Bradwynne found himself wandering in the Hylands one very frigid day. Although he had been through a very hard time in the battle against Titanius, and even when he died from it, he was still throwing himself within harm's way. He knew that if he exposed himself to a lot of fights, he would be hardened enough to face everything that would be thrown his way in the near future. This battle against Titanius, he knew, was only the start of a very long saga of the fights that he would have to face in the near future, with regards to the problem of Dissonance and the people being killed by Dissonant monsters having been unable to log out. There had been someone who had been a victim of this kind of problem about his UI not appearing when it was being summoned recently, and Bradwynne was sure that person, Sean Poteitoku, was not alone in suffering from a lack of UI after the fight against Titanius. And so he should wrap everything up as fast as possible, but he should also ensure that he was strong enough to tackle every future challenges in this mission. This monster, Titanius, though it originated from a former Star Maiden of around four millennia ago, was just the first rung of a very long and high ladder that would lead to the God who strove to control every world that they would know, Nyarlieth. He definitely knew of all the dangers that he would face at the way: Titanius, even when it was at the lowest rung, managed to kill a lot of people including Astor Balthas, the King of Astorea himself. And so, he would need to increase his capabilities for the future, and make sure that he would be surrounded by like-minded individuals that were at least as capable as possible to tackle more Dissonant monsters that might be stronger than what they had faced only a few days before. As much as possible, he would not like a repeat of what happened at the fight against Titanius, more so that the news about the UIs being locked in this game was starting to spread and there might be fewer people that would tackle this problem to end it.

This time, he was focusing on the first set of creatures that he had seen in this area: a herd of Freezer Bisons. They might had seen his advance, and so, feeling that they might have been threatened, they started to charge towards his direction. He knew that such creatures were too bullheaded to turn away from him like their distant bovine cousins, and so he decided to wait on until he was within a good distance to strike, digging his black leather boots deep into the snow in a very firm stance, reaching for the hilt of the six-foot crystalline sword on his back. He found this sword while scrounging through the massive stomach of Titanius, among the frosty area where the King of Astorea, deeply infected by the Dissonance within his body, froze in order to halt every attack that would be hurled towards him and the similarly infected Queen of Falderen. Seemingly there was still a large amount of Dissonance within the blue crystalline blade which was seemingly formed in one piece within the inclement environment of the battle, but maybe it should serve to him as a reminder that the battle against the Dissonance was not yet over. Maybe this immense energy would disappear when the god would be finally defeated. And so he would carry this blade in all of his battles, until the threat carried by that god would finally disappear.

As the first bison of the pack was within his most effective striking distance, Bradwynne then unsheathed the large crystal sword and then, with his boots kicking at the snow, he then charged towards the stampede of the bisons, and then, with precise parries and strikes, managed to drive through the stampede without much damage, although none of the bisons died in his assault, although some of the bisons' body parts were mangled, especially their horns. Suddenly, he heard something like a cry of help from a distance, and it sounded like that person needed it desperately. But as of the moment, he was still stuck with fighting the bisons, and so he had to stay here if he wanted to move there with less injuries. He would not know what kind of rut was the person stuck with, and so he needed all the vitality and energy that he could take with him.
