  1. This wasn't the first person to give the girl a piggyback, but it took all she had not to complain about it due to this. Hopping on his back with her arms around his neck, she stayed attached fairly easily, even if she didn't necessarily like being carried so often.

His speed with arrows had been a surprise for her, but it was likely a good thing she'd opted to take up his offer as droves of creatures seemed to target them. Internally, she cursed herself. What was she, monster bait?

"Sorry to put you through this, Dot." A meek smile swept at her lips, eyes half lidded, like from having some pain from squeezing them a bit tight when she felt her anxiety kicking in. "I don't know if I smell strange or something, but I do seem to attract these guys regularly. We should probably hurry out of here before more come."

Sure, she knew it wasn't really likely her fault. But really, why was she constantly surrounded, anyway?

Dot nodded as he stood up, but loosened his arrow from the string and waved his hands about, his five fingers glowing as he whipped them about to form a few vines before him, forming a rope for him to grab upon as now, he gripped it and pulled himself up using one hand into the trees. Demonstrating that he had some knowledge of Naturamancy while keeping his distance from the creatures below as their tree slowly became surrounded by a pack of vicious foxes. He drew back his bow and looked at Harveste who was firmly upon his back, he sighed and let his arrow fly towards the group of yipping beasts before them as it struck the ground near one of them. "That was a warning shot you mongrels... back off, or I am going to have grilled fox for a snack and a new pelt."

Clearly Dot wasn't kidding when he said this as quickly as he released the arrow, another one was being notched on the string and he pulled it back, reading to kill one of the beasts below them while keeping his calm as he spoke to Harveste. "Look, if you have anything that can keep me from killing them, then please do so, if not, then I am going to have a late lunch." He said with a rather cold tone for he wasn't afraid to kill a wild animal, he had to at one point or another during his time deployed in the Amazon to assassinate a drug lord and their blood money operation. "Trust me, this is just like pulling the trigger of a Barrett fifty caliber Harveste... letting nature fly through the air and shred the ribbons of life." HIs words almost sounded poetic as his three fingers held the string ready until the little girl spoke out to him to stop his onslaught on the band of furry misfits below their twenty-foot tall pine tree.

  3. Using the best of her concentration, she opted to create some vine traps, a new skill she'd been finding quite useful as of late. The vines kept the beasts from moving, mostly, but because of her current level of uneasiness, she hugged onto the man a little tighter when she was done. "I don't want them to die, but I don't want to die. I've already died before. I'd feel bad for them...Even if they're trying to make me die a second time."

With a meek smile, she did notice his words of poetic violence. They slightly went over her head, her lack of understanding firearms making it hard to fully know what he was talking about. However, she didn't even bother to ask about it. She just grew some more vines in the distance, to stop any oncoming beasts from joining the slew from behind them.

"Besides, do you have a crafting skill? It'd be silly to skin them if you can't actually use it or cook the meat. Though I guess you could sell the carcasses for a little bit of food money. I know it's part of the game to kill them, but I at least don't want to watch, at least not at the moment. Especially when we're getting surrounded more and more."
