Rachel gently slid her Headset off with a sigh, blinking as her eyes readjusted to the light around her as she placed the device on the small table beside the cot she had squeezed up against the corner of the living room, eyeing the device for a few moments afterward before turning her attention ahead of herself and moving to stand and stretch out her limbs. She performed the same stretches that she had memorized by this point, acclimating herself back into the Real World before then going about getting herself dressed in clothes other than her pajamas, sliding into the bathroom and taking a quick shower, exiting while dressed in the same attire she wore nearly every day; simple sneakers, a plain grey skirt and a white button-up shirt with a black jacket worn over it, topped off by her most prevalent piece of attire which was most definitely the golden cross necklace she wore around her neck and draped over her dress shirt proudly. After dressing herself, Rachel then went on with tidying up her hair into a bun and spent a moment looking at the dark spots beginning to form under her eyes with a sigh, knowing these were a sign of her lack of sleep both from the game and from her leaving home only a few months ago - something that still weighed on her, considering the circumstances. She then moved out to the living room again and tidied up her living space, the small corner of the living room which she tried to keep out of the way of her room-mate and friend as best as possible, not wanting to impose on her and feeling a bit bad for having dragged her into her family situation by moving in with her after leaving her parents behind. After tidying up, she took her phone up off of the same table that she had placed the Headset on and opened it to her Messaging App where she would open her contacts and selected both "Brad" and "Sophie" from the list, sending a message to the two of them: "B. coming over today?" She asked, before then typing in a second message shortly afterward. "If it's still alright with S, that is." She added, placing her phone into a pocket on the inside of her jacket on vibrate while going about performing some chores around the house and taking some time to peacefully listen to some music through a wireless speaker while sitting on her bed, swinging her legs idly as she waited for her phone to buzz and signal a new message, or for Sophie to come home, whichever came first. If she were honest, she enjoyed moments like this: Listening to a relaxing song, finishing her chores for the day and just enjoying herself in solitude like she had before moving away. She knew that Heather would have loved being here too and the thought of the other girl that suddenly entered her mind slowly caused her to lose the mood and turn off the music, laying down on the bed and placing a head on the pillow with a long groan into the fabric of its case. She would lay like this now until receiving another message or someone entering the door, internally beating herself up for letting the memory of the girl she lost ruin her day as she held her cross necklace tightly in one hand, muttering a prayer before falling silent and letting herself just rest there for the time being.
