  • The stat boxes beneath each of the race's description shows the race's favored stats. This is a guide to help you distribute your starting stats; you don't have to follow it. Half-humans could take after either parent, or a combination of both (stat-wise). The blue box indicates their lifespan.
    Human
    Human comes in all sorts of genetic variations, from snow white skin to rich ebony, from platinum hair to fiery red. Since a few of millennia past, human have spread their genes to nearly every corner of the world and had become the most populous race in the world.


    While they aren’t as strong, agile, or magically-inclined as other races, humans are known for their tenacity and ingenuity.

    Half-Human
    Human is the only race whose genes are flexible enough for interbreeding. The child may take after either parents in looks and/or features. Hybrids are not at all common, however, due to the fact that hybrids cannot reproduce. Given such, most people have neutral opinions of half-breeds. However, extremists, who express disdain for hybrids sharing their race, do exist.

    The most common half-human race is the Half-elf, which are very urbanized and as such, looked down upon by their Elven half.

    Amazoness
    Amazoness is a race made up exclusively of dark-skinned female who originate from Telskyura. While their hair and eye varies in color, they tend to take on darker hues, with the most common ones being auburn-brown hair and dull-gold eye color. Moreover, Amazoness are known for their larger frame and raw physical prowess. Because of this the Amazoness culture favors strength over Magic.

    Regarding reproduction, Amazoness search for males from other races to produce offspring; however, the offspring will only have the Amazoness genes and not a trace of the father’s.

    Elf
    This intelligent, fair-skinned, and fair-haired race is most known for their ethereal beauty and powerful Magic. Over several millennia, the race has split into two. Traditional Elves live in the forest and commune with nature while progressive Elves have mostly integrated into modern civilization.

    High-Elves are considered royalty and is also a cannon role (you need permission to create one).

    Dark Elf
    Boasting a rich-caramel complexion and short, stout Elven ears, the Dark Elf family is distant-relative to the Elves. Other than originating from the Kaios Desert in the Far-East, not much is known about Dark Elves. They are clamored for their unique desert culture and incredible assassination Skills.

    Generally, Dark Elves are feared, but the most popular choice when it comes to hired blades.

    Pallum
    Genetically, Pallums (or Prunes) come with all sorts of hair and eye colors. They stand, at most, 4'ft tall and slender. However, what Pallums lack in strength, they more than made up for in intelligence; Pallums are incredibly cunning.

    Before the Gods descended, Pallums' deeply religious society revolved around their Goddess, Fiona. However, when it was confirmed that the Goddess doesn’t exist, Pallum society broke into anarchy, which steered their population into a massive decline. With their homeland in chaos, the few Pallums who escaped the violence sought refuge in other countries and attempt to rebuild their society from scratch.

    Dwarf
    Short yet stout, these light-hearted halfman are rarely seen in the Orario. But of the few Dwarves you may encounter, they will share many of their hearty, if not over-embellished, stories of their dragon hunting way of life... so long as you pick up their bar tab, of course.


    Outside of the tavern, the Dwarves' biggest downfall is the fact that greed runs through their blood. Their lust for riches and treasure above all else make them shrewd businessmen and may lead them toward bizarre deaths sometimes. It would not be farfetched to say that the only reason they hunt dragons is because of the dragons' hoard.

    Catfolk
    With feline features like cat ears and tail, the lithe Catfolks are famous for their grace and agility. In general, their hair and eye colors vary from white to black and every color in between, while their skin gravitates toward the lighter shades. The only furry parts about them vary in color and shape.

    Historically, it has been a long time since Catfolks migrated to Orario from the Far East. After many generations of residing in Orario, they have become local Orarians. Considering their charismatic and outgoing nature, Catfolks prosper in entrepreneurship as well as the service industry.

    War Tiger
    Distant cousin to the Catfolks, War Tigers take on more a ferocious physical appearance and personality traits. Most War Tigers have a bigger frame than human, while their hair, eyes, and fur gravitates toward warmer colors. They can also be recognized by their distinctive facial markings and ear patterns, which are specific to each family.

    Socially, War Tiger don't get along with other more civilized races. Most War Tigers, regardless of birthplace, are born into a hunter-centric culture where fighting and hunting Skills are highly valued. Moreover, their society is structured so that each blood-bound family fights against one another in an endless struggle to decide who among them lead the entire population for a number of years. This violent background serves as the basis for their extreme personality.

    Chienthrope
    With canine ears and tail and thicker frame, Chienthrope’s canine physique is built for the colder climates in the northern regions, from which they migrated from some 50 years ago.

    As a race, Chienthrope are withdrawn and slightly xenophobic, thus they prefer to form close-knit communities where all of its members are treated as family. Chienthrope are most known for their loyalty and incredibly durable friendship, if you could win them over. Considering their inability to adapt to Orarian culture, Chienthrope has a hard time succeeding in the civilized world. They are very resilient people, however.

    Werewolf
    Distant cousins of Chienthrope, Werewolves take on more feral canine features. White/gray shade of hair and fur is a common among them. Culturally, Werewolves live in tight, socially-constructed packs headed by the strongest wolf among them. Although Xenophobia is shared by canine races, Werewolves take it to the extreme, especially toward Chienthrope. Werewolves think that the Chienthrope is a weaker species. If two from each species were to meet, the Werewolf would not hesitate to rip out the Chienthrope’s throat.


    Due to their culture, Werewolves recognizes and submit to those stronger than them. Otherwise, they are incredibly vain and arrogant, considering to their success in combat. Werewolves are very popular Dungeon mercenaries.

    Boaz
    A race of savages that is bent on destroying everything they touch, Boaz earns their title as the most hated beastman everywhere. Unlike other beast races, Boaz do not live in community as they fiercely detest one another. But to propagate their species, male Boaz put aside this hatred to stay with the mother of their children until the child is old enough to hunt.


    Boaz infamous reputation comes from having a culture that encourages the killing and eating of their kill be it humanoid or beast. Considering their destructive tendency, they do not fit into civilization and are often cast to live in the wilderness. Interestingly, Boaz have a short life expectancy—they grow older, but do not become elderly.

    Hume-bunny
    Hume-bunnies are incredibly rare in this day and age as most of their kind died off during the Red Plague. Despite their low number, they stay resilient and have largely integrated themselves into mainstream Orarian society. Given their social successes in mingling with nobility and even royalty, they are considered one of the most cultured races in the world.


    Most Hume-bunnies can be found living an affluent lifestyle in big cities or in service of royal court. Given their shared status as a near-extinct race, most Hume-bunnies generously help one another succeed. The less successful Hume-bunnies can be found Dungeon-delving or working white-collar jobs.

    Runarl
    Rarely seen anywhere on the continent, Runarl has vulpine features, which includes fox ears and a tail. Not much is known about them aside from the fact that they originate from the Far East. In particular, public opinions of Runarl tend to be neutral, perhaps even warm. Runarl makes great members in Dungeon-delving party due to their powerful Magic, which rivals that of Elves’.


    Unfortunately, most Runarl prefers a nomadic and lonesome lifestyle. They tend to travel by themselves while walling off their private life and stories. It takes quite a lot of trust to open up the mysterious Runarl.

    Gods have existed in the metaphysical realm since the creation of the world. In this realm, the world is geographically divided according to the mythology and pantheon they belong to. Despite the division, are able to cross borders and interact with one another. Since their descent 10 years ago, Gods have been living among mortals, toiling in their joy and hardship. Together, all of the Gods who descent established the Deitic Council to enforce the laws that all Gods must follow for them to remain on earth.


    Currently, not all Gods have made their descent; those who remain in the metaphysical world have to take over the task to guide the dead to the afterlife.
