Lucia crouched quietly, waiting for her ritual to complete, it was always a time consuming process her magic was one that ate up time like no other, but it wasn't bad in Lucia's own mind. It gave her tricks and sneaky talents to come out ahead of those 'madmen' which was why she found time to quietly bless her tools with dark energies and runic formations. She listened to Dempsey talk, both about her trouble, and about her name, putting some thought in, she did think that it would be nice to continue flirting and being coy but at the same time, her facade made that difficult. What would be the best way to draw this woman in? Was he only thing going through Lucia's mind, not for some kind of rude or ill intended gain, instead it was purely because Lucia enjoyed attention. Finally deciding, she lifted a hand placing it gently onto the woman's head, slowly stroking her hair gingerly, being careful of the Felis's fluffy ears. "Well, I do like playing mysterious stranger, I feel it has a certain allure to it don't you? But you've had such a bad day, I'd hate to play cat and mouse with you over my name-- What to do." She mused as she continued trying to pet the girl, if Dempsey didn't fight her, she'd even begin using her nails to gently scratch behind her ears. Finally, as if making a decision, Lucia cracked a coy and playful grin, her voice growing flirtatious as she answered sweetly. "How about we pretend that you asked me over and over until I finally agreed to tell you my name is Lucia in the bath later okay?" She answered with a wink, playfully fabricating how she thought things might have gone if Dempsey wasn't in such a foul mood from earlier. Accepting the previously offered drink though, Lucia took a small delicate sip, careful not to take much, only a taste before slowly moistening her lips. Her lips glistening as her tongue slid over them before she continued. "Now it's your turn~" She asked wrapping her arms around her own knees in wait to hear the woman's name as well.
Dempsey was too lost in her own enjoyment of the magical womans company to notice the red flags warning her that this person may not be acting in her best interests. She felt better than she did an hour ago, and she was having fun. for now, that is all that mattered to her. Dempsey flinched a bit as lucia began playing with her har and scratching behind her ears initially, but relaxed and relented to the womans touch willingly, enjoying the confidence she exhibited, the soft and smoky sound of her voice, and the calming sensation of fingers moving through her thick white hair. She responded to Lucias first comment simply by nodding first in consensus, then replied; "I think just about anything you did would have a certain allure to it, mysterious or otherwise, however despite what you'd assume, I'm not all that into mice." She closed her eyes and leaned her head into he womans hand, encouraging her to keep going. Shortly after, she started to purr in response, which startled her a bit. Not like an 'Mmm, that's nice' purr but a literal purr you'd expect from a cat, except deeper and louder, as would make sense given her difference in size compared to most cats. She returned to reality with a startled look for a moment and blushed a deep red taht showed even ore due to the usual pale tone of her skin. "I.. I'm sorry.. I didn't know that was going to happen. I mean, I uh... I don't want you to stop or anything it's just that that's never happened. My name is Dempsey" She looked up to Lucia with her bottom lip anxiously clenched between her teeth, and a slightly pleading look in her eyes.
Lucia only chuckled, this woman seemed determined to win her over too, but for different reasons, from a different standing. It seemed she really was desperate for companionship, that was something Lucia could certainly relate to-- Relate to and use. For someone who blended in with drying paint, any attention was delightful, no matter who it was from. "Is that so? You're flattering me too much-- Surely I'm just another face in the crowd~" Lucia spoke, her tone modest, and kind, according to her knowledge the modest ones were usually the ones most appreciated. That, and Lucia's pain and self-hatred often made her remember who she was in reality, that face in a crowd wasn't one that would fade until she died. Though the girl's loud purring was enough to make her laugh loudly, heartily even before shaking her head back. Swinging an arm around Dempsey she ruffled her hair with a bit more strength, playfully trying to make a mess of it with her fingertips in retaliation before finally settling down to gentle stroking once more. "Relax. You're going to stress yourself out with this sort of thing. Being flustered and paranoid just because you like something? Don't worry, I won't judge, just be happy okay-- That's all we can ever hope for." She urged reassuringly, as if nothing was more important then Dempsey's happiness in the equation she continued reassuring the felis woman that she wouldn't be judged. Lucia certainly wouldn't at least, not as long as she kept getting attention from the woman. The pleading eyes made her expression soften once more, leaning in she gave the girl's temple a soft brush with her lips as if thinking that gesture would surely calm her spirits. "Really, I don't know why you're so worried, but you won't chase me away that easy mm?" She offered before turning her gaze back onto the ritual as it continued. After watching a few moments, she flashed a playful grin turning her gaze back towards Dempsey adding a soft question. "Should I lend you my lap if you like being petted that much?"
Dempsey knew something was off, and that this was just going too well. Something was about to go horribly wrong, and she'd be left alone in the streets, feeling broken and miserable all over again. She was determined to enjoy whatever this is for as long as the illusion lasted. Still a little anxious over the whole purring incident, she emptied the remainder of the contents of her wine bottle and set it aside as Lucia resumed gently stroking her hair. The words whispered in her ear, along with the gentle kiss along her temple washed away any doubts and vestiges of resistance, and she relaxed completely and began purring again, this time resting her head on Lucias shoulder and closing her eyes blissfully, while trying not to cause any distraction that might interrupt the dark haired womans spell weaving. First she answered Lucias question with unguarded honesty for the first time since they met. "I'm worried because I care what you think of me. Quite the thing to say to someone I've just met, but i want you to see me as someone who's strong, and confident. As a potential ally and friend. i want you to see more value in me than as a scratching post with big tits. I can tell you're strong, and smart. That's the kind of person I want to surround myself with. Also, If you couldn't tell, I'm getting attached to you in a few other ways too." responding to her offer by carefully laying on her back with her head in Lucias lap and looked up at her with a slight smile that bespoke genuine happiness for the first time all morning. ((If Dempsey x Lucia becomes a thing, they will be the most broken, dysfunctional, and codependent couple that has ever existed. Looking forward to it! :P =))
There was naturally a reason things were going too well, it was purely because of how easily their natures blended. Lucia demanded, craved attention. To her, the reason why didn't matter, the reason wasn't as important as the result. That was why she chose dark magic, that was why she made herself beautiful, that was even why she was so open to these kinds of intimate moments with strangers. She didn't care about the journey, the time it took or even it's foundation-- What she wanted was the attention. Unfortunately, it was also for this reason that such a poor girl as this may end up as Lucia's prey. Continuing to stroke Dempsey's hair, Lucia shook her head slowly in response to the woman's fears and concerns. When she finally lowered her head into her lap, Lucia pressed a finger to her lips to silence her gently. "Don't rush." Lucia answered in a soft hushed whisper, as if trying gently to quiet the girl's worries with the soft sound of her voice. Her whisper got quieter, as if forcing Dempsey to be quiet herself to hear what she said. "There will be other times to prove your strength, to laugh confidently and proudly. If you're that worried about my thoughts, then don't be. My needs have always been simple, my tastes are unusual, honestly I think my impression of you should be the least of your worries." Lucia added, though towards the end there was a vague bitterness in her expression, some sadness in her gaze. Lucia's own thoughts were unimportant, as long as the person was a girl she was fine with them as long as they gave her attention. Even if they were a guy in reality, Lucia didn't care-- Her real self was garbage, trash, a fleshy vehicle for her avatar, her true self to survive through. "Just relax. I'm not going anywhere at least." She offered kindly trying to smooth over the bitterness and sorrow she felt for her real self, the pity she had in her heart for the her that was currently playing this game through a tool. If only she could be this in reality she thought, if only she could have this feeling and these words, tones and face, she might not have to struggle so much for her dream.
Dempsey accepted her words without argument or question. Maybe later when she had time to think she'd convince herself that this was all a mistake, but for now, the exotic womans presence completely surrounded her, took charge of her senses, and commanded her undivided attention. she felt herself almost drift off to sleep as Lucia spoke, wanting badly to believe her silken words that carried with them so much promise. She sat up slowly and faced Lucia, blinking the almost sleep from her eyes and yawning into the back of her hand. "As much as I'd like to just sit here all day and listen to you say wonderful things to me, I still need to take a bath, and I believe someone said she was coming with me." she punctuated her remark with a quick peck of a kiss on the tip of Lucias nose, a half smile, and a playful wink. With that, she rose to her feet and dusted herself off a little, then sat next to Lucia, curious as to whether or not her spell had finished while they were busy flirting. She stretched with her hands folded behind her head, arching her back and making sure her breasts were prominently on display for a good while longer than they needed to be before relaxing and settling back down beside Lucia. "If you'd be so kind as to lead the way though, I'm not terribly familiar with this neighborhood and all. I just kind of started walking and ended up here while I was trying to blow off some steam. Also, I'm more than a little tipsy, if you couldn't tell.... " After a moments pause she stood, looked herself over, and made a wrinkled face "on top of that, i just need a bath in general. Before my morning was completely awful, I was doing my morning training, and I got all sweaty and gross. I don't do any magic like you do, I'm a fighter. I tried some astralmancy early on, but it just didn't work for me. Maybe someday I'll pick it back up, but i just want to stick with the basics, and what I'm good at for now. Maybe you can try teaching me sometime?" Dempsey sat and looked at her companion expectantly with a sweet smile and offered her hand to help her to her feet.
Lucia only chuckled with a mellow expression, the more attention she was given, the more she seemed to consume Dempsey's world, the more elated and vibrant her expressions grew. There was an air of grace and elegance that wasn't there before, as she felt the chances of success rising higher. This was certainly what she wanted, to become someone's world, to become the world for people plural. Her first step was so refreshing though, it filled her with such a strong hope. "Naturally, there's time to say wonderful things and whisper sweet nothings to you in the bath where a bit more closeness won't matter." Lucia nodded in agreement, not the least bit perturbed or worried for privacy, as far as she was concerned being more public just meant more spotlight. The kiss on the nose only made Lucia relaxed though, as if embarrassment were a distant emotion, she didn't flush but maintained a mature and affectionate expression. When Dempsey got up from her lap, Lucia clapped her hands and the smoke was suddenly sucked from the incense, the sticks burning down to stubs quickly. Just as fast, the fires also burnt out revealing the sinister arrows that seemed to have a lax and tranquil glint to them. Exhaustion arrows that promoted sleep were naturally meant to have such a glint to them. Picking them up, she carefully slid them into her ammo bag at the back of her waist. Making sure they were secure and buckled down, she glanced to Dempsey taking her hand to stand. "Well if you insist, I don't mind leading." Lucia commented reaching out for the woman's arm, gently clinging like arm candy, only a loose grip as she held onto her close enough for her to feel the softness of her modest chest against her arm. "Though you might distract me if you push those things out too much." She teased noticing Dempsey pushing out her chest a little bit, intentional or otherwise. With the woman's arm in her's she walked, peacefully, the click of her boots against the ground resounded with each soft step. She had a gentle sway to her that would occasionally cause her hip to brush Dempsey's. Each move calculated, each action deliberate. Lucia was cunning, but there was no ill will, however unfair her mechanization it was never with intention to 'harm'. She watched as Dempsey described her rigorous day. A coy grin coming to Lucia's face as she leaned in towards the woman's side, her face touching her shoulder briefly before speaking in a soft tone. "Is that so? It's not so bad I think right? If anything it just shows how hard you worked." Lucia added, being encouraging and supportive as she often tried to be. "As for magic, I don't mind, but truly it's far more complicated then you might expect. It depends heavily on your creativity and what you think 'magic' is. It takes shape as you expect it to." She explained as her hand slid down Dempsey's arm into her hand trying to hold her hand as she went.
Again Dempsey found herself listening to Lucia speak as they set off through the streets, she felt some sort of childish impulse to find a way to show off her strength to the woman, if only to reinforce what she'd said earlier. She could lift Lucia fairly easily, or perform some sort of acrobatics, or a dozen other things that she's been practicing and using in actual combat over the last few days. Silly fantasies of her rescuing the damsel in distress flashed through her imagination as the pair turned a corner. Dempsey was delighted when Lucia slid her fingertips down her arm and took her hand, to which the Felis responded with an encouraging squeeze. She let out a contented sigh and allowed herself to be lead through the streets. After a moment of silence, she spoke up "Tell me about yourself.. I'm curious. I'd like to know more about you. I know we'll have plenty of time to talk later too, but why not start now?" She asked this with a bright and cheerful expression, with infatuation and curiosity brewing in her mind. Lucia was very well spoken, and talked enough for the two of them more often than not, but Dempsey had noticed that she wasn't terribly forthcoming with personal information. She had no problem with being persistent, and she was perfectly willing to chip away at the mysterious womans reclusive personality over days and weeks if need be. Of course, it was completely possible that her closed lips were merely the result of not having asked her anything yet. It's not entirely her own fault that she'd been distracted from almost the moment the two met. she twisted awkwardly, trying to fish her final bottle of wine from her bag left handed without breaking her grip on Lucias hand, and she probably looked quite silly in doing so. Victorious and with reward in hand, she figured that looking goofy for a moment was well worth it. Casually she yanked the lose cork from the mouth of the bottle with her teeth and spit the cork onto the street. "I don't normally drink this much, just so you know. my game plan for today was just to drink myself silly, take a bath, and go home and punch a training bag until I was happy again. I'm glad that's not what ended up happening though. So far, I like you!" she finished her statement with another of her sugar sweet smiles and another squeeze of Lucias hand.
Lucia walked pleasantly, her practiced sway giving her an air of grace as she strolled on Dempsey's arm. She was as relaxed as could be, things rarely bothered Lucia and closeness certainly wasn't one of those things. Feeling the gentle squeeze of the hand, Lucia only idly squeezed back, a gentle confirmation and understanding. Though it was only when Dempsey asked Lucia about herself that there was a brief change. When asked, Lucia would unintentionally stiffen briefly, as if pausing mid step-- as if lag had taken over before her actions smoothed out again. She was clearly in thought, after being asked, her eyes began to wander, an awkward silence taking hold. Just when it seemed like Lucia would pretend she didn't hear though, she would speak slowly, cautiously as if she were struggling to chose her words well. "I... I don't really like myself." She started, clearly struggling to speak, it wasn't so much that she wanted to hide this, no, even her facade was telling her that being honest would be the best way to get attention. Whether good or bad, attention was what she wanted... but her self hate was just so profound-- so deep. It was a rage that made her feel suicide would be a good option, but at the same time, she could never go through with such a thing purely because as much attention as it would get her, she was afraid they would forget that as well. There was a clear bitterness in her expression, she avoided Dempsey's eyes as she tried to find the proper words to speak. As honest as she wanted to be, she felt the edgelord in her-- her real self trying to break through the surface of the facade and ruin things. "Boring-- Boring and normal, 'Average', forgettable... That's the kind of person I am." Lucia admitted, trying her best not to sound too depressing. Her gaze fell for a moment, only a moment before her facade pieced itself back together, her refreshing smile returned and she flashed it vibrantly as she swallowed up her real self once more. "I don't really think I'm a good person, so it gets hard to talk about. I feel like people wouldn't be able to look at me the same, so I try to keep it buried whenever possible. It's easy to judge someone like me... you know?" She spoke with a sweet chuckle, that earlier concern and depression gone as if it were an illusion. Lucia's facade was very well practiced, very strong, she'd formulated her new self through years, a decade even of effort baring fruit to be someone different. "I don't mind being honest-- but it's not something that's easy to own up to you know? Specially when someone likes you." She tried to tease Dempsey sweetly even though the topic might have been a strange time to do so, Lucia was never afraid to make every effort to acquire attention.
Dempsey was a little taken back by her momentary lapse, and decided that this was a chance to make a lasting impression. She tugged them both to a stop and stood in front of Lucia, placing both hands on her shoulders and smiling. For the first time Lucia could see this fabled strength Dempsey was always talking about, as even though Dempsey was doing her best to be gentle, Lucia could easily see hard and well defined muscles gracefully flowing beneath the soft, fair skin of the Felis woman, "Sweetie, all you had to say is that you don't want to talk about it. I understand what it's like, coming to this world just so you can be someone else, somewhere else for a while. I promise I won't bring it up again until you're ready to talk about all that, OK? Let's just pretend it never happened and just have fun today." She lifted her 5'4 frame onto her toes and gave Lucia a soft peck on the lips, allowing their lips to linger the smallest of distances apart for a moment after, then released her hands from her shoulder and spun back to her place by her side, giving the woman a playfull swat of her tail in the process. She left things at that, placing her hand back in Lucias without any mention as to why she would understand, or where this supposed solidarity came from, but that would be a talk for another time. even in her wine addled state of mind, she knew better than to press the issue any more than she had. She thought she pulled that one off perfectly, and only time would tell if it had any sort of lasting impression. Regardless, the dopey happy and buzzed Dempsey was back, and she raised her bottle to her lips, drinking deeply this time. "This wine is god awful, and we're going to have to get a proper drink sometime. You DO drink once in a while, right? OH! what kind of food do you like? I hate to admit it, but I'm a meat and taters kinda gal myself. I have to eat like an animal or I can't keep my weight up where it needs to be. It gets expensive. I mean, I suppose that makes sense, because I am part animal after all, Or do you think that's not how it actually works?" She continued to carry on as if nothing had happened, swinging her and Lucias hand back and forth as she walked, looking around for anything of interest to discuss or point out.
At Dempsey's efforts to let it slide, Lucia's smile remained wooden throughout her reassurances. As if talking to a mask for a while, Lucia's facade was quite firm, unshakable to an extent, even when talking about reality there would only be cracks. That wooden smile though was there purely because despite Dempsey expressing the willingness to let it go, Lucia was confident it would come up again sometime. A silent and tactile understanding, Lucia wouldn't poke a hole in her efforts to be reassuring. It was only when she spun back around after giving the kiss that Lucia softened once more. Lucia's self-hate was something that would not change, even if her reality changed and things were completely different, she would only think of it as successfully killing off her old self rather then changing. She didn't view it positively at all. Rather then dwell on it though, Lucia held onto Dempsey still, when the tail swung around she only grinned, lowering her own hand to give the woman's butt a soft pat back in retaliation. "Now now, there's no need to go out of your way. Like I said, I don't mind talking about it. I imagine I wouldn't be nearly as dazzling after that conversation though. Let my claws sink in a little deeper, and I'll let you know when you're in too deep~" She teased with a sweet smile. Her choice of word might be a little sinister, but her tone and her actions smoothed it over making it clear it was a coy joke rather then anything threatening or fierce. Hearing her ask about food though, Lucia mused, in reality she liked typical staples, burgers, fries, chicken nuggets. She liked childish and cute foods she thought. Though she was adventurous at times, it made her wonder how to answer. "Mm, I like exotic things, things you can't just try whenever you want. I like to experiment." She answered, not exactly honest, though she was adventurous she rarely had a chance in reality to try those things. Though she followed up with something more honest with a coy chuckle. "If there's nothing special though, I default to fried food-- it's hard to match that kind of taste you know?" She explained with a laugh, but hearing her talk about meat and potatos, Lucia nodded, it did seem pretty fitting after all. Whether it was because of her avatar or if it was her answer in reality too, they were both pretty common, something that Lucia could accept and understand. Seeing Dempsey struggling for a conversation topic though, Lucia held in her laughter, this girl was trying so hard. "Well, if we're going to be asking 'date questions' how about favorite weather? I usually like the rain, hard or soft, it's always nice, even if it's unexpected, I can't seem to hate it or think it ruined my day." She teased thinking that Dempsey was leaning towards date questions for a reason.
Dempsey giggled at the mention of "date questions" and cast Lucia a sidelong wink before replying. "Sorry sweetie, no more 'Date questions' then."she giggled and continued "I was just trying to make small talk. I figured that it would be nicer than just marching to the bath house in dead silence staring down at the street. Honestly though, who doesn't love the rain. I love that smell and the tension in the air right before big thunder storm. What I absolutely hate is how humid it always is the day after, when it's all drying up and the air is so thick it's hard to breathe sometimes." She trailed off and thought for a moment, then donned a mischievous grin and leaned in close to Lucia to whisper conspiratorially in her ear and a sultry whisper followed by a quick nip of her earlobe "So Lucia, are you into girls too?" She backed off with a laughing smile, very much glad that Lucia seemed to be back to her normal self again. She helped herself to another slug from her bottle of wine and decided to drop the matter before she even said anything. She recognized the street they were on now, and knew they were getting close to the bath house now. 'Choose your battles' she thought to herself "So then, is there anything you want to talk about? or should I just be quiet and enjoy the view?" she asked, smiling. she looked ahead, taking in the sights and sounds of the dtreet for a moment, waiting for Lucia to reply. All in all this had been a fun morning. A good jog to get her hear going, a good argument... (well OK, a bad argument) Lots of day drinking and Lucia. She was eager to reach their destination and see what would happen next, but she knew all too well that she already came off as desperate and horny enough for the both of them, and she doubted Lucia was acting out of desperation. She decided that now was not the time to question the other womans motives, but that was another problem for tomorrow morning, hopefully. She repeated her new mantra for the day to herself in her mind once again; 'Just have fun with this' and sighed involuntarily. she could be walking into a trap, or at the very least, well on her way to embarrassing herself, but all she'd done since she logged into Terra was work and fight and train. It was high time she found out what else this game had to offer.
Lucia couldn't help a playful snicker, this poor girl was truly too self-conscious, rather then dwelling on it though she shook her head, clearly not worried or panicked. It wasn't so much that she hated that sort of thing, instead, it was amusing, she never expected someone to come onto her like that. "The feeling of being wet is just nice in general, out in the rain, no coat, no umbrella." She thought with a sigh filled with reminiscence. One of the easiest ways she stood out in reality was 'forgetting' her umbrella and being waterlogged. It was one of the few times she could pull attention naturally in reality. The talk of liking women and the biting of her earlobe made Lucia's smile twist into a grin. Her expression grew more sly as the woman beside her tried to act more sultry. Even without an alluring gesture, that sly slippery grin of Lucia's was enough in some cases to communicate that the thoughts in her head weren't innocent. Rather then a real gesture or words though, there was no hint, the thoughts themselves were largely a mystery as Lucia's sly smirk widened. "Now now, there'll be plenty of time for that later. No use tiring yourself out before you even have a chance to relax right?" She spoke, her tone smoother, like velvet on the ears as she lowered her voice so as not to draw the eyes of strangers. "I am very much into girls though, they're all I'm really into even. It's much more peaceful and softer then the alternative." She murmured, still grinning as before. Though when she was talking about admiring the view or talking, Lucia only shook her head, giving Dempsey's hand another squeeze. Words were easy to lose in translation, easy to misread, silence was golden though, communicating through gentle gestures, a faint squeeze of the hand, a soft occasional brush of the hip. Lucia communicated affection and intimacy without words, so why not take it easy? It was only when they arrived at the bath house that Lucia glanced up at it with her sly grin still in place. "No going back now, go on~" She urged gently giving Dempsey's hand a soft squeeze for confidence, as if worried this poor girl would back out from anxiety. Though her eagerness was misread as horny or attraction, it was more her obsession with attention that drove her forward. Wasn't there no better way to sink her claws in then a brush of intimacy? By no means was it rolling around in the sheets, but something as simple as skinship, sharing a bath, knowing each other was what Lucia intended-- After all, rushing often had an alienating effect rather then promoting closeness.
Dempsey listened and watched Lucia all the way to the steps of the bathhouse. Despite herself, she flushed slightly as the other woman both answered her question and one-upped her best attempts at flirting effortlessly. She was definitely going to have to work on that someday. She climbed the stairs to the familiar building and proceeded inside, pausing to fish out enough coins to pay for them both. Might as well go that extra mile, seeing how Lucia already had her pegged for some kind of pushover. She turned to Lucia and asked "Have you been here before? It's pretty simple.. the women's side is on the right, there's a changing room, and then.. yeah. The bath. I'm sure you know how a bath works." She flashed a smile, and lead Lucia into the changing room. She'd been here plenty of times, and even recognized many of the faces coming and going from the establishment, so why was she so nervous now? She knew exactly why, and forced certain thoughts from the back of her mind. She wasn't about to have sex with a complete stranger in public, even if that is the direction things started to take... still though... the thought did have a certain appeal to it. with speed and efficiency born of nerves, anticipation, and familiarity from having done this every day since she started playing Terra she was in and out of the changing room in record time, not once looking back to see if her friend was following suit, watching, or anything of the sort. She knew this would be the hard part for her, and she just wanted it to be over with so she could make her way to the hot and steaming bath and slip beneath the surface of the water. the bath itself was fairly plain, with rough wooden walls, a stone floor, and a simple iron spout that constantly drained a steady flow of hot water into the in-ground bathing pool. She frequented this establishment specifically because it was cheap, and close to the spot where she usually had her breakfast. In a real life situation, this place would likely be lucky to be in line as her third or fourth choice, but through the magic of virtual reality she knew she had nothing to fear from unsanitary conditions, dirty water, or sketchy business practices that would abound a less successful establishment such as this one in the real world Comfortably beneath the waters surface, she looked toward the dressing room curtain, waiting for her friend to emerge and join her.
Lucia glanced around as they proceeded inside, a soft hum coming from her time to time as she glanced around like a tourist. It was an unfamiliar place to her, her apartment in reality only had a shower, public bathing was a strange and foreign practice, one she wasn't familiar with. Though she'd looked into it through cartoons and normal research that was typical for her, she had little amounts of experience. Her facade wouldn't crack because of something so silly though, she maintained the look of someone curiously experiencing something new on a vacation rather then someone who was lost and confused. Hearing Dempsey's words though, it seemed it wasn't so different from her suspicions, it was a relief to some extent. Cracking a grin once more, she began pulling off her jacket, the black bird down from her coat that hugged her shoulders revealed a slim and lithe figure beneath as she started before even getting into the changing room. Naturally she didn't go too far in 'public', instead, opting for what was safe for a show and saving the important things for later as they should be. Lucia was brave, had nothing to lose, there was no reason to fear being seen after all, but she wasn't going to announce anything to the world or act in a strange and questionable manner. While the other woman rushed though, Lucia leisurely proceeded, peeling off layer after layer in a relaxed manner. Pale skin as if carved from porcelain on display the more she worked her way through her clothing. Her slim and delicate figure became more enchanting without as much to hide and cover it. It spoke to how much effort she put into her avatar while she was in reality, she spent a grandiose amount of time sculpting every part intricately not missing a single detail. Her goal was to create an avatar that was dazzling, and if asked, she could only think she succeeded. By the time Dempsey left, Lucia was only half done, leaving her plenty of time to make it into the water before Lucia who glanced her way when she left. When she finished, she stepped out comfortably, a towel in all the right places as she stepped in. A long slender leg testing the water lazily before finally slipping in comfortably sliding the towel away just as she broke the surface. For the most part it was a fluid and practiced motion, one that would reveal the bare minimum despite the situation. After sinking in, Lucia's hands slid up to her hair, briefly giving it a shake as it got wet before she finally relaxed. "Mm... I like it. I might do this more often then. It's a nice way to unwind." She murmured closing her eyes after glancing to Dempsey to see how she was doing. Naturally, for the most attention, Lucia chose to slip into the water right beside Dempsey rather then any other place, no matter how big it was or how much room, she chose to sit close intentionally.
