Animal Empathy and Beast Taming require you to familiarize yourself with wild creatures. When you tame a beast, you must perform the tame action in an RP thread and describe the detail of the taming.

When you have a lot of animal companions, they will need some form of lodging such as a stable or a pen. As such, you must choose which animal to travel with before your journey because you cannot switch them without having to go back to a stable or a pen to retrieve them. Power-wise, beasts are always half as effective as the amount of MP you put into Beast Taming.
