  1. It was during a typical merchant attack thing things had taken a particularly bizarre turn. The Merchant ship fortunately had the foresight to reserve some funds to hire protection on the high seas, naturally it showed it's effect when a sudden pair of ships approached from both sides intending on boarding. The ship's security did well defending against them, but few on board noticed the peculiar happenings around the boats at sea level. The once deep blue of the ocean had run blacker then the night sky. It's dark color washed the ship's hulls darkening the wood that made up the keel and dying it strangely. While few noticed that particular change, the one that followed would be a bit more noticeable, the sound of wood being punctured could be heard, the few pirates who glanced over the sides of their ships curiously would notice weed covered knights climbing up towards the decks from the abyss below. The knights themselves were water logged, with no ships to come from it was clear they hadn't sailed into this fight. Instead their appearance suggested they walked along the sea bed until they found the ships above.

The frightened pirates retreated to their ships in an effort to avoid being surrounded, but it grew difficult after they'd surrounded the merchant ship and boarded. With the rotting water logged knights climbing their way up, the fight grew more chaotic. While the merchant ships seemed to be fighting for safety though, the knights seemed to have a peculiar and different purpose trying to make one drop anchor, uncaring which one it was, it was only when it was finally dropped that the reason would become a little clearer. Once lowered, the chain would jingle, clearly tampered with below before the knights began trying to drag the chain back up to the surface. Rather then an anchor, what was at the end of the chain links was a large bell-like object. Rather then making sound though, it had several other knights clinging to the rim. From within, a slender woman even slipped free grabbed and lifted by the knights with the utmost care. The diving bell as it were, was used purely to allow this woman to travel at sea. If necessary, the undead would take turns retrieving air from the surface, but finding their objective, they instead hoisted it up to the ship after creating a safe area at the ship's front.

"Whew... They certainly were hard to find this time-- Sylvanas, take care of the ones on this ship, I want to meet the captain again." She spoke firmly, the knights began to advance along the ship at Lucia's order trying to wipe the ship clean of the living. If the Merchants got too greedy for pirates and their loot, they might find themselves in the cross fire of the black knights. "Being at sea is still tough..." Lucia couldn't help adding with a small frown that didn't take away from her enchanting appearance as a mature beauty in the slightest. She couldn't help brushing her hair back trying to push her discomfort to the back of her mind as the war continued.

  2. Ozwin skewered multiple pirates with a single thrust of his electricity coated trident but in a rather infuriating fashion he still couldn’t perform the storm trident attack he used to finish Azog. Right now all he was managing to do was make the shape of the trident bigger and add some electricity. Storm Trident looked quite the same, but… He sliced open the pirates with the electric prongs and stabbed into the idiot trying to get him from behind… Aside from being bigger… He wasn’t sure how to describe it. Like right now… he tossed the corpse of the newest dead pirate at a few others, knocking them over and the electricity infuse corpse tasing them… he was just shaping some electricity… But Storm Trident… Ahhhh he didn’t know!

Rather pissed that he couldn’t perform that amazing attack again a dim yellow light shone in Ozwin’s eyes as he glared at these pirates and tossing the ones that were trying to retreat back to their ships like hay, piercing into them before tossing them behind him, only a few unlucky souls surviving the motion as they lay on the ground screaming.

Ah it seemed the undead were joining the party. Great. Nothing like a load of walking corpses to liven up a party. Honestly if it wasn’t for the beautiful woman that came with the undead horde he would have been more reluctant to work with them. Speaking of, it seemed she had arrived in that ridiculous diving bell, she was lucky they were close enough to the shore for it to be an option.

“You do know there are easier ways to travel bella?. Honestly if you weren’t a dead ringer for the next woman to break my heart, I would tease you more about it,” Okay so he had a number of bell jokes saved up. He spun and knocked a few idiots overboard when they rushed him and interrupted his banter. He ended up needing to toss and gut more than he expected since a few had realized the woman was the necromancer behind these undead and he just happened to be in the way.

After he got rid of a number of cannon fodder, watch a few rush past him to be put down by the undead and sent the rest running he casually looked back over to the other ship, put on a small frown and brushed back imaginary hair mimicking Lucia. “It is difficult being so drop dead gorgeous and cool that men are simply dying for the chance to meet you. Too bad your fan club is too stiff to allow such a thing.” Okay maybe he was getting a bit happy with the puns he thought with a playful grin and wave as he turned his attention back to the ship he was currently on.

Seeing there were only a few pirates left on the merchant ship he decided it would be best to clean up that front of the battle. He began chanting an aeromancy spell but this time it wasn’t electricity he was after, but wind. Visible currents of wind began dancing around his legs and he shot forward to the nearest fight with amazing speed. He and his trident danced along the ropes and masts of the ship, swinging around and keeping momentum going as he would dart down from the ship’s rigging to finish a couple scum off at a time.

Hmm? Ozwin swung from the mast and landed himself up by the helm. Were all the pirates on this ship down? He looked down at one who was surrendering before him before swinging the butt end of his trident at the pirate's skull like a golf club and watched them fly a few feet. His mercy had been not killing them directly and only giving them a major concussion, whether they lived or died now came down to luck and perhaps the mercy or ire of this world's gods. He hopped down from the helm and knocked politely on the door to the hold. "Oi, tell the captain it is safe to come out and play now. There are no resisting pirates left on our ship and the cleanup is progressing nicely on the others thanks to the talents of the beautiful miss spooky butt and her backup dancers, the spookettes."

  3. Lucia had seen a lot of other players in this type of game. Some didn't take it seriously, others did, some treated it like a game while others wanted an escape from their reality. Ozwin wasn't exactly difficult to place as a person at a glance, he seemed like the type that was very easy to understand at least. "A joker. It would be nice if someone had fresh material though." She mused in answer to Ozwin's teasing and jokes, among all of the particular characters she'd met who were this type of 'colorful' their lines were unfortunately all the same. She'd heard this all before, almost like clockwork. At first she'd pout a little, maybe make some snappy comebacks that led to a clash before becoming friends, but now she took it with a grain of salt, it's hard to be affected after the 9th or 10th repetition after all.

Instead, she crossed her arms, a small smile on her face as the knights began trying to secure the pirate ship. They had no idea how to sail, but they didn't exactly plan on keeping the ship afloat at the end of the day either. "As for the Diving Bell, it's the most efficient when you don't have a boat to latch onto. Specially if you don't need to breath." Lucia explained. She had drain magic after all, even if she couldn't breath, eat, drink, she could take it from the living things that could, such as the fish or monsters of the deep. In dead space, where there weren't any sea critters to drain, she did still have the fall back of using her tent bag as a source of transportation... but it wasn't as useful for staging ambushes as the bell was. "You learn to be clever if you want to make any headway in this game at least. Anyone can throw a fire ball, but not everyone can cause an explosion." She explained with a mellow chuckle. Most people simply threw their skills and masteries around, Lucia though tried to be clever with her skillset and use what she had on hand to make up for her weaknesses. It was for that reason that the Diving Bell/Bag combination was the best means for her to travel at sea.

Seeing the merchants beginning to feel the hopeful lights of victory though, Lucia turned her gaze back to the pirate ship's depths. "Tal'darim Knights. Hear me." She spoke above the chaotic shuffling of armor and weapons being exchanged. The knights each seemed to recognize and react to Lucia's voice even in battle. "On this ship is diary of Morgan Folke, find this book and bring it to me." She spoke firmly knowing that this was an important piece of her map. She'd been hunting pirates for the last couple of days purely for this diary. It was just one piece of a grander map meant to lead her to her next big step of an undead kingdom. "I'll reward the one that brings it to me, Go!" She spoke firmly causing each knight to be much more aggressive then they once more. Acting viciously and cruelly they struck out with more reckless abandon.

Where once they were honor bound and respectable knights, approaching conflict with respect and dignity, they shifted the moment Lucia gave them a more important objective. Feeling the determination and urgency in Lucia's tone, their became like monsters. Knights jumping into their enemy's blades and weapons to cling to their opponents as other knights thrust into them from the sides. Sacrificing themselves willingly one or two at a time just to force an opening for other knights to exploit. Lucia's shoulders were stabbed in the faces, chests and legs, but despite that they kept gripping, moving onto the next one, continuing with the same disregard for their own safety. Seeing the sudden change made the situation more frightening. Even some merchants and hired guards didn't dare approach the frenzied black knights out of ear that they might be recognized as pirates by mistake and fall victim to their ruthless offensive. Over time some knights did 'die' but the remains were merely dragged back by the other knights who then joined the fray again. "We are numberless, we are endless, and we are inevidable-- These are the core teachings of the Tal'Darim Knight Order; Even if one should stumble, we shall not fall." She spoke, making a sharp gesture with her hand.

    Curse Calling

Lucia gestured towards the remains of the knight, with a Lavender colored flash, it's body began to repair and it's eyes began to open once more. Pushing itself back up slowly, it's damaged frame was being repaired visibly by the lavender lights within until it was battle ready, joining the fray once more.
