She considers them an extension of her own family and looks after each of them with good intent; though she may not handle situations properly. It isn’t uncommon for Hecate to completely obliterate a threat in order to protect them. She often goes overkill when defending them, not often listening to reason from members of her familia or the threat. Though this overprotectiveness also translates into: making sure that they’re all relatively safe, well taken care of, and being nearly drowned in the amount of potions and elixirs she makes for all of them. She checks upon her children regularly to make sure that they’re physically and mentally stable. Sometimes her vast knowledge can block out the idea that not everyone has the same logic or amount of knowledge that Hecate has (on certain things); for example, Hecate will send messages through plants, and the people receiving them don’t understand why a bouquet was sent to them. Though, Hecate’s love and interest for plants continued to grow. Hecate would periodically visit the human world for plants and animals, but she couldn’t always stay very long, and after she gained knowledge of alchemy, she believed she found a hobby that she truly enjoyed. Knowing that she wouldn’t be able to learn alchemy at a steady pace while in heaven, she decided to give in to the idea of creating a familia in order to stay upon earth. Her love for not only nature grew, but she developed an attachment to humans. The people that she had created bonds with stayed with her and she considered them precious. Hecate considers the people of her familia being her own and she vows to look after them until she is physically unable.
