"We're only on the fifth floor, you know," Marzipan pointed out, "Need to head down to the sixth. I think we'll be able to make it, since the floor boss to the sixth floor is dead...I think." She grimaced as she remembered how Odin's familia had fought the thing and killed it. It went down easily, but that was a whole group of people and they were just four. The odds weren't really stacked against them, but she hoped there wouldn't be anything like that thing again.

"Okay, just keep the rhythm going..." Pause. "And if anyone gets tired, I have some lembas bread that makes someone feel energized when they eat it. Don't have much, though, so we need to save it." She patted her bag before continuing slaying the ant creatures that were in their way, slicing and dicing using her two swords.

As they battled their way through the horde of ants, the Hume Bunny let her body go on autopilot as she slayed more creatures. Some acid had been splashed on her clothes as they went in deeper, but she tried not to pay any mind to it as she fought. They needed to get to the sixth floor, after all, and hopefully find those night thistles without too much trouble. She was a bit ahead of the group, scouting out the entrance while monster ants were killed.

Finally, she came upon something that looked like it was sloping downward. "Okay, I think I found the entrance to the sixth floor," she said, swiveling her ears to see if she could hear anything coming towards them. Nothing so far, and she was thankful for it. "How's everyone holding up? Doin' okay?"

  2. Were they still truly on floor five? Cecilia thought the ants were only a floor six monstrosity. Also the quest note did indeed say fountain. There was definitely some messed up understandings here. Well, regardless. The longer it took and more ants get wracked up, the better for her growth. Cecilia could not help but wonder what lied ahead of her if she was able to acquire the strength she was seeking. Such a long road ahead.

Ants, ants, ants, ants.... sigh. Cecilia heard Marzipan ask everyone if they needed one of her recovery breads. Although Cecilia was feeling the fatigue growing. She had to see how long her body could cope without help. Her body was her temple and baring enough stress was a good part of her development. This early on... her growth was all that mattered. How could she steer the world in the right direction if she needed to follow these people just to survive a dungeon excursion?

"I will be fine for now. Best keep those handy as you say."

Cecilia could not help but be relieved when they finally arrived on the sixth floor. Hopefully this was not the seventh due to a hiccup. Wiping her sword off in preparation of the next bunch. She made note of how much time it took to reach here even with help. The plans of a small colony of sorts being built on the eighth floor was definitely a smart idea.
