Terry gave a cute bark beside her, eager at the prospect of meeting up with Nalani again. After they had hunted fish for Terry's palate, he had grown a bit overly attached to the female. His tail wagged and thumped against the tavern wall and, although they were hidden behind the tavern, Alpha shushed at the pup to quiet down as he was getting a bit too rowdy for her tastes. Sure, she was an energetic and often loud girl but she had plans to give Nalani a little scare (or a 'jump scare' if you liked puns). So far, she had been hiding behind a tree for the past half-hour, diligently waiting for the scarcest presence of the girl. She'd had a few close calls before when she had spotted the slightest tinge of orange and had scared and agitated more than a few strangers. As a bit of backstory as to how she got into this predicament, she had been exploring Brisshal after growing bored of the other areas and wanted to return to the starting location where it all began. Of course, that was all it was at first—just a little visit for nostalgia and boredom's sake but, after a bit of wandering and chattering with the townspeople, she soon learnt about a suspicious rabbit hole of sorts that was rumored to lurk behind the main tavern. It was a bit difficult to sneak around the building as the immediate premises was blockaded to minors. Luckily, her size and Rogue ability had made it a bit easier to get to her desired spot. It had taken her a few hours of determined searching and dirty knees and elbows, but she had found the mysterious and renowned rabbit hole hidden behind a bush on the back-wall. Excitement had bloomed in her and she eagerly tried to go through the rabbit hole (which was oddly big and, even from her spot, she could see it to be relatively endless). Unfortunately, the moment she had crawled through, there was a barrier that read: "Find a friend and bring them along to adventure!" She was still a bit irked that Terry didn't count as a 'friend' and that the pup's attempts to dig through the hole had been useless. After a while, she gave up with a grumpy sigh and looked over to her friends list, only finding Nalani to be free. She quickly send a private message and the kind woman had told her that she was free and able to go explore the rabbit hole with her. That had been thirty minutes ago and Alpha was dying of boredom, still waiting behind that tree. Then she saw a sliver of orange pass her vision and her grin widened, eyes sparking with a familiar sense of mischief. With a bright grin, she jumped out from her hiding place and shouted. "Guess who?!" @Nalani Rosa @Hecatus
