  1. The sun was a blaring ball of fire, clear and beautiful in the bright blue sky. The road below this warm sun weaved through an open field, each end of the road disappearing into the woods that surrounded the rather large clearing. A single tree sat on a small, raised portion of land almost at the center of the clearing. The branches presented an array of freshly sprouting leaves that danced in the smooth caress of the air that was something like a spring breeze. Beneath this tree, sitting cross legged against the trunk, was an elderly lady.

"This world is so peaceful," Babushka sat against the tree, enjoying the shade it offered to her. Just recently she had come across a rather small caravan of merchants who had been hurrying along to one of the towns. The leader of the caravan had offered a word of advice. He'd told her there was a small group of bandits that had been pestering travelers along this path. She'd asked him whereabouts they might have camped, but he'd only shrugged and said most attacks happened around that clearing.

Babushka lifted her head and scanned the tree line for any signs of movement. To the untrained eye, she probably seemed like any regular old lady, just sitting and meditating under the branches. In truth, she'd come here to test her abilities against actual opponents. She'd smacked a large beast or two, but she really felt like she needed to get acclimated to her new body more thoroughly. What better way to learn about your capabilities than smacking the snot out of some brat-faced thieves? Babushka chortled a bit to herself and stretched her arms upwards, "It IS a nice day, though. Maybe I'll just enjoy it."

Then, she spotted some movement heading along the road. A single person. Weighing her options, Babushka lowered her arms and assumed the most non-threatening position she could manage. She closed her eyes as the person approached and tilted her head with an innocent little smile, "A lovely afternoon, isn't it? Say there, youngster. Would you mind helping an old lady out with a mild bandit infestation?"

  2. 'I must probably be the most available person to ever join Terrasphere'she thought with a sigh as she walked through the streets. It was a Sunday for her. While normally girls of her age go with group of friends to have fun, she was playing her games. Why? Because she made no friends till now in her new university. 'And I could say I have a decent amount here...whether they are npcs or real people, that is the question'

Her train of thoughts shattered when she noticed an old woman leaning against a tree. If she had recalled correctly, there were a bunch of bandits around. Surely spending time at that spot would be dangerous. Libitina shrugged and continued walking, only to stop when the grandma spoke to her.

She placed a hand on her hip, putting her weight on one foot as she looked at her. Was she serious? Libitina did not mean to judge but the grandma did not seem like the type who could actually fight. She did not want to be rude and judge too quickly though. For all she knew, the grandma might be stronger to her. "It will be my pleasure Miss. My name is Libitina Cerin." She said walking closer to the grandmother and sitting right beside her. Oddly, the girl felt a strange comfort in the old one's presence. It was like she was sitting beside a living book ,one filled with knowledge and wisdom which felt strange to Libitina because she didn't even know the old woman yet.

"Say, do you have any grandchildren? Would they not worry if you go out on such fighting quests?" She asked as she looked up to see the sunlight weaving through the leaves
