Personality
Specter is what you'd expect from an anime protagonist or support character.
He is somebody who can give off a holier than thou aura, making him a little hard swallow. Usually believing he can handle more than what he can chew, which often makes things more complicated than need be. Often he opts to do things his way, even if the group has a foolproof plan - get ready for some
improvising from yours truly. Specter can defiantly be over the top on his theatrics. Giving a long winded speech about punishing orcs or... Well, fetching something for a lazy NPC character.
It can seem almost a little cheesy or second hand embarrassing. Even if somebody tries to make fun of him or shame him for his act, he often continues like they had said nothing to him. After all, we're all in a video game world escaping our miserable lives.
At least, Cecilia sees Terrasphere that way.
Unlike him, she is a shrinking violet that wishes she could say what he would. Perhaps its a gift she isn't as cringe inducing, but at the same time she is often steam rolled by other people in conversation.
Positive: Independent, Imaginative, Determined, Resilient
Negative: Self Righteous, Indifferent, Restless, Obnoxious
Biography
The only child of two German immigrants, Cecilia was well-loved and protected by her parents. The pair being executives at an automotive company, they had plenty of money to spend on their daughter. Every summer being filled with vacations abroad or cruises galore, allowing her to experience plenty of what the world had to offer. Despite the extravagant life, she had always been quite shy and often stuttered over herself. This made making friends particularly difficult, most children mocking her. Nothing really improved when she was headed to middle school, the mockery of children dwindled into hormonal jerks.
Plenty of times Cecilia becoming the target of bullies for her stocky appearance, often made to feel guilty for her parents' fortunate. It was around this time she picked up on Japanese trends, falling into manga and anime. This didn't help her situation and it became evident as her lonely depressive behavior became obvious. Out of concern for Cecilia, her parents put her in online courses, signing her up for counseling. The topical things parents do; It worked as well as it would, at least for somebody who doesn't like talking to a stranger for an hour.
Eventually the counselor had her sign up for activities to do around the town. It started out with her simply showing up and reading her manga, then going home to pretend she was improving. It was then that her parents had bought a VR for her, which had set her on the path of unhealthy addiction. Not that Cecilia sees it as unhealthy, to her mmos are a place where she could be herself. There is nobody reminding her about her weight, stutter, or anything. In fact, they only see Specter who is perfect, at least in her eyes.
ENTER: Terrasphere.
After her last mmo had closed its doors permanently. Cecilia received an email by an unknown sender. Of course she heard some of the warnings people gave on television, but... She didn't care at all, she got invited to something this cool? Holy smokes, she signed herself up to hang out with the cool kids.
