Although Brisshal is a fairly uneventful region in Falderen, the clutch of winter has made traveling condition more hazardous than usual. Amid your travel, you encounter a wagon that had crashed on the side of the road, its content scattering all around the capsized vehicle. Should you approach the crash, you will find that the horses and the wagon rider are fairly hurt.

"W-wait, please, I need assistance!" the battered man called out when he noticed you.

"If you have time, please help me, I am Hermes, a Doctor from Stokbon, I have a client who desperately need the medicine in the green box over there delivered to them, if you could, please deliver it in my stead, it needs to get to them before tomorrow's morning. I will be okay picking myself up here, but that family have a very ill-child. I have the address h-here..."

The man reached into his breast pocket with his trembling hand and pulled out a drawn map with text-description on how to get to the destination written on the back. If you turned your attention back to him, the man returned your gaze with pleading eyes, desperate for you to help him with the delivery.

OOC: Work together and do some freeform roleplaying with one another, the quest will be considered complete in 3 posts. I will not interfere unless you reach out to me at: Spice my Thread. Make sure to tag one another (@Name) so the other person know when you've replied.

  2. Arylan was walking along one of the many paths and trails in Brisshal, when she noticed an upturned cart and a man who needed help. Running up and kneeling down, she listened as she looked around her surroundings. "I'll help you get this medicine to the sick child." She smiled looking over the paper, nodding a definite confirmation. Only problem was, she wasn't much of a fighter, she could attack from a distance, but she wasn't very efficient up close. Still, she would try her best to deliver the medicine. She stood up and looked around once more, taking stock of her surroundings, currently she was in a relatively safe area, so she used this as an opportunity to look over the map fully, time was of the essence, but she at least needed to prepare herself for the journey ahead.

Taking a deep breath, she picked up the medicine case, tucked the map away and started down the road, beginning the long trek to save this ill child. Somehow adventure had always found her, rather than her looking for it.

  3. Sydney gave the scene a short glance at first. Looking at the crashed wagon, its wounded rider and all of the scattered contents she asked herself how that managed to happen in the first place; what was the situation behind the misfortune she looked at. However, there was no time to stand around and make pointless speculations and theories; clearly, according to rider's words, the child he mentioned could die if the medicine is not delivered in time. There was no chance Sydney was going to let that happen- she gave the mentioned box of medicine a glance to estimate if she could carry it by herself; it did not appear to be too heavy. If there was any trouble on the go another pair of hands would certainly come in handy (no pun intended).

Before she could do or say anything another person picked up the box of medicine. She did not even notice the person as she had been absorbed into the situation. While the person appeared to be more than capable of carrying the box to its destination it was still an important delivery so making sure it actually reaches the spot would definitely not hurt. "Mind if I tag along? Would be a shame if something happened to it on the go." Sydney openly inquired the person. Aside the fact she wanted to make sure the delivery comes where it is supposed it Sydney urged to explore the world and it appeared to be a perfect opportunity for such activity while taking this quest on- whether person was to accept her company or not Sydney's direction would not change.
