There are a multitude of different variables that can cause him to think about something different from how he normally would. Trying to keep an open mind, his opinions change and differ, sometimes based off his own mood or the conversation. Sometimes, he’s just trying to satiate, or humor, the person that he is conversing with. At other times he is genuinely intrigued by a person without even hearing them speak a word, thus he keeps an eye out for them. This typically is derived from combat or their stance on a certain matter. Either way, everything that is about him as far his personality goes, is subject to change as things progress. Though he does have some moral standards that seem to be solid and concrete and habits that don’t ever seem to change. One of these being that he is, for a lack of better words, a smart ass and somewhat of a douche. He doesn’t attempt to be this way it’s just how he comes off. Much like his RBF(resting b**** face). Sure, when he first meets someone he will be warm and rather nice, and even sweet if you play his cards right. The more you get to know him the more he rubs off to be one of the terms listed above. It’s just uncontrollable for him, he has somewhat of a god-complex. Where he thinks he knows better than everyone else. Every now and again, he lets little things get to him. Small quirks about people and the way that they act that make him react a certain way. It’s difficult to understand really, and he doesn’t quite realize it, himself, and will deny it if someone told him. He’s known for pushing the ones that care away from him, without even noticing it. Sometimes his tone may not match his face in the least, which can be rather conflicting. He also attempts to sound as intelligent as he possibly can at most times, although he does dumb it down a lot. This intellectual dialect can come off rather harsh at times, and he usually has an opinion on near anything and will voice it when he feels like it needs to be. He thinks that people should see through the mean words that he says and obtain the meaning of what is being said, the way someone else reacts to it is on them. He’s content with being alone but also has some requirement for companionship. However, even when he finds himself with others there is still a part of him that feels alone, separated from the others. He can only blame this on his upbringing as an only child that only indulged in his own presence and didn't seek out friends. It was always hard for him to fit in, as all he wished to do was get stronger. Though, he always tried to keep an open mind to how others thought and felt of him, he couldn't change the way that they saw him. This boiled at him inside for a long time, growing him to be the rather indifferent individual that he is today. He tries to hold the friendships that he has, but at a distance. However, he believes in communication throughout relationships which he typically believes should be engaged by the opposite party just as much as he engages them. Therefore, if he doesn’t talk to you on a regular basis he doesn’t expect you to, either. In some cases, he can be pretty uppity about it all and just come up out of nowhere questioning why he hasn’t heard from someone in so long. Which usually results in him breaking ties with that person for a short duration. This is part of the hot-headedness that he seems to hold. His temper can drive him to say things that shouldn’t be said and leave him with no filter for a while, which he will typically come back to regret in the future and apologize and the nice guy that you first met will rejoin the conversation until it fades once more. He’s easy to find addiction, as he did when he became a young adult with tobacco and drinking. This is a testament to his weak will and inability to push through the little things in life that seem to ail him. However, this can also reach out to be a testament to his outstanding loyalty to even things that bring harm to him. A good amount of wine or ale can bring him to be a rather delightful person to be around if he is drinking for the right reason. All the same. this can be reversed when he is drinking for the wrong reasons. All in all, Bera can be pleasant at times and he can also be a bit of a brute, he can be insightful but can also be insulting. Everything is subject to change depending on his mood and the matter at hand. Though most of the time he just remains to be a sword for those that request him to be such. Positive: Perspicacious, devoted, boisterous, open-minded Negative: Addictive, rude, dishonest, enigmatic, shrewd Biography Bera was born and raised in Orario city, he has always held the town to be something he has cherished. His father was an adventurer that had come to meet his demise while Bera was rather young, only being three or four. Though, his mother never told him and still has not told him that this is true. She has always kept the excuse that he has gone so far down into the dungeon and has become such a high and mighty adventurer that he choose to live within the dungeon than here. This all sparked Bera into wanting to be an adventurer himself, he wished to see why his father chose a life of adventuring over being with him. As he'd grow in age he'd try to build his strength up as much as he could, always bringing up the fact that his father was a strong and valiant adventurer when he was asked what he was doing. The people of the town always seemed to be rather enthused by his sense of vigor. Though kids his age would see it be a rather unattractive thing, and were always weirded out about it. He'd grow up to be a loner due to his undying drive to grow in strength. To be as good, no better, than his father could have been or ever would be. It would be many years before he'd ever step foot in the dungeon, however, as he'd be tasked with a job to help his mother stay on her feet as she grew ill. In time the sickness would come to pass and he would be let free and enabled to be an adventurer. Given the sword that his grandfather used in his early days of adventuring by his mother as a present and keepsake she wished him good luck as he set off on his new journey. As his journey would come to a start he would find the people within the first levels to be unreliable and feeble. He'd look to find a more powerful source, there had to be something that he could do in order to become stronger. He'd confront whatever obstacle that was before him to if it meant gaining strength.
