    The Forefather

Having found great respect for and admiration for Cecilia Brant for one reason or another. During their brief but memorable first encounter it left him Wondering just who might this God be. Who was it he was turned down for, what were his ideals and why was she so fond of him. Part of the reason he wanted to meet was to pay respect among the gods he or heard of, the other to keep his word as a man to Cecilia. Although a bit envious of the god's hold over her. He still felt it was worth a shot to meet him; feeling aside. As such he'd already began to ask around and try to gather information, who was he, where could he find him?

So many questions so much to take in he'd do his best to find answers. Eventually after much time passing since his agreement and matters looked into trails followed he'd heard rumor that the god in question often spent time in the trade quarters; not an uncommon place to find a god or for one to find you. Yet he was in need for a new set of armor and finally had enough money put aside for one. As such he'd scan through the goods and try his best to find one.

A lot of the work from most of the traders were not of their own and often bought off sneaky smiths, so most of the gear was of lower quality. A frown passed as he felt the mettal taped it some and noted the imperfections in the armor. After finding a semi decent set; he'd begin the usual practice he had. Haggling, bartering with the man he'd express the lack of shine, something some adventurers pride in; he did not bu it would lower the price had he made them believe it truly mattered. Lips curled as he then noted the imperfections, the thinning of the metal in certain spots and continued to belittle the gear.

"Shoddy work at best but not entirely useless. I can salave some of the gear, replace the other pieces and maybe turn a profit after customzing it for a client. But all in all for what you're asking for I could just buy the matierals and make it myself. I am trying to help you out but if your not interested I'll take my money elsewhere. Just a shame that whoever sold that to you truly duped you. I'd hope you learn to find a more trusted smith, although I won't lie I know one but I won't share his name nor his location until we can strike a deal. Tell me what did you pay for that...?"

Words exchanged once more the sale would go through and he'd test out and try on the armor; now looking the part of an adenturer. Having worked hard three years in the making things were finally coming together. Eyes scanning the crowd he'd pay the man his coin and earned his father another trade partner. Yet as he motioned forth to try and move into the crowd to the next vender to piece together better pieces of the armor he'd note the another not far off. Older male, seemed to match the discriptions spoken of him. Yet he wasn't sure.

Words spoken by Khaos soon reminded him that this male most likely wouldn't accept him; shaking his head he'd need to test this theory and learn more about him; give the god the benefit of the doubt and as such he'd slowly approach in his direction; this was until approached by a merchant trying to sell him some cheap gimicky gears. Yet attention off the male long enough he had disappeared. Sighing the male would wave off the trader and once more scan and wander about the trading quarters in search of the forefather Although if he was anything like Freya he might not join the familia; despite Cecilia's suggestion.

Walking slowly along the trade stands he'd rub the back of his head; adorned in the new armor a strong set [g] alongside his two handed blade [g] he'd bought the best he could afford yet knew he'd eventually aim to make his own and surpass what was available. Yet to do that he'd need to perhaps seek out a god's help in crafting if not one who might humor him enough to further teach him how to. Lips parting as he'd sigh some and look about.

"I wonder where it could be..."

He'd say almost lost yet low and behold th one with which he thought to be odin had appeared yet again; fate clearly setting up the meeting so he might discover more about this enigma, this grand god and maybe even see if he was compatable. For a man who wante to reach the level of gods if not surpass them it would be hard to find a god okay with his ideal; but if cecilia found this appropriate and was acccepted perhaps if he found it worthy enough and joined their rivialry might expand growth and see that their goals are met. His own a bit more misunderstood but accurately close enough to not care too much.

Walking up to the figure he'd smile and bow. His own curiosity peaked to see if he too had heard of him like Khaos did and to find if the male truly did not find interest or desire in him. He was unsure what about this god was fact and what was just a myth. Lips forming into a smile he'd speak warmly.

"Names Damion, Damion DeAndre Sir, you wouldn't happen to be the god Odin, perhaps someone who might know him. I've been suggested to meet with him by a familia member. As such I agreed and here I am. I just figured if you were him. Maybe then you might be able to answer my inquiries. Otherwise, I'm content knowing any information you may share. I just want to be somewhat prepared and see my compatibility with him. I hold honor important and as such I must walk the fields of temptation before I can return to him with my decision. But I've rambled enough have you heard of him, maybe seen him..."
