Part time Goddess (Invite)

Discussion in 'Entertainment Quarters' started by Freya, Sep 30, 2016.

  1. Part time goddess

Freya could only hiss under her breath as she moved the bag to cover herself a bit more. She was never going to forgive the mortal or her decedents if she had any. One of her first acts if she ever returned to heaven would be to hit the girl with every bit of bad luck she could without killing her. She was hostile and angry, but she understood the girl was trying to help her. "Name ... What is your name mortal!" her tone shaken and flustered as she wanted to make sure to burn the name in her mind along with the girl's appearance.

Golden eyes slightly tearing up as she moved the sack, her mind making her think it was not covering her enough to keep the image of what was under out of the girl's mind. She truly did need to make the money to get her armor attire back to avoid things like this. A small growl as she sat down not wanting to chase and let more people see her in such a state. It was like her first day on the mortal world all over again. The other gods still in heaven would no doubt be laughing at how unlucky Freya was.

A small thought that maybe her bad fortune was their cause, the thought enough to make her eyes glow with pure anger. if the other gods thought it was funny to mess with her mortal self she would show them all seven things about her they would fear for the rest of their eternal lives. Her anger turning to a low toned grumble as she sat there planning her revenge for each and every god she knew could be the cause for such events. "He ... oh for him the best thing would be to take all of those toys of his ..." her voice almost diabolical as she coiled up more to hide herself.

  2. Korra flashed a coy smile at Freya over her shoulder before trying to wander off with Freya's clothes as if intending to leave her there. Perhaps a tragic fate if Korra never came back, but the large draconian horse Kirin remained behind, idly watching Freya with disinterest. It's majestic identity refused to put others in it's eyes, but it still watched Freya as an object of interest for the one who kept calling it. Korra would return quily, with a bucket of water, the dress gone from sight already stuffed into the water. Upon returning, Korra still wouldn't offer her name, not to someone who asked it in anger, not yet at least. Instead, she tried to sit in front of Freya casually, wrapping her legs around the bucket to hold it Korra started hand washing the dress with a relaxed expression as if she were doing her own laundry by herself, the angry goddess not getting much urgency from the girl who put her in such a state.

"Relax, it's not so bad right? You're wearing more then I am right now but acting like I violated you." She joked with a chuckle even as she began applying some strength. Hand washing was by no means a task someone weak should do; without any kind of soap or cleaning solution, Korra could only use strength to force the juices from the fabric to wash it properly. She couldn't afford a grate to assist, even the bucket was something she borrowed. After a few tense motions though she was already starting to sweat, moisture staining her brow, she wiped it with an idle hand before going back to diligently washing the cloth keeping her eyes on it only occasionally glancing at Freya to flash a smile. "Misfortune and Fortune come in pairs you know, there's always a silver lining... I'll be sad if you keep staying so angry at me~" She mused in a tone that had no sense of sadness or regret for her actions at all.

It only took a short while for Korra to be out of breath, huffing with a ragged panting, eventually she had to stop, leaning back on her palms and wiping her forehead with a sigh. She tried to catch her breath, even letting out tired laughs as she spoke with a breathless tone. "Haha... Stamina's not my best point-- I'll have to bring that up during my next status update..." She complained a little knowing that she lacked both strength and stamina required for this kind of job. It was only after a short rest that she dove back in to continue washing. "I don't think you have to worry though... Nobody really comes this deep into the farm lands." She answered with a mellow chuckle.

Freya's gaze moved to the ground as she balled her fist. She did not understand it, any of it. The mortals being so lazy, how they seemed so kind to others, why they fought, all of it made no sense to her. She was a goddess and she knew nothing of those that knew almost everything about her. She kept her gaze down but could still see the girl cleaning her outfit for her despite it seeming to strain her.

"Why go so far ... Even after I hit you and kept being mean to you mortal... Why do you still help me..." Her voice was shy and nervous as she moved her legs under the sack to match her tone. She lifted her focus to see the girl fall back and moved slightly closer with a worried expression. "Don't push yourself mortal, I know how to wash my own clothing." Freya reached to try and move the bucket away from Korra slowly. She did not want a strand of bad luck to cause her to get soaked yet again with nothing under what she had left on.

She did not want to be a burden to the mortal anymore then she already had been. Worried eyes shined lightly as if asking to let her do this task herself at least. "You truly are a odd mortal... remind me of how I was ..." Freya turned red all over again as she shut her mouth before talking about herself anymore. She truly was bad at talking with others on equal footing, she was to kind and sharing, had her past taught her nothing?

  4. Korra couldn't help a genuine and melodious laugh at the girl's questions. It was rather simple Korra thought, she'd already answered the question more or less. Korra's nature was really simple, down to her core she had only a single motivation and reason for doing anything no matter what it was, it could always be traced back to girls. Shaking her head back, Korra flashed a coy grin trying to slap Freya's hand gently to stop her from pulling the bucket. Gripping it tighter with her soft thighs so Freya wouldn't be able to steal it, her gaze fell on Freya, half lidded as she spoke in a mellow tone. "I don't mind being hit-- Pain is something fleeting, it'll be gone soon, I didn't really lose anything important, and you got to feel better. I don't understand why you'd be so concerned." Korra answered with warm laughter as if she didn't understand, but Korra was someone who could bare insurmountable pain and would climb mountains of swords and swim through seas of fire for someone close to her. Comparatively, a simple punch to earn someone's acquaintance was only a natural matter of course.

Instead, she simply went back to washing trying to refuse Freya's efforts to wash for herself. "It's not a big deal, plus, for as much as I'm exerting, I'm not exactly in a bad place if it lets me watch you a while longer~" She admitted, her tone coy and a flash of warmth in her gaze before it fell back down to the dress as she began to exert herself once more to get the juice out. She kept working until she finally felt it was clean, her fingers feeling the places that were stained until they weren't sticky any more. She pulled the dress out slowly, and with a tired sigh she wobbled before rising to her feet. "Kirin--" She spoke holding the dress up. Without hesitating, the horse lifted it's head as Korra hung the maid dress over the horn before pushing it over a branch to dry. It naturally helped Korra but after Korra had put in so much effort, the horse itself seemed exhausted for some reason as well. Their mutual connection spread one's exhaustion and pain to the other resulting in them both being tired.

"There's no reason to be shy-- though I can't say how I could've been like how you were. I don't think I've ever meet anyone else as 'simple' as I am to date." She explained with a soft chuckle believing she was one of a kind. there were probably endless amounts of people in town who would agree, but nothing was ever absolutely certain. Collapsing softly against the tree to sit shoulder to shoulder with Freya while her dress sighed, Korra turned her head up to feel the breeze on her tired face and matted hair. "I'm not so odd though... I'm just more honest them most-- Put in more effort then most-- Outside of that, I'm not so odd."

  5. Part time goddess

Freya could not help but laugh faintly as the girl spoke about being one of a kind. If Freya honestly thought hard enough she could likely find someone years before the girl that acted the same. But she enjoyed that small bit of wanting to be unique among the countless mortals around her. but that was one thing that made mortals different from gods, moving to stop her attempts to get her outfit back she leaned back to watch the clouds.

”Mortals truly are strange beings. Even for me, I can never fully tell each one at a glance like I could the other gods ... It makes me want to try and find out more about them, but that would take far to long and time is not something I like to waste even being immortal." Slowly moving up as she got on all fours and approached the girl with a blush. ”A reward..." Her arm moving to the left side of the girls lap as she moved her hair and tried to kiss the girl on the cheek she had slapped.

”It's also my apology for hitting you and judging you by your cover... the one thing that I wish people did not do to me ... I did to you ... sorry mortal." Crawling away from the girl quicky to avoid any further contact as she was red once again. Sitting back down she looked to the sky again with a light sigh. ”Hard to believe that I forgot why I had come down to the mortal world in the first place ... I just remember I was looking for something..." Her gaze and tone puzzled as she tried to recover what memory she had lost.

  6. Korra chuckled back, knowing that there were simply too many people in the world to know and recognize each one. Korra only shook her head bluntly in response. "There's no way you'll be able to recognize every person. It's just impossible-- but finding a nice handful... maybe even just one to learn a lot about isn't as bad mm?" She offered with a playful wink. Her tired exterior was relaxing little by little, she was obviously still a little drained, but color was coming back to her face progressively at least. She tried to relax to energize, but seeing

Being kissed as a reward however was perhaps a poor move. Korra's grin curled, hope pounded in her heart and she reached up to suddenly grab at Freya clinging to her softly so the Goddess couldn't escape. If the girl didn't struggle too much, Korra would drag the woman down against her resting the girl's head against her chest as she gently wrapped her up. Her words grew soft, like a hushed whisper as she continued to speak. "It was a beautiful reward, but not one you should give so freely. It's a treasure that should be given to people who deserve it-- so I want you to know I'll treasure it even if it makes me feel a little greedy~" She spoke, her hushed voice as soft as the breeze that washed over them. Korra's dexterous fingers trained well from playing the lute stroked at Freya's back as she held onto her intending to rest in this suggestive position with the goddess.

Hearing Freya's apology though, Korra's brow knit and she tried shaking her head slowly. "Not 'mortal', I'm someone you gave a kiss to, you should at least call me by name; 'Korra'." She finally introduced herself, she wouldn't give her name earlier when Freya would remember it with anger, but now it would surely have a softer and deeper meaning. Hearing Freya seemed to forget her reason for being here though, Korra's gentle grip on her tightened just a small bit, as if her determination not to let this goddess go grew a bit stronger as she spoke in a soft tone. "For someone with so much time, you're so frantic and flustered... Take a deep breath, some time to think. We have plenty of time while your clothes dry, there's no need to rush to remember or force yourself. If it was important, it'll come to you." She spoke leisurely. "As for apologizing, you don't have to worry, your assessment probably wasn't too far off. I do adore and love women, I'll needlessly invest all of my time into it, but... I do invest all of my time into it. I'll work hard, with blood sweat and tears for these tender moments. That's... Probably the only thing you didn't know~" She spoke with a sweet teasing tone.

  7. Part time goddess

if Korra's plan was to get Freya flustered she had achieved that just by hugging the goddess. Eyes nervously looking for something else to focus on, forgetting the fact she should try to avoid making it even worse for her metal stability. ”Please let me go Korra... this ... I'm not used to these things anymore..." her voice shaking as she tried to get away slowly. She wanted to avoid this type of thing, being so close to others had caused her so much pain that the few pleasures that came before held no meaning to her anymore.

”I let this side of my life fade away years ago... I don't want to trouble you with my inexperience with human contact and lost knowledge of it..." She was truly nervous as she kept trying to get free, though her actions seemed only half hearted in the attempts. The words Korra had said about getting to know one human more then others hung heavy in her mind causing the torn actions and mindset. ”I ... Maybe ... Not today ... but ..." Her mind not able to piece any full sentence she was trying to convey, but only parts that could be misinterpreted.

”I ... That was the only reward I could offer that seemed fitting ... I did not mean to start anything like this ..." She nervously buckled and balled herself up as best she could with being against Korra if she had not been let free yet. She was nervous, that was the clearest thing at the moment, but under it she was starting to get angry, at herself for not being able to stop her nervousness, or stop herself from being torn between following through with the actions of Korra or stopping it all together.

  8. Korra couldn't help wearing a sad smile, something that was clearly a measure of pity. To forget 'these things' like affection? Closeness and warmth? It was unfortunate, to Korra it was a fate worse then death, looking at Freya like someone who was wounded and dying there was a deep sadness that was welling up and growing stronger. "Ssshh.." She hushed her gently trying to bury the girl deeper into her chest as she spoke in a soft tone. "It's not something you have to be 'used' to or 'experienced' with. That's... So unfortunate. You can't live like that, no matter who you are." She spoke with a sad sigh.

Stroking Freya's back, even sliding her fingers through her hair slowly trying to reassure her, the gesture gentle and kind as she continued. "It's not a trouble... not something you have to learn or practice. Just--" Korra seemed to hesitate, a bitter expression coming to her face as if she swallowed something distasteful. "--Just relax okay? If you feel happy, then be happy, if you hate this, then hate this. Why worry about other things? External things?" Korra tried to sigh her sadness out before snuggling up to Freya a bit closer, clinging to her just a bit tighter as she spoke. "Time doesn't matter, just let yourself be happy." She spoke in a hushed tone.

Naturally, Korra held onto her still, keeping the girl warm as her hands began groping about here and there. She spoke contented as she held onto Freya trying to cheer her up with wandering hands. "Now, don't worry about stressful things or trying to maintain your image okay? I don't need that, i just need to see you cheer up and smile okay? Can you do that for me?" She asked, her tone lowering from a soft breeze to a hushed whisper as she tried to coax a smile from Freya who'd grown so nervous and anxious.

  9. Part time goddess

Freya truly could not do it, the moment Korra began to touch her everywhere she pushed away with force. If Korra kept trying to keep her close she would pull her right hand back and be ready to punch the girl at the throat to force her to focus on getting he breath back rather then keeping the goddess so close to her. if that was not enough she would keep trying to attack the girl with force to get herself free, each failed attempt would add onto her anger, and the power she added to each blow.

”...Least let us go on proper date first before you touch me like that Korra... Chan..." Worlds only spoken if she was allowed to be out of the girl's chest region. Freya sat on her legs with hands to her lap when she spoke, a nervous glance to the side before looking forward with her first true smile in such a long time. She looked almost like a kid but after turning red out of embarrassment she looked away and moved the sack to cover herself again.

Her nervousness was washing away slowly, but she still was not raising her guard back up with Korra. She felt no reason to do it when it was just them. She did however seemed a bit shocked by the quick change of pace and clearly would attack Korra if she made another advance on her at the current time. A slow yawn escaped her lips as she began to get drowsy. Shaking her head she wanted to be back home before she fell asleep again.

  10. Korra let a mellow chuckle out seeing Freya fighting so furiously. Once again, Korra wasn't one who merely used force to take the things she wanted, there was no way to truly have them if she did she felt. Instead, when Freya truly started to struggle, Korra'd finally let her go, not really surprised or bothered, instead she seemed to take it as a matter of course. Instead, surprise colored her face more that Freya didn't retaliate against her. It was Korra's particularly 'handsy' nature that earned her all of the red hand prints she'd usually sport when singing, but Freya didn't react violently at all despite Korra's hands touching at her sides and all over her back "To think you'd be the one who wouldn't hit me~" Korra spoke as if she'd been testing Freya, it was actually rather serious and not the test she made it to seem, but it still alarmed her a little inside.

"I see then, a proper date, I'll hold you to your word then, we'll have one and then you won't be upset if I tried right?" She asked with a truly brilliant and lovely grin. Though she let Freya go, when she settled back into the sack to cover herself, Korra would reach a lazy arm up to try and wrap it around her hip or shoulders if Freya didn't approve of her touching her hip. "I can wait then, for now, I think I'll take a nap until your dress is dry. Want to join me?" She asked glancing to Freya with a mellow chuckle, if the Goddess didn't shove her away, Korra would try to rest her head softly against Freya's bare shoulder to get comfortable for a moment.

If Freya didn't disturb her, she'd find Korra would easily wink out like a light, her breaths growing even and calm from her nap, sleeping almost the instant she got comfortable. For better or worse, Korra could sleep anywhere. Naturally, Kirin's presence made it easier for her, she could have faith that she wouldn't be taken care of or attached while the horse watched her and Freya with a more critical gaze while Korra slept. If Freya didn't wake her, she'd end up clinging to the goddess a little tighter, but would otherwise remain silent with a content smile as if she'd done something grand or amazing or worthy of praise.

  11. Part time goddess

Freya truly could not stay mad at the mortal. Once she noticed Korra fall asleep she chuckled lightly. Moving her slowly and carefully to her lap before she leaned back. ”Maybe I came down to find mortals like you... ones that stayed true to who they are or wanted to be..." Freya spoke softly to try and not awake the girl. The back of her left hand brushing against the girl's cheek as Freya relaxed and closed her eyes. It took her a bit of time to fall asleep but she managed to after moving one hand over her eyelids.

If Korra began to stir on her lap Freya would react the same for any movement, right arm hitting the girl's head before pushing her off her lap and standing up to avoid any hint she had let her rest on her lap. But if she woke and stayed still Freya seemed relaxed enough, a hand lazily moving Korra's hair as the goddess slept peacefully until woken up.

Her dreams this time not so bad as she sat in her room in heaven resetting each of her plushy toys after another god caused the place to shake. She had a rather large number of them, and her collection here on the mortal world was slowly building up also to match her favorite collection hobby. A soothed smile as she leaned back a bit more, brushing Korra's cheek again with a light purr out her lips for some reason. Her dreams switching to a rather odd one no doubt to cause such actions.

  12. Korra would sleep very soundly and peacefully during her nap. When she wasn't spouting lewd things and being perverted, she actually had a very sweet and alluring appearance. Her sun kissed skin was smooth and blemishless, her platinum blonde hair hung like white silk, her body was very delicate and lacked the sturdy muscles of adventurers. When she relaxed and slept like this, she was very at peace, her breaths even and calm as usual, but her small and satisfied smile was clear thanks to the presence of Freya behind her. Her head in Freya's lap rested contently and softly.

She wouldn't move too much in her sleep, Korra was a rather sound sleeper, all of that time trying to sleep through the loud rantings of local drunks or other loud parties through the streets. Korra was someone who slept outside after all, so she wouldn't easily be woken or stirred once she decided to sleep, for better or worse, it allowed her to nap anywhere, even in the dungeons stairwells. Though while she relaxed, time passed, with Freya sleeping with her, she got a restful nap until finally her eyes shot open after she got enough rest.

When opening her eyes, she glanced up to see Freya's sleeping face, a mellow expression on her face as she began to slowly sit up and dust herself with a relaxed yawn. Glancing back to Freya's face, if the girl stayed asleep when Korra got up, she'd lean in to try to gently kiss her cheek, returning the kiss that Freya tried to give her as a reward. "As thanks~" Korra whispered very softly before rising to her feet, her joints popping from the exertion she wasn't used to. She began trying to take Freya's dress down from the tree before looking down at the sleeping goddess, fully intent to watch the woman sleep until she woke up with a wide grin.

  13. Part time goddess

Freya's dreams began to shift when Korra had kissed her cheek. Arms moving quickly to hold the girl before she fell to the side with Korra pressed against her chest as she mumbled in her sleep. ”I said don't get close or I would kiss you..." Without any warning Freya moved to lock libs with Korra, and not a sheepish kiss but a rather affection kiss that she held for a bit before moving away. Her eyes still closed as she loosened her grip around the girl.

Her back to the grass as she seemed to fade back into her peaceful slumber. She seemed rather clueless of her last action as she just enjoyed the feeling of the earth below her back, the sun on her skin through the tree's leafs. But her slumber would only last a bit longer before her eyes began to flutter open. Seeing Korra close to her would cause Freya to turn red and try to slap her, but if Korra was out of slap range she would slowly move to sit up covering her face as she yawned lightly.

”Morning..." Her voice slightly drowsy as she stretched her arms behind her back, left hand to right elbow before doing the opposite and standing up. Her arms then falling to her sides lazily as she leaned to the sides to wake up a bit more. Remembering her current attire when she saw her maid outfit on the tree she blushed and moved to cover her bandaged chest area with her hands before glaring at Korra, her trust still shaky about the girl.

  14. Feeling Freya's hands hanging onto her and pulling her down into that valley before kissing her, Korra was a bit awed. Naturally though, she didn't fight it instead, Korra's expression mellowed slowly as if this were natural before returning the kiss affectionately in response. Sharing a tender embrace and kiss under the tree Korra's heart throbbed sharply, but when Freya's grip loosened, Korra pulled back just enough to softly whisper into her ear. "I don't regret it though~" She answered trying to reach up so she could slide her fingers through Freya's hair sweetly as she pulled away. Continuing to pet Freya as she fanned out the maid dress.

Not close enough to slap, instead, Korra was diligently making sure the dress was aired out before turning back to Freya with a warm grin. "Morning. We should do this more often, I haven't slept as comfortable as that in a long while~" She mused, her tone a bit coy, but why was a secret she would keep since Freya seemed to be out of it both while hugging her head in her lap and while kissing her. It would be a treasure she'd keep to herself. Instead, she slowly laughed when Freya glared at her after covering her chest, a sly smile coming to her face in response. "Now now, no need to scowl, it's pretty dry now."

She explained offering it back to Freya with a soft laugh, handing it to her folded up nice and neatly as if Freya wouldn't wear it back. "If you wanted to repay me, I'd accept hugs or kisses. Of course, if you wanted to give me a real trip, the bandage you use there would be especially appreciated." She teased with a mellow grin before standing up straight and flexing her body enough fold her arms back behind her body.

Freya wasted no time once she was handed her maid outfit to put it back over her clothing and make sure it was not shrunk or stained. She had only loaned it from the shop owner and she did not want to have it ruined on the first day she was given one that fit her. Looking to Korra with a relaxed gaze before she seemed back to her cold self. ”The things that happen before had been me under the influence of alcohol Korra." A dark gaze setting over her eyes before she turned her back to the girl.

”If you will excuse me I have to go apologize for leaving work in the middle of my shift on my first day and hope I don't lose my job over it. Such things would be very counterproductive to my current plans for the future of my time in the mortal world." Slowly beginning to walk before she stopped dead in her tracks, she had no idea where she was or how to get back to where she was before since she was asleep. Right hand rising to her temples as she kept walking.

”Of all things to happen, my luck truly is terrible like the other gods said..." Freya's voice was hushed and troubled as she kept walking without much clue as to where she was going. Her pride not allowing her to ask Korra or anyone she might meet along her way for directions back to the café. Shoe kicking a stone out of her path before she took a turn in the wrong way. She was bad with directions, and not knowing even remotely where to be going only made it worse for her.

  16. Korra frowned slowly hearing the goddess's words, it hurt her heart more then the goddess would probably realize, but in the end she let out a sad longing sigh. "Ho-- So there's a goddess who would make these kinds of excuses? Blaming it all on something else huh?" She said feeling that disheartened twinge washing over her that was ultimately discomforting. "Are you going to go back on your earlier words about a date then?" She asked with a pout and a playfully accusing tone. Even if that was how things were going, there wasn't much Korra could do to change her mind, but the playful provocation came from a place of playful sadness rather then something more extreme.

Seeing her getting up and sighing sweetly. "Not even going to tell me where to find you so we can have a date?~" She tried to continue playfully teasing and taunting before watching Freya getting herself set up, not even getting her playful thanks or reward she asked for, she offered Freya a wave at least watching the Goddess leave. "Such a shame-- I thought we were having a good time too." She said giving a soft kick to the grass, gently ruffling it with a swing of her foot before Freya disappeared into the distance.

Korra turned back to Kirin, a warm grin on her face as she tried to softly pet the mythical creature. "Alright then Kirin, do try to remember what she smells like alright? Let's try to find her later~" She teased, knowing that at the very least she'd ensure that she got that date Freya referred to at the very least.
