others
Location: Pormont

There is a certain place within the mountain ranges of Pormont, open only when the howling blizzards of the open plains turn the hilly land into a deathly cold landscape. A hidden oasis of warmth found by only the adventurous few, the Chrysanthemum Springs is an open-air hot spring bath, dug out by a blind Faerin many years back, where all manner of folk are allowed entrance under the condition that they arrive alone and speak not of their own identities. Amidst the rising steam and billowing sheets of snow, it is a place for new encounters, a place closed off from the rest of the world, where one can freely speak of all their troubles to strangers. And, it is within this sulfurous fog that you encounter a man who calls himself the Flagbearer of Miracles and drowns his own hubris in a myriad of regrets.

Hidden: Above the Storm

Theme: Big Game Hunting
Location: Norfova

It’s a beast that roosts only when grand blizzards make it all but impossible to reach the peak of a mountain. The Storm-Dancer. The White-Winged. The Deva of Frozen Lightning. The grand avian goes by many names, a terrifying force of sentient nature, but despite the terrors that this monstrous creature aspires, to the foolhardy and brave, it is but another obstacle to challenge. Monsters hunt men, and adventurers hunt monsters. As the boundaries of life and death blur, a small group rises above the violent cloudscape to show the azure sky their true worth.

So eyyy, it's Christmas Holidays and I'm free every day. It'll be nice if I could snag myself a couple more threads that go at a daily pace and all, so if you want whacky and/or brutal hijinks with an overpowered support, hit me up. All I ask for is a steady amount of posts and a fun character.

 

I totally want more threads with you, but if you get other people interested that you wanna play with instead, I already get to play with you and Magi so I don't mind too much~ I can generally see Solaria happily joining in on other thread, while Harveste would only be interested in the hot springs (the flower name helps xD) and Briar in the fight. Which just imagining I feel both enticed and bad for Cain xD

There is no way Gwyn wouldn't be hooked into a hunting party with the way Cain can spit some solid tales of the beasts he's after. She'd hear four words about some large, legendary beast and demand a chance to join in the glory of the hunt! Plus, ranged vs flying? A match made in hell, surely~

 

Doesn't matter which but N should probably cross his path eventually if her 'choose a relation' Seigi is getting closer to him all the time.

I would like to say thank you all for showing interest! I would like to make a small update on this and welcome anyone, even if you do not use Malefimancy, but who appeal to the Tora to join. Whether your character is looking for perhaps advice, or wish to show your devotion to the Gods or Goddesses!

Those who do specifically have Malefimacy will be able to take part in my special ritual I have planned for all of us. It will be spiritual, welcoming, emotional and rewarding for all those who take part and hopefully give deeper meaning to your characters in the world of Terra. So there is still plenty of time to sign up on this train, or if you wish to privately speak with me, ya know how to get ahold of me!

Season 3 is right around the corner, patches are coming, and New Years too! So decided to make one of these. It is a good time for this. Magi's a old character that really should branch out a bit and meet more of the current cast of Terrasphere rather than just the same 2-3 people she keeps bumping into lol. So here is a shout out (the regulars are free to post here too). I'm looking for a few specific character types as well. So if you have someone who fits these, hit me up!

Magi Heart's story has been running since June and has undergone some serious changes since her first log in. With more likely in the future. Depending on how long your character has been in Terrasphere, you could possibly rp with her in a thread set pre S3. Here is a copy paste from the Story Tracker for easy reference. So you can just pick the arc you want to thread with Magi in. There are a few limitations which will be noted.

Hidden: Season 1

A magical girl wannabe with a heart purer than a saint but also naive and innocent to a point of complete childlike foolishness. Wendy is a straight A student that volunteers for fun and always tries her best to see the good in everyone. Her infatuation with magical girl anime borders on religious as she uses it as a way of life rather than just a enjoyable medium. It is this thought process that led her to play Terrasphere and take on the role of Magi Heart: The Defender of Love and Justice! Unfortunately she isn't very strong, brave, or good at the role in actual practice. Still, she holds out to do her best until she unlocks her secret destiny just like her favorite anime!

Limits:
Must have not encountered S3 Magi yet OR have already threaded with S1 Magi.
Must have logged into Terrasphere in S1 July at the latest.
If set in Real Life, log in time doesn't matter. You just meet her before logging in the first time.​

Hidden: Season 2

As she continued to spend more and more time in Terrasphere. Magi Heart had begun to realize just how tough her ideals were to uphold. The world was far less unicorns and rainbows, and far more bloodshed and many shades of gray. Magi Heart underwent a great deal of suffering through various 'fun adventures', such as electrocution, drowning, watching others die and suffer, and finally her own horrific death. This took a very large toll on the young and immature mind of the girl. During this period she holds on to the hope that she can improve the world around her and even the real world now seems dark and unpleasant. She relies heavily on the few friends she has made (or at least those she considers friends) to bring some stability and courage to herself. Magi is seeking the legends of heroines of old to use as inspiration and on occasion does happen to show a ability to become very capable for extremely short periods.

Limits:
Must have not encountered S3 Magi yet OR have already threaded with S1-2 Magi.
Must have logged into Terrasphere in S2 November at the latest.
If set in Real Life, log in time doesn't matter. It cannot take place in S3.​

Hidden: Season 3

Betrayed by one of the best friends she had ever made in Terrasphere, Magi was almost killed yet again. This time however her fate was decided by a far more sinister source. Vermillion Romanov the Crimson Overlord. The Arch Vampire was Magi Heart's first true identifiable enemy. Unfortunately she failed to do much in the face of the demonic beings power. Falling victim to the Demon Rose, a cursed plant that somehow corrupts a person down to their very soul by digging it's stem into the skin. This led to the birth of Tenebris Cordis. A corrupted and almost entirely reversed version of Magi Heart. Tenebris is currently in a strange state of evolution within herself. Generally finding great joy in the grief that once tormented her so much. She still considers herself a heroine to some extent. Aiming to do good through the act of bringing her grief onto others and ultimately sending their souls to heaven (hell) as the ultimate gift of her love. Her distaste for her own self and utter hatred for the old ideals she held so close are to such a extreme that she is unable to even react with any kind of rationality to those who follow in her old footsteps. Often leading to leaps into insanity far worse than her 'normal' kind.

Limits:
Cannot RP with in Real Life.

Types of characters I'd like Magi to meet:
Other Magical Girl styled characters or fans of such characters.
Villainous/Antagonistic Characters
Big brother, fatherly figures (S1-2 preferred)
Friends of similar age from Real Life (preferred) or met within the Game. If you go to her school, even better!
Still looking for some to play Magi's older brother. PM me if interested and a highly active member.

Future Arc:
Likely not happening until late S3 or S4. The next phase of Magi Heart's story line will eventually be triggered on or off screen (forum whatever lol). It will occur from something or things giving her a level of grief that will evolve her mindset and bring her into a more focused and serious type of character.

@Seigi and @Cain Darlite are more capable of bringing her to this phase, Seigi moreso than anyone at this time. It is likely to come from a great deal of tragedy so you need to be willing to go through with that.

And of course finally... there is potential to restore Magi Heart to her original self. If not a improved version of her. That's WAY OFF though and I'll make a thread for that if it ever comes into relevance.

I always like threading with you, and so far... I'm starting to see Magi and Sola having an almost antagonistic relationship in their own way. Definitely want to see them 'get along' more (in that Sola now has a new goal to understand Magi/needs Magi to push her to show her true colors more).

For actually 'antagonistic' characters overall, Briar's always in. She's less an antagonist and more of just a pain in the rear/greedy bastard. But still. She'd totally hit on Magi in the process. Also, depending on how Magi and Seigi get along, it'd be an interesting mixture since Briar looks at Seigi as a quasi-nemesis and frenemy. I don't know the full background for Magi and Seigi, though, so I don't know if Briar would see Magi as an ally in her goal to teach Seigi the darkness of the world, or if she'd see her as an opposition.

Oh, and Harveste is the only one really who could join in on random past threads since she did meet Magi once or twice (though not like, heavily shown) during S2 Azog bit. I kinda just wanna see how Magi can teach Harveste to deal with/accept her inner darkness, personally, in S3. But that's 'cause of our current thread, anyway.

 

I can't guarantee that Tenebris and Solaria will ever get along all that well. Tenebris is technically a paradoxical character (especially right now), she is often having emotional and mental debates over how she sees things herself. So Making sure she wont betray you or try and kill you during a excitable situation is just a risk you have to take lol.

Briar would work fine. As long as she isn't overly ambitious. Ambition can lead to really aggressive responses due to Tenebris' failure and grief obsession. Briar being someone who links Tenebris to Seigi would be a a very good way to push things forward. Cain could also do this but having a villain type like Briar be the first to bring the presence of a hero maniac like Seigi to the hero haters attention would be a great start.

Always looking for more old Magi stuff. She still seems low on threads considering her length of time here and want to get the count up lol. Old Magi is MUCH easier to have a generic thread with and the earlier the version the better. Since Tenebris is mostly focusing on Cain in the Reflections thread, I don't see why we can't add another meet pre rose.

 

I will take that risk with Sola in that so far Magi's the only one who's been able to actually force her real self to show. Though I'm gonna wait for more on that since Sola is gonna start by researching Magi, so to speak. So that could be a way they end up meeting again though, in the future. Once it gets to Magi's ears the weirdo swordsman is asking about her weirdly in the shadows. xD

Oooh true since Magi's a hater of heroes that'd explain a reason they'd be more or less on a similar 'side' when it comes to Seigi. Seigi's heroism bothers Briar and she wants to teach Seigi that darkness isn't a bad thing, nor is chaos. (Also I think Briar would find Magi perfectly chaotic since she's so mentally disturbed and it'd entertain her that way). Side note: Since Magi's real life self is in a coma, Briar may or may not know her real self as a patient since he works at one of the deep dive clinics as a physician. Fun factoid for insanity's sake.

If Magi needs old-magi-threads, Harveste's the only one I have that fits the category. I still wanna see whatever happened when Harveste chased after her when she ran away from the hot springs, or at least follow up with her from that time. So there's that. She's made it clear they met before, generally, but new Magi has no memory it seems like and Harveste's sad. I like the idea of a non-linear thread related to them too that way.

I'm very interested as well. Blake can't do much other than doing damage, but her damage is nice! If you need a strong arm, count me in!

 

You probably won't last long without a healer, so I can contribute in that department.

 

Goblin problem?
Velka has a solution for that. She can pump out a lot of damage with her mastered Pierce but her armor and other skills are lacking. Completely lacking in any sort of utility and wearing heavy armor.
