Fortunately, Jomei released the fox right on time. As soon as a wrinkled hand lay itself on the handle to open the cabinet loud noises emitted from the kitchen. Comet sighed, giving Cass a nasty look for talking, and waited for the wobbling of the elderly to turn into a faded sound before slipping out of the cabinet. She wasted no time treading on light feet towards the basement where the crystal resided. Though the pink-haired woman would pause - not allowing Cass to follow - and close the door gently behind her to make the mission go quicker. Honestly, the blonde seemed a bit untrustworthy quiet-wise. "You can be... backup. Yeah. Stand guard." Comet whispered in the other's ears with a charming wink of the eye. Whether or not Cass would listen was unknown. Perhaps the unexpected ones would prove most entertaining or good-looking or useful one day. For now the pink-haired woman wasn't going to risk another mistake. The fox trotting around upstairs and breaking things while being "chased" by the old people humored Comet enough that she had to place a hand over her mouth to prevent any giggle from escaping. She'd have to reward Jomei in some way afterwards. Maybe even the blonde, too, out of kindness (and gaining allies along the way for polite actions of course). Brief, soundless, careful; Comet emerged from the room with a nod of the head most likely before the other female player could think about heading downstairs alongside her. Next would be the goal of hatching the turkeys. Returning the crystal had been intended at first but,... she hardly expected that Jomei and Cass would make much fuss if it would be tossed some ways up the road instead. Damn the farmers, Comet would think, one hand holding @Cassandra Descartes' while the other gripped their prize. @Jomei would be able to see them exiting the home despite little to no sound emitting from their steps as the sneaky pair headed towards the turkeys. The crystal would do its work well eventually, she guessed, but Comet's emerald eyes widened in response to the fast pace the newborns were created at. "No wonder they hoarded the magic for themselves." she scoffed with a roll of the eyes, flipping her hair. "Let's grab our friend and get out of here, yeah?" leaving nature to lead itself, and the discovery to be made now that her good deed for the day had been done, Comet slipped the crystal back into her hand once satisfied with their results. "We did good. I owe you both... someday." the pink-haired woman shrugged - it wasn't exactly a promise but seemed a bit genuine to the ears - speaking when the three had been able to meet up again out of reach from the elderly couple's powerful hearing. "I'm gonna go my own way from here but don't be shy. I'm always up for a bit of socializing." she winked in both Jomei and Cass' direction. Grass crunched beneath thick boots as the young woman left her temporary companions. Frankly, Comet wouldn't mind at all to make friends with the two even if separately.
