Preface

The Lion’s Pride is a collection of adventurers who aspire to become heroes by doing good deeds and getting recognition for their achievements. Most of the Pride’s members meet this goal by helping the common people and fulfilling quests. They also mobilize en masse during times of calamity. Within the Pride, the members band form groups to compete with other groups for fame and the highest paying requests, though there is still a sense of unity among them.

Although there was a time when the Pride’s hero services were necessary to maintain peace and order in the world, that has died down once players started to populate in the world. Replaced by players, the Pride lost most of its funding and support of the people. On top of that, poor financial management have turned this once grand-standing organization to become a ghost of its former self.

Presently, there is but a single headquarter in Stokbon that remains. With a few members left, it won’t be long before the Pride is forever forgotten in history. Given their dire situation, the leader of the Pride, Zeus is looking for new members to bolster the rank.

Ranking

The Lion's Pride is a meritocratic organization where heroic deeds and fame will move the member up the rank. Ranks are represented by the tag they hold, each tag is forged with the metal listed below.

Bronze	All members of the Pride starts out at this rank.
Iron	With time and effort, Bronze can be updated to iron, which indicates that the adventurer shows great potential and have accomplished a few deeds.
Silver	This rank involves having even more accomplishments than before as the adventurer is showing what he is made of. They can complete quests well enough. The bulk of the Pride find themselves at this rank.
Gold	With this tag, these adventurers have shown their worth as a semi-veteran hero, able to survive long enough to get the job done and claim the fame.
Platinum	These adventures have accomplished quite a lot and prove themselves worthy to possess the platinum tag. They are considered veteran heroes and respected by those below them.
Mythril	These adventurers command great respect from others and are considered seasoned heroes with many accomplishments under their belt.
Orichalcum	Second highest in the rank, those who hold this tag is of a different breed. They have sacrificed many things and gone through endless tribulation to earn this tag.
Adamantite	Adamantite is the highest possible honor that is bestowed to a Lion. This adventurer is recognized for their legendary achievements and capabilities.

Important NPCs

Zeus - An old man who has devoted his entire life developing heroes to save the world. Although he is an incredibly accomplished adventurer, his terrible management skills led the Pride down the dark path it's in currently. Socially, Zeus is an enigmatic force who speaks loudly and laugh at everything.
