Located in the southern part of the city, this is where the majority of the upper-class Orarian, noble, and royals reside. The entire area is built on naturally high grounds. Considering the upper-class culture in this district, the architecture is mostly modern and lavished with artistic details. In the recent years, affluent gods who don’t like staying in the Babel move here.
