Hera’s spent so much time away from Orario that its air has become nearly unrecognizable. Brrr… the dainty goddess shuddered reflexively as a draft passed by brushing against her milky white skin. “Why is it so cold when it’s still summer?” she asked herself as she moved closer to the horse carrying a mountain of stuff walking beside her.

In her final trip before heading back here, Hera spent a few weeks in the desert area across the sea. There, each and every day was an unsurmountable challenge, but she loved every minute of it. Every day, Hera would be out in the bazaar, researching spices and verbally combatting hardened merchants over various wares as the sun beat down on her back.

Although she had sent a mail to the rest of her family in Orario, Hera wasn’t too sure whether or not they would come meet up with her. She hoped they would, considering she’s been gone for a solid five years. To celebrate her return, Hera brought back a bunch of souvenirs and gifts that she was planning on handing out to anyone who would come to the rendezvous point, the “Singing Lion” café, which she had reserved for the day.

When she arrived, the owner of the café, who was an incredibly short Catfolk woman opened the door and beckoned for her to come closer with an exclamation, “Mistress Hera! It’s been five lonely years without you!” Leaning down Hera greeted the woman with a kiss on each cheek. They have known each other since she had started living in the upper quarters it seems.

“It has been a long time! I have some souvenir to give you actually. Do you mind helping me unload? I bought a lot of exotic gifts I was planning on giving away to my family,”
Hera said as the corners of her mouth curled up into a smile.
