Briareus' Tracker Family Family ties hold a strange place in the titan's heart. Ranging from his cherished nephew that released him from an eternity of imprisonment... to his heartless father that sentenced him to it, there's a large window for variance when it comes this this subject. It's a rather touchy one. Zeus (Nephew): Rescued Briareus from his endless imprisonment, doted heavily upon Hades (Niece): Older sister to Zeus, seen amicably despite her... tendencies Hestia (Niece): A very kind hearted child... perhaps not the most reliable Nyx (Estranged Aunt): Gives off incredibly bad vibes... really bad vibes. She clearly didn't help Briareus when he was imprisoned by her nephew/brother-in-law. Ouranos (Estranged Father): A terrible excuse of a living being, also terrifying beyond all else... Friends He’s not a good judge of character. Between his naivety and inability to properly socialize as an individual, it's incredibly difficult for Briareus to make friends. As a result of this, it takes a bit of time and caution before the mental barriers are stricken down willingly. It’s not as though he wants to be isolated. The only problem is that building a social network from ground zero requires a base amount of human function before it can get started... Yanluowang (Deity): Brother in arms when it comes to familia hardships, looked upon favorably Korra Quinn (Familia Member): Thought of as incredibly insightful, very relaxing to be around Soren Kalamalos (Familia Member): Equally awkward and repressed (Briareus associates well with the youth) Enemies The shit list is very short for good reason. That said… it’s also carved into stone and put on display. Seriously though, it takes a lot to wriggle underneath Briareus’ skin. A lot, quantified by either magnitude of the offense or persistence over time. Despite the exclusivity of the list, it’s not a good one to be on. Considering the titan's inability to function properly as a living being when interacting with others, romance has sunk pretty low on the self-awareness totem. Then again, it was never really on the totem to begin with since things like eternal imprisonment had occupied it for the longest time. Hell, even if he wanted to enter the mine field he considers to be dating, chances are high it’s going to be an awkward first step. By this point, innocence in a male comes off as more of a hindrance than a selling point… Or so he was told. It’s whatever really. The world’s got too many people anyway.
