Open Mod Recruitment

Greetings TSRP'er, we are looking for fresh mods again. Please read this post thoroughly and carefully so you know exactly what to do to sign up and what the role entails.

General Expectation

1. All staff should be professional at all time.
2. Please don't apply unless you are prepared to follow all the procedures and be as detailed with your work as possible.
3. You should learn to work with the rest of the team.
4. Mods should know the wiki well.
5. Mods must be communicative with the rest of the staff team and DM team.
6. If a mod went inactive with no prompt, they will be removed from their role.

Proceeding:

1. All mods are required to go through 1-2 weeks of training.
2. Please PM or DM your interest directly to me for an interview.
3. Look at the listing below, if the "Now looking for" posts are still up, it means we're still looking for people!

 

Now Looking For...

Advertisement Staff: Considering that @Lilyanatos is on leave due to RL issues, we're looking for someone to pick up the mantle of the advertisement staff again.

Despite being a staff, the role does not involve moderating any part of the site, so you won't need to worry about the inner mod structure.

Expectations:

• You will report to me directly
• You will post our ads on other boards weekly
• You will link our forum on all first-link ads
• You will liaison with other boards or affiliates if the need arises
• You should constantly working on getting more members
