Incognito allows the user to mask their presence from their surroundings by amplifying various skills related to stealth and deception. This ability has many uses out of combat, such as spying, pilfering, and lock-picking. If the user is being actively watched, it may be difficult to escape detection.

Skill Set

Thieving Lock picking into houses, tombs, or chests. Theives tools will will improve these skills. This skill set also comes with pocket picking / pilfering (non-monster targets).
Sneaking Moving while being concealed and avoiding detection. Heavy armor and two-handed weapon will penalize the user of rogues due to noise and equipment unwieldiness.
Hiding Blending into the environment, the crowd, or temporarily disappearing from view.
Subterfuge Disguising through a variety of means.

Progression

Beginner You can sneak and hide a little bit, but it's pretty inconspicuous.
Novice You struggle to hide and keep quiet, but this will do. At least you're more mobile. Also, lockpicking is still difficult for you, but you can do it as long as you have ample time.
Trained You can move well in the shadow and hide in all sorts of environment now. Locks are easier to pick.
Proficient You can now sneak, hide, lock-pick, and disguise competently.
Adept You can skillfully execute all of your skills with ease. You can now temporarily disappear from the open view whenever you choose.
Expert You can do everything competently and move with grace, but faster. It's going to be very difficult to catch you.
Mastered You can infiltrate most places, steal heavily guard treasures, duck in and out of combat. You are the master of shadows.
