  1. As time passed in the real world; so did it reflect in the game. Maybe not exactly entirely identical but it was clear in this particular instance, it was no longer spring. The heatwave which struck the day prior would leave few and far cheer at the first days of summer. However, Aaron, he'd love it. The warm weather, the girls running about in barely anything. His mind was set on the beach and trying to drag Sera along for the fun, but like most things in life. His plans were cut short. With Sera busy and having little to no clue where a nice beach in the game was; at least not one riddled with possible enemies.

He'd give up on such a pipe dream and settle down for work. As such, the Paladin would be found in his second home; a nice little tavern in Stokbon. One with which he'd become all too familiar with, ordering his beer he'd pay and grab it. Heading once more to the quest wall, scanning through them he'd swipe left; like a bad date. Sifting through the quests which bore no particular interest.

Eyes parting wide as he noted one worth a while a good way to test his new allies and business partners. Not to mention a perfect way to gauge them as potential Guild members. Looking at the quest he'd take note of the Giver; Tazuna. A faint smile passed as this seemed to be a reference to an old anime; Naruto. Reading the text provided it seemed simple enough. Just a standard protect and deliver the package kind of quest; the package though being an NPC. This brought about two things. One, that the quest if failed would be none repeatable at the least and two that the death of an NPC was indeed permanent, so this was going to be a job they'd need to be dedicated too as well as entirely focused on. Pulling up his menu he'd PM his two colleges.

Weissman, Grey. I'll be needing your aid in an upcoming quest. I'll Attach the details here in the message, but please meet me at Pormont, I'm going to get in contact with Mr. Tazuna now, so when you get here we will be heading off. Please prepare and gather your needed materials ahead of time. I don't want M. Tazuna waiting any longer than he has.

Upon finishing his message about the quest the male would head off towards the shops neeed gathering privisons before making his way off to Pormont. It was during this time he'd gather some potions, some food and drinks; mainly
metal flasks of sorts filled with water. Having broght his provisions he'd leave Stokbon and make his way to Pormont; the golden and glorious fields the first thing he'd notice peaceful yet dangerous if unaware; one might run into something dangerous or aggressive out in the wild. A faint smile passing as he made his way through the fields and ever closer to the quests starting location. As he slowly made his way out of the fields and to the mountains edge. He'd begin traversing it.

It wouldn't be long before he arrived at the quest marker and offer to aid Tazuna. As he introduced himself and spoke to the elder; he could tell he was a skilled man. Hearing that he was not only a trader but a craftsman bulding anything under the sun from homes to bridges. He'd smile, the lore and quest being eerily similar to the plot of the show he'd watched. Lips parting he'd Agree and accept the quest officially allowing his allies to see he had met and agreed on their parties quest. Lips curling he'd sit on the carriage and talk to the male until the others arrived; reassuring him of the parties skills.

Hey, here are the exact coordinates' we are a small ways up the path and waiting on yall, hurry up. I don't want to risk this carriage of being robbed, let alone running into any of the infamous Grass Knolls.

Having made himself clear giving out a message with the coordinates to the exact location of himself and the client. He'd keep an eye out for the troublesome Grass knolls. His attention shifting back to the old man he'd smile, "So you build things like bridges huh, ever been attacked on the job. You seem familiar with how protetion works. I can't help but to notice you didn't hesitate when I got on the cart. Almost as if your use to these things." he' say teasingly trying out the AI's ability to react while he waited.

  2. Sleep had been something that Xavier cherished after his service time in the military. Now that he was out and about sleep became more like a drug than anything else. Having found himself a little hiding spot along the inner city rivers of Stokbon, Weiss awoke from his nap to the sound of shouts and wailing. Opening an eye at a time the young man called out of his rather spacious hiding spot beneath the bridge. Climbing up like an acrobat he swung up and did a flip landing on the railing. Before him stood a group of orphans and older adults in what seemed to be a petty dispute.

The children's dirty faces remained in awe while the adults frowned at him deeply. "Well what have we here...? Some older adults picking on those who are left in this world without a guardian..? How.. Unacceptable!!" His deep voice grew cold and malicious as he placed both hands behind his back. Equipping his gauntlets he left the dagger sheathed upon his lower back. The first of the adults sneered at him while still trying to wrench the bread from the poor child's arms. Weiss dropped down from the railing without a sound as he advanced without a word. "Get away stranger! You aren't apart of th---!" An armored fist struck home with a solid jab to the jaw. The man stepped back only out of recoil before a left hook knocked him off of his feet. A solid thud could be heard as Xavier advanced forward with ease. While this class had its own commands the man did not care to use them. The punch commands were simple but it was up to the angle of the user to decide how it worked.

Sliding forward he took a hold of the shock between the remaining two adults. Driving a solid knee into the skull of the first NPC. The man released the child swiftly as he went tumbling into the railing. Raising his right elbow he blocked a punch to his skull, taking a step out of the mans range he punched out. Doing a solid jab his arm length lapped the NPC's own with ease. The metal of the gauntlet struck the nose, the force caused it to bleed upon contact. The other man had dropped to his knees holding his head lightly. Turning to the kids he gestured for them to run along before turning back to the quarry. At this point some people had managed to gather in this summer heat. Weiss was completely OK with this heat, despite being born in a hot area he was not there in real life. Strolling up the to man holding his nose, Xavier examined the other one whose head struck pavement.

At least he didn't kill the guy right..? A brow furrowed at the thought before he saw something from the corner of his eye. A fist struck him in the face sending him back a few steps. It was a well landed punch no doubt but i was not one to floor the big man. Turning back he elbowed the other in the head on the way back that direction. Using his bodies returning momentum he landed the solid elbow to the mans temple. At this point he dropped to the ground as well as the blooding man had dropped to his knees. "Next time stop picking on the hungry and those who can not defend themselves.. If not.. I will be back for you.." The idea thrilled the man deeply as he walked away from the trio.

Looking over his weaponry he got a message from Steele just in the nick of time.

After reading the message all signs of weariness and fatigue vanished from sight. His resting bitch face turned as per usual. There was finally a task to be done that required him to stretch his muscles and limbs. Tapping his feet lightly against the ground Xavier was off like a speeding bullet. Ducking around corners and moving through crowds he stopped at a few different shops. Grabbing up several potions and some food to eat; Weiss grabbed a medium sized water container for himself. Placing his bag of food, water and potions upon his back he felt like he needed something else. Still he could not shake the feeling as he quickly left and followed the location beacon to his target.

Walking within the lands of Pormont Weiss started to observe the area around him. A small smirk crossed his resting bitch face with few complications. A second map update come up then a third as Steele made good time to get this quest on the road. Xavier's own pace increased as he started running head forward the destination at hand. Perhaps five minutes or more had passed before Xavier appeared behind the cart without even breaking a sweat.

"So this is our employeer aye? Well! Sir it is an honor working with you on this quest. Please entrust us with your life.." Bowing his head lightly the man stood his ground on the earth. Placing his back pack in the car he closed the flap with ease. Now they had to wait for that Emo kid..
