Coming down to the mortal realm was initially a chore for Baldr, he didn't feel there was anything on the world that could truly stimulate his tastes or desires for grooming. The more he saw adventurers struggle and fight though, the more his appetite grew whet for the chance to groom them himself and shepherd a flock as he witnessed others from his pantheon.
